"Don't.. Don't go.." whispered Alex fretting in his sleep.

Alex held Anna's hand tightly as if she didn't want to get away from Anna.

Anna looked at Alex with pity. This guy is delirious. What is this man dreaming about now?

Anna wiped away a drop of tears flowing at the end of Alex's closed eyes. Although this man is very cruel and has no feelings, but Anna knows her personality at this time must have grown because of her dark childhood.

Anna looked at Alex's lips for a moment, at the corner of her lips there was a slight bruise. Was the wound his slap scar earlier this afternoon? He remembered slapping this man out of emotion and slapping him with all his might.

Anna bit her lips feeling a little guilty..

But who told this guy to be so annoying, Anna thought.

Anna yawned and rubbed her eyes slowly. He's getting sleepy. His eyes were really heavy.

Anna leaned her head beside Alex's hand which was still holding her.

Alex tried to open his eyes which felt very heavy. His head still feels dizzy..

Just as Alex was about to raise his hand, he felt like he was grasping something warm.

Alex looked to the side of his body. Someone was sleeping beside his arm.

Alex was a little surprised to see Anna sleeping next to his body. Why would he be here?

Alex takes her hand off Anna's grasp and tries to sit leaning on the bed while holding her head.

Alex looked at Anna's sleeping face. I don't know why his heart was warm and calm.

Alex had a good night's sleep last night. Not even the nightmares that haunt him every night exist.

Alex looked at the clock on the wall.

It's 9 in the morning..

Alex had never slept in his entire life. He's always been hard to sleep. The longest sleep duration is only 3 hours.

A few questions popped into Alex's head. What's up with him? Why does every being beside this girl feel calm and difficult to control?

Alex shook his head firmly brushed off the various thoughts in his head. Nay! He cannot be confused with his feelings. Maybe last night he was tired and it affected his sleep quality.

Alex got up from his seat and tried to stand up. His head is still a little dizzy. However, he ignored her and began to stand beside Anna's body.

Alex was silent for a moment to see Anna who was sound asleep. Then Alex lifted Anna's body slowly and put her to bed. After that he walked towards the door of the room and exited.

Lidya cooked a warm soup and cut some fruits on the plate. Today he didn't see Alex go out and go to work. Lidya had thought, surely the Master was not feeling well because yesterday came home late and drunk.

His headache must have recurred, he thought.

After everything was done, Lidya kept it on a tray and carried it upstairs.

Upon arriving on the 2nd floor, Lidya accidentally sees Alex coming out of the door of the room occupied by Anna in the same clothes when she returned last night.

Wait, did Mr Alex sleep in the girl's room last night? thought Lidya riled up in her heart.

Lidya walked over to Alex who was walking towards his private room.

"Tu.. Sir, good morning" said Lidya nervously.

"Why did you come out of Miss Anna's room?" continued.

Alex looked at Lidya indifferently and ignored Lidya's words. Alex was still holding his slightly dizzy head and walking back.

Lidya looked at Alex worriedly.

"Sir, are you okay? I brought herbal medicine to relieve your headache" said Lidya.

"I'm fine" Alex said briefly, then opened the door of his private room and entered leaving Lidya who was still standing while carrying the food he was carrying.

Lidya grasped his tray firmly. Questions popped into his head. Did Mr Alex sleep last night in the girl's room? Just two?

No!! Lidya did not accept this!

Lidya stepped down the stairs to the bottom floor and threw all the food she had prepared for Alex into the trash.

No!! He won't let Mr. Alex get close to the girl.

'I won't let anyone have Master Alex but me!!' he said in his heart.

Anna woke up from her sleep. Look around the room. Upon awakening, Anna sat on the bed. Wait for.. Why did he fall asleep on the bed? Didn't he sleep on the chair yesterday while guarding the cruel man?

Anna looked around the room. That cruel man no longer existed. Did he wake up and move him to the bed?

As Anna was still thinking about what had happened, someone knocked on her bedroom door.

Geck.. Geck..

Anna stared at the door and walked over to open it.

A guard bowed saluting Anna.

"Good morning Miss, Mr. Alex told you as his personal servant to come to his room now" the guard said.

Immediately Anna was nervous to hear the guard's words. Was the man angry that he took her to this room last night? Or is he still mad at Anna's slap yesterday?

Questions popped into Anna's mind. She was afraid to meet the man again at this moment.

"Baa.. Okay, I'll be there soon" Anna said nervously.

The guard lowered his body and walked away.

Anna reluctantly cleaned her body and changed her clothes with the maid Alex gave her at the time.

'Okay Anna.. You can do this! You can face that cruel man!' anna said encouraging herself in her heart.
