Sense of Sense

Sense of Sense
Mas Alvin

Rafa and Ranee return to finalize the plan to solve the problems that are happening to Ashqar and Safira as soon as possible. If they are usually like black and white, light and dark, in judging things. But this time it was different. The newlywed couple agreed, under pressure from Ranee actually, to do the right way according to the woman.

Meanwhile, Ashqar stepped away from Edi's study with unsettled feelings and thoughts. Ranee's words continued to stick to his head and made him guess about Safira. Is his wife still prejudiced? Or is there something else hidden?

The creaking of the door hinges faintly flowed as Ashqar pushed its leaves. He turned his head slightly into the bedroom, thinking Safira was sitting on the bed with Harsha in his arms. However, he did not see any visuals of Safira there.

Ashqar stepped in, his steps were made as light as possible because it turned out that his youngest daughter was already sound in a baby bed. Ashqar's gaze swept around the room, some of Harsha's equipment was neatly arranged.

She stood beside the baby box, looking at the face of her beloved daughter angel with a shady look. Ashqar involuntarily pulled both corners of his lips as Harsha gave a small moan in sleep and rolled sideways in a position that was somehow similar to Safira's sleeping position, completely like a duplicate.

“Harsha really, very similar to mamah,” he said anxious.

And when Ashqar reached out, about to touch Harsha, the baby whined as if he was distracted with just a small gesture. Ashqar quickly patted Harsha's tiny butt until shortly after the baby girl fell back into a deep slump.

Then after Ashqar made sure that Harsha was not disturbed again and after giving a light kiss, he stepped outside the room. Ashqar walked towards Alvin and Zain's room which was also on the second floor.

He wished Sapphira was in one of their son's rooms so that he could find out whatever his wife and Ranee were talking about. However, when Ashqar was almost at the door of Zain's room, he saw the door of Alvin's room slightly open. So Ashqar undoes his intention and chooses to go to Alvin's room next to his sister's room.

He could hear the voices of Safira and Alvin, not so clear, but they seemed to be chatting. Ashqar had just reached out, almost knocking on the clear lacquered door leaf as Alvin's voice sounded colder than usual.

“Alvin don't like.”

“What does Mas Alvin not like? During this ‘kan, Mas Alvin usually always the same understanding Zain.”

Ashqar was stunned with a deep frown. He was curious about Safira and Alvin's conversation. So Ashqar immediately withdrew his hand and his intention to enter, he chose to hide behind a wall, eavesdropping.

Two people in the room were in a serious situation. For Sapphira, after a long time, he was finally in a situation when Alvin began to complain to him. Though the complaint was not about him.

“Iya, but I also want to deket same Mamah. And Zain always takes all the attention of Mamah.”

Sapphira, who had been sitting on the bed, next to Alvin, took the small chair belonging to her son and positioned herself before Alvin. Now he knows why his son has been constantly putting on a sour face since the hospital.

“Sorry, you do not realize that Mas Alvin wants to be close as well as mamah,” he said gently, squeezing both hands of Alvin and looking straight into his son's eyes. “Sorry because you pay more attention to Zain and ignore Mas Alvin.”

Alvin shakes. “Ngak. I'm glad that Mamah is paying attention to Zain, really. But ...”

“Mamah tau.” Safira rubs Alvin's mane. “Mas Alvin also wants a chance to kayak Zain. Mas Alvin also wants to spoiled Zain.”

“Ng-no!” kilah Alvin, throw the face. “I'm just worried, because Mamah is sick again, but Zain disturbs Mamah continues.”

“Ih! Mas Alvin shy, yes?” goda Safira who makes Alvin's face more red. “Mamah likes loh, if Mas Alvin kayak gini. Or spoiled it like Zain.”

“Mamah.”

Then the mother and child debate continued, occasionally presenting a crisp laughter and of course it did not escape the hearing of Ashqar who was still hiding behind the wall.

Ashqar was worried about his desire to talk to Sapphira. He might have guessed that Sapphira and Ranee's conversation would not be far from their current problems, but after hearing the chatter of his wife and eldest son, Ashqar became doubtful.

Safira stubbornly, over thinking, recklessly and some of the vices that Ashqar already knew made him realize one thing, that this matter did not need to be constantly discussed. However, it needs to be resolved.

So instead of asking the correlation of Ranee's remarks to Safira, Ashqar considered Sapphira's current physical and mental condition and decided to look for other ways to make his wife comfortable and safe. So he immediately left his place and returned to the room.
