Chapter 20 Letter of Fishing

Firat takes Albert to a small town frequented by vampires without fear of their identity being discovered, until in front of a house he knocks on the door.

The door opened, revealing the new Alessa preparing to go to sleep.

"Hi," said Firat.

"Who are you?" alessa asked because she didn't know them.

"My name is Firat, I heard about you from Lucy."

Hearing Lucy's name called of course Alessa immediately realized who they were and let her in.

"Is anyone getting poisoned again?" terka Alessa's.

"No! it's something else."

"What's that?" alessa asked curiously.

"I'm looking for Damien, can you tell me where he is?" ask Albert.

"He's the surprise child" Firat said, leaving Alessa speechless.

It took him a few minutes to digest all of this after Albert explained the situation.

"So you're brothers" muttered Alessa.

"Who?" ask Albert who still has not received any explanation.

Alessa tells what she knows about Damien and Sophia, the daughter of Meseress who has become Damien's destiny. Also an escape mission from the Elves who tried to kidnap Sophia for the resurrection ritual of the Rider.

"So I have a brother? why didn't anyone ever tell me about this?" albert asked in shock.

"Easy to understand, you're a prince pal! you have to fill the throne without needing to know about the surprise child so as not to affect the kingdom" Firat said.

"Where is Damien now?" ask Albert.

"From worrying about Damien I think you should worry more about your sister, meet Sophia at the Academy and stay with her until Damien picks you up. It's safer" Alessa replied.

Albert understood, so he decided to go to the Academy alone.

Whether it had been how long he had been out of the Academy, naturally it was a considerable amount of time considering all the things he had experienced.

When he reached the main gate of the Academy he somehow felt nervous as if he was about to face the test, even he could hear his loud heartbeat making ears buzz.

To the guard he said he wanted to meet with Sir Hummut the Dean, after being allowed to enter his eyes could not stop to see every girl with a mind that kept questioning where Sophia was.

"Albert! this is a surprise, really," the Dean warmly welcomed the visit.

"Sir, how are you?" tanyakanya.

"As you can see, um, actually my arrival here was to see my twin brother," Albert said straight to the point.

"Twin brother?" the Dean wondered because he never knew about this.

"Yes, Sophia."

"Wait on! Sophia.... yes... Why did I just realize it? you guys are from the same Kingdom, Damien brought her here a year ago."

"Thank God. Can you call him for me?" ask Albert expectantly.

"No Albert, Sophia left a few days ago."

"What?" ask Albert not to believe it.

His eyes stared proudly at the line of troops he had painstakingly built, while enjoying the best quality wine from the best concoction of his farmers.

"A year has passed, My rider must be ripe and ready to be resurrected" he murmured.

From behind a new right hand named Cheet is a young girl with beautiful eyes like the ocean, having ingenuity that has been honed and devoted devotee like her late father Afragus. Walk up to him to report the latest news.

"We've known where he's been hiding, all this time he's been at the Academy."

"It's just fine that I can't smell his presence, so what should we do? the place was heavily protected by all races," Ursula asked without turning her eyes away from the practicing soldiers.

"We can lure him out, if you'd like me to take care of everything."

"Oh Cheet. I don't mean anything bad but you're better than your father" Ursula said, turning her back to give the girl a smile.

It was a tribute to Cheet, so by puffing his chest he began his plan.

A letter he wrote and he sent to the Academy for Sophia, a letter whose content was Sophia's greatest weakness.

Getting the letter the instant Sophia lost her composure, without a second thought she immediately left the safest place on earth. Now the letter had also made Albert want to go after him but the Dean forbade him.

"I don't know what's going on and I never want to interfere, but as your former Dean I'm worried about your safety. That's why I suggest you should meet Damien first before you catch up with Sophia" he said.

"But my brother is in danger, if I don't catch up quickly... " The words Albert could not finish because he could not even imagine the terrible thing.

"I understand, but still it's for your safety as well."

Albert was so upset about what had happened to them, like playing cat-slinging he never managed to meet Damien or Sophia even though he was very close.

"No sir, I'll keep up with Sophia!" he said for the last time before leaving.

But he was not stupid, just in case he also sent a message to Alessa asking him to tell her what happened to Sophia to Damien.

He hopes Alessa can quickly inform Damien so that they can all meet in the place where their destiny originated, the palace of Meseress.
