Meet Them

A man still looks unconscious in his bed..

His eyes were tightly closed, as if unwilling to open.

Donna nodded and wiped her tears,

"I'm going to Anna's room first" he said goodbye.

Anna and Alex's room is one floor apart. Anna is downstairs, and Alex is upstairs.

Donna had descended through the elevator and stepped into Anna's room.

At Anna's doorstep, Donna sees William talking to a doctor.

Donna frowned when she saw William's sad face. Donna felt bad at once. He quickly approached William and the doctor.

"What's wrong??" donna asked suddenly which made William and the doctor look at her.

The doctor was seen sighing and looking at Donna seriously,

"Both Miss Anna's children are now in a state of decline" he said, which made Donna limp instantly.

He sat on a chair holding his head,

"Yes God.. This is another try." he said trembling.

The doctor looked back at William who was both depressed and saddened by the doctor's words,

"Now they have to get more intensive care." continued the doctor.

"The condition of their lungs that are not perfect makes both of them can not breathe properly. They are also difficult and do not want to drink milk, their bilirubin levels are also abnormal.. Another way to meet their current nutrition is through a hose" said the doctor who made Donna cry.

"Anna!!" william panicked.

William held his daughter's body and hugged her tightly,

"Relax baby." whispered William trying to calm down.

Anna still continued to cry in William's arms. He began to think no..

What if something unwanted happens to both children?? thought sad.

Anna let go of William's embrace and looked at the doctor in front of him sadly,

"Doctor!! Let me meet them!! They must be in need of me right now!!" anna said sobbing and hopeful.

The doctor was silent for a moment and looked back at Anna,

"Please." he said again with tears in his eyes.

The doctor sighed and nodded slowly,

"alright.. Miss can meet them" he said.

Anna impatiently tried to walk back to meet her two children. However, at once the girl almost fell down if William did not immediately support her body,

"Honey.. Just be patient, I'll get you a wheelchair" William said.

After that, they took Anna to the nursery.

William pushes Anna's wheelchair and stands in front of a room door.

"We only allowed Miss Anna to go inside" the doctor said.

William and Donna can only nod their heads and allow Anna to go inside.

The doctor pushed Anna's wheelchair towards two small beds covered by glass.
