Sense of Sense
Worrying

“Pah, Zain where?”

“Zain? Zain a .. da, kok.” Ashqar changed pias. “Loh? Zain where?” ask Ashqar.

He turned to the right and to the left, making sure that Zain's absence was not just his illusion. Then when Ashqar realized the situation, he quickly held the elevator door closed and pulled Alvin out with him. Ashqar must not allow himself to face two problems simultaneously.

“Mas Alvin know where Zain is?” ashqar asked as soon as they got away from the elevator, a little in the corner of the room near the door of the hotel staff meeting room.

“Ndon't know. If Alvin knew, Alvin would not have asked the papah earlier.”

Ashqar panicked. Alvin remained calm as usual. Ashqar repeatedly asked the same question, and could only be heard by him. Where is Zain now?

Without saying much Ashqar took Alvin by the hand, slowly stepping down the route they took.

“Alvin try to look the same noticed around, yes. Who knows Zain is around here,” he said, watching people in the hotel lobby, especially children.

Alvin walked slower. However, not because he did what Ashqar asked, but because he was afraid the pudding bowl in his hand slipped. “Papah don't worry. Zain must be fine, kok.”

“How papah is not worried. Zain was still next to Papah, but suddenly the boy was not there,” Ashqar spray.

He almost grabbed the shoulder of a little boy in a suit and stature similar to Zain, until the boy turned around and ran towards his parents, Ashqar only realized his mistake.

Ashqar stood out in a soft voice. “I think it's Zain,” his inner self, carry on the steps.

Then he thought of the possibility of where Zain was. Swimming-pool. The only place in this hotel that the boy wanted to visit and was very insistent just a moment ago. It's just that Ashqar hoped that his son would actually be there, because that way he wouldn't have to think of other places that Zain might visit. Or think of the possibilities of not wearing if Zain gets to a dangerous place.

Thinking about it made Ashqar's mind increasingly disarranged until he unconsciously tightened his hand and accelerated his pace. Until Alvin's question succeeds in making the man of three children stop the step and stunned on the spot.

“If I'm the one missing, is Papah also worried?”

“Definitely!” ashqar replied steadily, after a while and without looking at Alvin's face.

“Papah does not like Mas Alvin ask kayak that. Papah has often said that Mas Alvin should not be discouraged. Alvin, Zain and Harsha are Papah and Mamah's children, if you're why we must be worried.”

“Sorry, Pah.”

“This promise is the last time, and do not ask things like that to Mamah or later Mamah can be sad. Okay?”

For the umpteenth time, Ashqar assures Alvin the same, that the child need not be worried or inferior. Although Doctor Andre had warned him that Alvin could be anxious without himself being aware and asked Safira to explain Alvin's position to them, but it still hurt to hear the child's question.

“OK. I'm sorry, Pah.” Alvin flopped on Ashqar's open arm.

The eleven-year-old didn't quite understand why his father disliked the question he asked. Though in his small mind, Alvin was only curious what if now he was the one who was missing. Whether the papa will be as worried as it is now, or just the opposite.

“Ashqar? Alvin's? What are you doing here?”

A familiar voice interrupts Ashqar and Alvin's moment. The two of them immediately looked at the source of the voice.
