The door of the room was open. Anna quickly opened her eyes and pushed Alex's chest away from her which left the man disappointed instantly,

"Good day" said a doctor to them.

Anna stood up from her seat and was about to answer the Doctor's greeting. However, his gaze immediately led to two baby boxes being carried by the nurse behind the Doctor.

Immediately Anna widened her eyes and saw Donna and William behind the baby box with their full smiles.

The nurse placed the baby boxes near Alex's bed..

Instantly Anna could not hold back her tears when she saw her two sleeping children,

"It... This is your little angel" said Donna, holding back her tears.

Anna got closer to the baby box and looked at the two babies one by one with full of energy. And so is Alex..

This was the first time Alex had ever seen his two children,

"They are very similar to you.. Beautiful and handsome" said Donna, wiping away the tears on her cheeks.

Alex couldn't hold back his tears..

A single tear flowed down his cheek. However, the man quickly removed it back, instead,

"Hello darling.. It's papa." said Alex softly.

Anna looked at her husband and smiled. Alex looked back at Anna and clasped the girl's hand tightly,

"Thank you, baby." she whispered in Anna's hand.

"The condition of both babies has been very improved and healthy. But, they are still lacking in breastfeeding. Maybe now Miss should start learning to breastfeed them directly so that ASI Miss also out" said the doctor.

Anna nodded at the doctor, too,

"Yes, Doctor" he answered.

The doctor smiled at Anna's response,

"Do you think Miss and Master already have names for them???" ask the Doctor.

Anna immediately looked at Alex and shook her head slowly,

"Yet... We're still thinking about it" he replied.

The doctor understood, too,

"Alright, hopefully soon there will be a suitable name for these twins" he smiled.

"Then... Excuse me first" she said.

Anna and Alex straightened their bodies and nodded at the Doctor,

"Thank you Doctor" said Anna.

The doctor began to step towards the door and exit.

Anna and Alex look back at the faces of their two babies with smiles that never escape from both, as well as Donna and William,

"Oh my God, they're so funny" said Donna.

William smiled and looked at his grandson's eyes,

"They eyes... It's very similar to Diana's eyes" William said slowly.

Donna looked at the man and nodded,

"Yes.. The same eyes as Alex" he explained.

Alex looked at the amazement of the two tiny babies while holding Anna's hand,

"I still can't believe that I've become a father" he said slowly.

Anna looked at her husband and smiled at him,

"You're going to be a great father." Anna looked at Alex inside.

Alex returned Anna's gaze and gently touched his wife's cheek,

"You will also be the best mother in the world." said Alex inside, staring intensely at his wife's face.

At once Donna and William set their eyes on the two husbands who seemed to forget that they were both in front of them,

"Ecchem!!!" dehem Donna held back her smile.

Anna directs her gaze at Donna and releases her hand from Alex's grasp while smiling awkwardly. Alex looked at Donna with his innocent gaze.

William smiled and shook his head slowly at their behavior. He approached the two boxes and tried to hold one of the babies. Donna doesn't want to lose..

He took another baby and held her in a cramp,

"Yes God.. She is beautiful" Donna told a baby girl.

William smilingly looked at the baby boy with anxiety,

"He's also handsome... Like his grandfather" William said proudly that made Alex gawk at once.

"Pad jokes aren't funny.. Of course he looks like his father" Alex said.

Anna who saw the two men's behavior could only shake her head and smile,

"Oh yeah, you really haven't thought of a name for them???" ask Donna.

Anna was silent for a moment looking at Alex and shook her head slowly,

"Not yet Bi" he replied.

Donna seemed to think and smiled,

"Auntie will help you choose a name." he said suddenly.

"Hm... What about Leo and Lia??? Or Markus and Marquis???" ask Donna.

Alex frowned at Donna's words,

"Markisa??? Do you think my son is like fruit?? What kind of name is that." said Alex flat that made Donna immediately look at him annoyed.

"Auntie is just giving advice!! Markisa's name sounds really funny.. Isn't that Anna??" the question is not to accept Anna.

Anna can only smile at the behavior of Alex and Donna who always argue. And so did William,

William looked at Anna and approached her,

"Here, carry it" he said, giving Anna the baby boy.

Anna slowly picked up the baby and gave a full smile,

"He's very cute and handsome." said Anna as she looked at her baby boy inside.

Donna also approached Alex and gave her baby daughter to the man,

"This.. You have to carry it too" he said, giving the baby to Alex.

Alex stiffly tries to take the baby out of Donna's hands carefully,

"She's so pretty, isn't she??" donna asked when the baby was in Alex's arms.

Alex smiled full haru while slowly peeking at his baby daughter's cheeks,

"She's very pretty.. Like his mother" said Alex honestly while looking at his wife gently.

Alex and Anna sat side by side on the edge of the bed holding their children. The joy and gratitude they felt right now.

After days of hard and testing, they were finally able to gather and be with their little angels.

Donna looked at the couple with full feelings. Eventually the hard times have passed..

And, hopefully in the future the lives of Alex and Anna will be colored in color and kept away from things that are not desirable..

"Oh yeah, are you out??" suddenly asked Anna.

Anna instantly fell silent and shook her head slowly,

"It doesn't seem like it yet." replied Anna.

"Auntie, how do I get my ASI out??" ask Anna.

Donna seemed silent for a moment,

"Let's go after them and let them suck it up, over time the ASI will come out" he said.

Suddenly the sound of a cell phone was heard from William's pocket. He also took his phone and saw his business partner who contacted him,

"Ah.. I'll be out for a while." he said as he stepped out and picked up his phone.

Anna nodded and looked back at Donna. However, suddenly the baby in Anna's lap cried and made Anna surprised and confused,

"Oweekkk"

"Auntie, she's crying" Anna said worriedly and confusedly.

Donna immediately led Anna to stand up,

"Let's go with Auntie.. It's time you breastfeed your baby" Donna told Anna, taking the girl to the couch in the corner of the room.

Alex scrunches his forehead looking at Donna who is taking Anna away from him,

"Why should it be there???" alex asked a little protest.

Donna swerves at Alex, though,

"Just shut up there!!" said it.

Donna tells Anna to unbutton her shirt,

"Now let her suckle you" said Donna.

Anna looks nervous for a moment and is immediately shocked when the baby sucks directly at her,

"Akhc!!" anna's moans made Alex look at her with worry.

"What's wrong??" ask Alex worriedly.

Anna looked at Donna while enduring the pain,

"Auntie.. It's so painful" Anna whispered.

Anna tries to let go of her baby's mouth and sees no milk coming out,

"His ASI didn't come out either" Anna lamented.

Donna looked at Anna and sighed, she said,

"Let him suckle again" he said.

Anna also let her son suckle again..

However, over time the pain became more and more painful.

"It's very painful Auntie" he said whimpering with the pain.

And, again ASI has not come out as well..

Donna stared at Anna's property that looked scuffed. There seems to be no other way, he thought.

"It looks like the ASI has not come out yet, and you've been scuffed" he said.
