Ashqar could not describe how he felt at this moment. Even if ten poets stood before him and chanted beautiful poems, he felt that it could not truly represent his feelings.
He walked to the bed where Safira lay comfortably, after Ashqar had delivered Rafa and Edi to the front door of the nursery. The struggle they had been through was much more difficult for his wife.
“There are many, dear,” he said, stroking Safira's forehead and landing one light kiss there.
His eyes were fixed on Safira's face which had now regained its pink hue. It seemed like Safira fell asleep as soon as everyone left the room. His wife was asleep like a baby, her chest was moving smoothly up and down and the sound of her breathing roar was sounding smooth with a slow rhythm that made her heart rustle longing.
Then Ashqar went to the little bed and lay there. It's a bit excessive, but Ashqar thinks he needs a break too. Accompanying Sapphira, although certainly not as exhausting as his wife, was quite draining.
“The next child is better caesar aja,” Ashqar murmurs, close the eyes with the arms. Instantly the shadow in the delivery room was drawn again in his mind.
“Congratulations, son Father and Mother.” The doctor who helped deliver Sapphira raised the tiny baby in front of them.
Then followed by the cries of their daughter who echoed filled the entire room like fireworks on the eve of the new year, inviting excitement and hope.
Ashqar could not stem the bliss, his tears falling along with a smile on his face. Relief and gratitude emanated clearly on his haggard face. Sapphira is the only person who feels amazing.
“Still, Dear. Thank you very much,” said Ashqar, clasping Safira's hand tightly and waving a kiss all over his wife's face.
Safira could not help but smile. Even if she could do more than just cry and give thanks she would. Now she completely understood what Harti was saying to her, a complete feeling that somehow Safira could explain.
The busyness in the delivery room has not yet subsided. While a nurse was cleaning her daughter, another sewed an intimate part of Safira. Realizing it made all over Ashqar's body bristle.
“After scissors still to be sewn,” Inner Ashqar.
Safira lost a lot of blood in the middle of labor and it made her very panicked. The situation of the room suddenly became tense, all the nurses moved quickly to do something that Ashqar did not understand what. The only thing Ashqar understood was when one of the nurses took a blood bag and transfused Safira.
Your wife is fine, so do not panic or it will affect the delivery process. You should accompany the prospective mother to stay calm and regulate breathing again. Dr. Rudy spoke in a calm tone, as if telling Ashqar that something like this could happen to the mother who was giving birth.
“Mas why?” safira asked when she saw Ashqar daydreaming.
“I think Mr. Ashqar is too happy, Ms.” Dr. Rudy, the senior doctor who handled Safira's delivery, approached the two. “One more time congratulations to Father and Mother. May his daughter be a devoted child to religion, parents and the State.”
“After this do not immediately gass yes, sir. Fasting used to be at least forty days.”
Ashqar who understood the direction of Doctor Rudy's conversation could only smile stiffly. Forty days is much shorter than having to see his wife struggle to bring their little angel into the world. However, saying that blatantly is quite embarrassing as well.
Meanwhile, Sapphira had already hidden her face behind a palm. He had absolutely no idea what to react to.
“So already have a name for her beautiful daughter?”
Ashqar glanced at Safira, and vice versa. “Who, Mah?” ask Ashqar.
“Harsha Widuri Baswara,” Safira replied.
Dojter Rudy looked at the couple curiously. “What does it mean to know?”
“Harsha means joy, Widuri Baswara is taken from both of us, Dok.” Ashqar added.
