Chapter 43 Battle at Enyver Castle 2

Flying around Luca's castle does not stop spouting fire, ravaging the soldiers who are running for safety. They ran towards the forest where the safest place at the same time carrying out the orders of the Kings, preparing a large weapon in the form of a large catapult-like cannon that would float a large stone with Luca as the target.

"Meg I need your help!" albert caught the attention of the she-wolf.

"We have to stop them from hurting Luca!" he said as he pointed at the struggling dragon avoiding many shots.

Meg nods her hairy head, running right in front of Albert she gets rid of everyone or vampires who are about to stand in Albert's way.

Until they finally arrived and immediately attacked the soldiers, unfortunately Dimitri was also there so it would be quite difficult.

Although now Albert has become strong but his control of the power is not good enough so he is like a stupid wrestler, in contrast to Dimitri who clearly knows the level of his strength and strategist as well.

Albert teams up with his vampire powers to make Dimitri bother, while Alessa supports him with her magic.

Now that they're balanced, some of Albert's attacks can eventually hurt Dimitri even if it's minor. Not to be outdone Alessa also gave a long-range attack, she locked Dimitri's movements with her homemade shield and put a strong pressure inside.

It would not kill Dimitri quickly but would weaken him, when Dimitri felt weak enough then Albert gave a physical attack in the form of a punch that made linu his heart.

"Albert!" alessa shouted while throwing a sword.

Albert caught the sword in the air and thrust it right into Dimitri's heart, unfortunately Dimitri's dexterity was still good so he could fend it off.

Not wanting to give up Albert continued to give attacks, making the vampire hundreds of years was overwhelmed to deal with it that seemed unable to get tired.

Dimitri tightened his neck until Alessa slowly lost consciousness.

A tip of the sword suddenly sticking out of his chest, Dimitri slowly released Alessa and looked back. Apparently Dimitri lost his vigilance until Albert was able to blow the sword from his back, stopping his heartbeat instantly.

"I'm fine, you better stop Sophia quickly." said Alessa with a still severed breath.

Aro is a vampire with good stability ability, he is not easily provoked emotions or have big ambitions like Dimitri. He is very calm and upholds the typical vampire manners, rumors say he used to be a royal prince before finally becoming a vampire prince.

Unlike fighting Dimitri who leaned on madness, Aro had a calm attitude that was not easily torn down, this makes it difficult for Damien because his every movement is easy to read and whatever he says is not easy to ignite Aro's emotions.

"It's all over" said Zaruta, who came out of nowhere.

Damien who was still paralyzed on the floor could only look up, staring at Zaruta with clothes that were filled with bloodstains.

He walked past Damien, then lifted Sophia's body into his arms.

"It's a shame, but she's a beautiful girl. Please don't overdo it because we all know the Rider means a lot to vampires" she said, looking at Sophia's face.

"Stop Zaruta!" threaten Damien firmly.

But Zaruta would not hear it, a pair of fangs sticking out of his open mouth. He took Sophia's hand and was already preparing to immerse her mouth, but suddenly a foot floated beside her head.

With one hand Zaruta managed to fend off a kick, with a flat face he remained unmoved until the leg was away from his ear.

"It's not polite, a servant like you doesn't deserve to go ahead of the prince" said Aro, the owner of the foot.

"I'm sorry, my lord, but I can't help myself. After all you're just a side prince" said Zaruta while laying Sophia.

Clearly from that brief conversation the two of them did not get along, Zaruta without a doubt stared coldly at Aro and vice versa.

Damien, now unable to move, can only watch how the two vampires fight, fighting for their first right to drink the Rider's blood.

"Damien! Sophia!" albert is back.

"You okay?" her daughter was worried to see Damien lying on the floor.

"No, just my body can't move because of the poison. You better take Sophia away before she wakes up and start messing up again."

"What about you?" ask Albert who can't leave Damien either.

"I'll be fine" Damien said, though he wasn't sure.

With a heavy heart Albert finally made a decision, he was about to approach Sophia but suddenly Sophia's body moved. When her eyes opened her pupils returned to normal, Sophia's facial features showed that she was confused.

"Sophia." call Albert slowly.

"Albert? oh you're alive!" sophia rushed to embrace him.

"Sophia... Have you realized?" ask Damien to make sure.

"Damien what happened to you?" tanya Sophia took off a hug to look at Damien's condition.

"He was exposed to a poison that made his body unable to move" Albert replied.

"Hold on," said Sophia.

He makes Damien lie down, then examines Damien's body to find the needle that spreads the poison. Sophia quickly pulled out the needle and then with a scalpel she made a scratch on the needle puncture marks, with her mouth she sucked Damien's blood and poison.

Spewing out the poison, Sophia wrapped her incision with a cloth, miraculously Damien slowly began to feel her body again even though it still could not be moved completely.

"The poison has already spread, he must be given a potion to recover quickly. Take Damien, we'll get out of here" Sophia ordered.

Albert nodded he immediately held Damien on his back and rushed off to meet Zaruta and Aro still did not realize that Sophia was normal. Out of the castle the first sight Sophia saw was hell, how many charred corpses were burning and not a few pieces of bodies were scattered.

"You guys okay?" tanya Alessa approached.

"Yes, what about the others?" reply Albert.

"Although outnumbered but we master the war" he said.

"Alessa tell Meg to tell everyone to back off, we're leaving!" said Albert.

Alessa nodded, she immediately left to order the wolf pack to retreat. They ran away, but Sophia's eyes caught Luca's badly injured body.

Sadness began to pulsate in his heart, with nanar slowly he walked towards Luca to see how severe the wound his dragon had received was.

"Sophia!" call Albert.

But Sophia did not say, she focused on the sword that was still stuck in Luca's chest.

"Sophia!" call Albert again.

Sophia turned her head, but her eyes had turned blue again complete with her light.
