Alex stared intently at Lidya who was clutching Anna's neck with a knife that pointed at the girl's neck.

"I don't want to mess with you!!" furious Alex.

Lidya laughed sarcastically at Alex's words,

"Do you think I'm playing around??? I will not hesitate to kill this girl!! Now put down the weapon Sir!!!" shout Lidya.

Alex looked at Anna who looked limp in Lidya's arms. He could not let the woman hurt Anna. Alex has to think of a way to release the girl.

Alex throws his gun on the ground,

"Originally you know, that girl is my prisoner!! Son of my great enemy! I took him because I wanted to teach the old man a lesson and lure him out of hiding. But, as long as the girl was in my house it turned out that the old man was not provoked and did not care about his daughter at all" Alex said calmly.

Lidya scrunched her eyes at Alex's words,

"What do you mean sir???" tanya Lidya did not understand.

Alex put his hand in his pants pocket casually.

"You don't understand what I mean?? I was just using that girl to lure my enemies out. Everything I did to him was just a charade!! So if you want to kill him, I don't care anymore!!" alex said sharply.

Anna looked at Alex with her own eyes. Was the man really serious about what he said? So all this time all he's been doing is a charade? I thought Anna was disappointed.

Lidya looked at Alex doubtfully. So, all this time Alex just had a show?

Lidya did not want to be eaten by Alex's words. Who knows, this master is just pretending that he's letting go of this girl.

"Prove to me that this girl means nothing to you!!!" said Lidya sharply.

Alex responded to Lidya's words indifferently,

"Kill him! I don't care either! He is no longer useful!! Didn't you know me long enough?? I don't want to waste my time on just one woman!! My only goal is one, which is to avenge me!!" alex said then turned his body about to walk away.

"I'm really going to kill him!!!!" lidya shouted threateningly.

Alex glanced at Lidya, though,

"I don't care!!!" alex said briefly and then walked away.

Anna looked at Alex's departure in disappointment. Did the man really mean what he said?? Is he going to let this woman kill him??? thought Anna was sad.

Lidya looked at Alex who had gone away and was not seen again.

Huhhhhh... So all this is just a play by Mr Alex??

This girl was just a bait for him!!

As Lidya guessed, Mr. Alex is not a typical person who easily falls in love with a woman.

Lidya let out a slow breath and then smiled with relief in her heart. Sir Alex has not changed! He was still the same as the old Alex, cruel, cold and indifferent to all women. He prefers Alex's nature.

Lidya smiled happily, then let go of her embrace to Anna and made Anna fall on the ground.

"Huh... Did you hear what he said??? You mean nothing to Mr Alex!! Don't get too big a head!!!!!" lidya scoffs at Anna.

Anna just sat down and listened to Lidya's words,

Lidya pulled back Anna's hair and raised her knife.

"Now I'm really going to kill you!! You useless girl!!! Die you!!!" lidya shouted raising her knife towards Anna.

Anna could only give up and close her eyes firmly.

DOR!!!!

The sudden deafening sound of gunfire made Anna cover her ears.

The knife in Lidya's hand suddenly fell before Anna.

Anna raised her face and saw Lidya holding her bloodied chest.

Lidya immediately sat on the ground. His gaze turned toward Alex who was not far behind him.

"Tu... Signore..... Ka's..... You.." said Lidya stammering.

DOR!!!

One more shot Alex aimed towards Lidya's left chest, making Lidya spit blood from her mouth.

"Uhukkp... Uhukkk..." Lidya coughed because of the blood coming out profusely from inside her mouth.

Anna turned her back to look at Alex who pointed the gun at Lidya with a sharp look and killed her.

Lidya continued to cough and bleed profusely from her mouth and chest.

Instantly Lidya's tears fell on her cheeks, and a mute smile was plastered on her face.

"Ka... You're... L... Meni... puku... uhukkk.... uhukkk.." said Lidya who is still trying to talk.

Lidya looked at Alex back with tears soaking her cheeks.

"A... L'm.... L.... Mencin... taimu. " said Lidya stammered while enduring the pain in her body.

However, the current one that hurts more for Lidya is her heart..

Lidya knows maybe now her end has come.

At least he can still see Mr. Alex for the last time..

Instantly, all the memories of when he first met Alex suddenly re-recorded in his memory..

Alex's Eyes..

Alex's body..

Alex looked at him..

Everything was back in his memory..

He imagined Alex's face smiling sincerely at him..

Although it was just a delusion, but Lidya was happy to see it..

He never regretted doing this, at least he had revealed his heart to Alex for the last time.

Alex again shot a few shots at Lidya's head which immediately left him lying lifeless.

BRUK!!!

Anna closed her mouth staring at the bloodied corpse of Lidya with wide-eyed eyes before her.

The guards scattered in the forest, hearing gunshots in the forest. Instantly they all ran towards the origin of the firing sound.

Alex looked at Lidya's corpse with a sharp look. Then his gaze shifted to Anna who was crying staring at Lidya's corpse. Alex quickly moved his foot towards Anna.

Anna tried to stand up and turned her body to Alex who was stepping quickly towards her.

"Why do you need.....!!!!!!" anna's scream was cut off as Alex quickly hugged her body tightly.

Alex hugged Anna's body tightly as if she didn't want Anna to get away from him.

A shocked Anna was instantly speechless by Alex's behavior. Anna could hear Alex's heartbeat hunting in her ear.

"I'm sorry.." Alex said as she tightened her embrace on Anna.

Anna slowly returned Alex's embrace and cried in the man's arms.

"I think your words to Lidya were true" Anna whispered.

Alex shook his head then took off his embrace and looked at Anna inside.

"You know, knowing that you disappeared drives me crazy! I feel like my whole life is falling apart! I feel lost my way!! L'm.. I will never let you go again from my side!" alex looked at Anna inside.

Alex gently wiped away the tears flowing down Anna's cheeks, she said,

"Aww!!" anna groaned for a moment when Alex accidentally touched the wound on her cheek and the corner of her lips.

Instantly Alex gritted his teeth firmly restraining the sudden burst of anger at the wounds that were on Anna's face and body.

"What has this crazy woman done to you!!" alex was angry.

"I should have made his death more painful than this!!" alex stared at Lidya's corpse furiously.

Anna held back Alex's hand who was about to do something to Lidya's corpse,

"It's Alex! I'm doing fine.. She's dead anyway" said Anna, calming down Alex's emotions.

Then suddenly the guards who were in the forest, found their whereabouts and saw Lidya's grisly corpse.

"Tu.. Sir, are you okay??" ask one of the guards.

Alex stared at the guards sharply, making them all bow in fear.

Anna then touches Alex's hand to calm him down.

Alex's anger slowly disappeared. His gaze softened again staring at Anna.

"You're carrying this woman's body!! And make the corpse of this woman as a meal of wild animals!! Don't let the body piece or the bone remain even a little!!! alex's orders were firm.

Instantly Anna shuddered in horror at Alex's words to his subordinates.

This guy is really terrible!! thought.

But when the man hugged her earlier, Anna had only first seen Alex's frightened expression like that.

For some reason, Anna's heart suddenly warmed when she saw the man.

Is he starting to like this guy??
