Albert didn't know what to say when he met Latisha, surely Latisha would ask Damien and not want to talk about it.
But he also so missed his surprise son, standing for hours staring at the Academy he was still confused looking for an excuse.
Hhhhhhhhhh
Exhaling a long breath Albert finally walked also towards the Academy, as he usually gave a report for the visit.
"Uncle." exclaimed Latisha from afar as soon as she knew Albert was visiting her.
Albert smiled and gave a hug to Latisha which made him quite jolted in shock due to the coldness of his body.
Albert chuckled at Latisha grimacing, and he invited Latisha to take a walk as usual.
"Where's dad? is he not coming?" a question that Albert had been avoiding finally came out as well.
"Sorry, your father can't come this time. There's something he has to do" Albert said, forcing a smile.
"Ohhh." muttered Latisha with a gloomy face.
Of course Albert was most unhappy with the sad expression, so he took something out of his hand.
"Wow... What is this uncle?" latisha asked in amazement at a necklace with a sparkling pendulum.
"Titanium" Albert said.
"Beautiful." said Latisha.
Without asking Albert's permission, he tied the necklace around Latisha's neck, making her look even prettier with the small piece of jewelry.
They walk together again, chatting about everything but more dominated by Latisha's story of his adventures.
Latisha made Albert proud of the various improvements Latisha had achieved, alarmed him by several accidents and made him laugh with his various funny manners.
Satisfied to tell the story they finally had to separate after spending hours on a week's story, Albert said he would look to bring another gift to Latisha another time on the condition that Latisha had to study hard.
Waving his hand at Albert's gate, he walked away from the Academy and entered the forest. Walking on the path of his mind wandered in search of something that made his heart empty, every day he went through without emotion until unconsciously the night passed quickly.
His legs were still running tirelessly, his eyes empty without knowing what he was looking at until he realized he was standing before a fortress he was very familiar with.
I don't know how much time had passed after that war, now all that was left was rubble with terrible memories.
Albert walked past the fortress and found many bones scattered here and there, reminding him of Sophia's never-ending sacrifice for him.
Staring nanar at the bodies of various overlapping races here and there Albert began to step foot into the inner area, the more he entered the more carcasses he found.
The palace that was once magnificent and beautiful is now only left with some form that is still intact but empty, Albert knows not the more he enters the palace his heart will suffer more.
But he could not stop, until he was in the meeting room where the throne was still firmly standing. He should have sat there as a Prince ready to ascend the throne, should he now rule with titles and crowns.

Aaaaa.....
The typical scream of a little girl echoed throughout the room as Albert's dagger almost hit him, naturally Albert could easily stab the girl in the neck with just one throw as he learned of the whereabouts of the girl hiding.
"What are you doing here?" ask Albert.
"I should have asked like that!" he said with a loud voice that shook.
Albert knew the girl was scared but he tried to look brave, noting she was younger than Latisha by about one to two years.
"I'm just looking around, then you?" reply Albert.
"I live here" he replied, to Albert's astonishment.
"alone?" tanyanya.
"My father is going out to eat" he replied more casually.
Of course Albert is increasingly astonished, what kind of family would want to live in ruins with human carcasses? they have no purpose, so they have no choice.
"Don't be rash, I didn't hurt your daughter" said Albert, who, without seeing him, knew a man was standing behind her with a sword drawn to his head.
As he spoke to the girl clearly the terrified look on his face suddenly turned brave, for a girl as small as him it was easy to guess the contents of his brain. And again Albert had heard a heavy breathing sound as the man settled behind him.
"Lift your hand!" the man's orders were firm.
According to Albert, he raised both hands right above his head and turned around slowly. As he stared at the man who was standing watchfully, suddenly the look on the man's face changed, at first he frowned but then slowly lowered his sword.
"Your Majesty.. Is this you?" tanyakanya.
Albert was confused, he did not recognize any of the people from his kingdom and no one knew that he was a prince.
"How is it possible? your face hasn't changed at all" he said again.
"Did you know him?" ask the girl curious.
"Yes, prince Albert!" yells.
"Who are you?" albert asked coldly.
"You forgot me, well.we were only together for a few days before the elven warriors came attacking."
"God! Peter!" albert exclaimed at a moment when he remembered a young man who was his age.
The young man who had saved his life and brought him to meet Jonah, Peter nodded and opened his hands as Albert approached him to give him a hug.
"It's been a long time" Albert said.
"It was long enough until I had a daughter" Peter agreed.
The little girl walked over, paid her respects and apologized for her bravery earlier.
"Forget it, what happened? why do you live here?" ask Albert.
"Only the destiny of the people is small, you know the lives of people like us are always far from good luck" Peter replied as if holding back tears.
Albert certainly understood, the war that continues to occur causes a lot of losses not only to the King but the people who feel more suffering.
He remembered what it was like to be a victim of war so that at that time he wanted to seize his palace, he wanted to restore the houses of his people and give happiness. Unfortunately the dream never came true, or maybe not yet.
