Chapter 56 Don't Cry Me!

He also gave orders to his troops to retreat, so those who still have a complete body immediately ran to save themselves.

"Sophia!" call Damien clutching the already defenseless body.

"Oxans! can you cure Sophia with your magic?" albert asked Alessa who had just come over.

"Sorry, my kheos is not enough" he said.

"Mother.. mother." call Latisha immediately down from her Dragon and rush over to Sophia to hold her hand.

With teary eyes Sophia looked at everyone who called and approached her.

"You guys have met" Sophia said.

"Don't say much, save your strength" Damien said.

Sophia smiled, her already powerless hands touching Damien's cheeks. He twitched a little because he felt cold while doing it, but then slowly he got used to it so that he buried all his hands on Damien's cheeks.

"It's over, the Rider is finally gone. Now the world will be safe" Sophia said.

"No!' albert did not accept.

From the beginning Sophia was her brother and the surprise child of Damien, she was not the Rider as people say.

"My destiny is just to get here" Sophia said, re-igniting their emotions.

He looked at Damien then Latisha, his flesh and blood now ready to live with others.

Slowly Sophia closed her eyes, her hand holding Damien's cheek fell. The various memories he had made along with Damien and Albert appeared to be a booster from the pain of unwinding.

But a few minutes passed and Sophia showed nothing but her peaceful face in sleep.

"Mother." call Latisha.

Tears poured down on the innocent girl's face, her bitter cries making Alessa unable to hold her to give her a hint of calm.

The Dragons descended to earth, bowing towards them as if to pay their last respects to the Rider.

Albert's cry finally broke, roaring with grief.
