Shortly after entering the campus gate, Alvin's footsteps came to a halt. Not only his footsteps, but Alvin also felt that time seemed to stop for a moment.
Body freezes. Especially after realizing the presence of the figure before him. His eyes looked straight ahead, towards the figure of a beautiful girl standing not far from him.
That figure, Alvin memorized clearly the figure of who is currently standing before him there. A beautiful girl with such a powerful domineering aura. The aura that could make Alvin clearly feel his chest which was currently in great turmoil. He could only stand in his position.
"Marina?" alvin whispered softly to himself.
Once Alvin squinted his eyes, trying to look at the girl with a cynical look.
"What's he doing here?" muttered Alvin again.
Yes, the figure of that beautiful girl is Karina.
She's the girl who's been taking Alvin for granted for a while. Alvin hates to admit it, but Karina's presence always warms Alvin's heart every time he meets her. Despite the fact, the girl had already hurt Alvin repeatedly.
Their relationship is not a normal one. It wasn't a brief relationship where Alvin could forget about it easily. Karina is Alvin's first love. And that's why Alvin can't forget it so quickly. Alvin wasn't trying. Alvin has tried to forget it, but until now, Alvin admitted he has not been able to.
Alvin needs someone who can make him forget about Karina. But he was not yet confident in opening his heart to others.
Meanwhile, in front of there Karina was also aware of Alvin's presence. The girl just looked at Alvin with a dismissive smile.
The look on the girl's face seemed to be mocking Alvin who currently looks like a man who is so pitiful in his opinion.
Logic tells Alvin to get away and leave. But what power, not yet Alvin stepped, Karina had already seen it.
Alvin's eyes were still focused on looking at Karina who was currently stepping foot, approaching her. For a moment Alvin just fell silent, staring at the figure of Karina who was getting closer to him.
"Alvin, what a coincidence." Karina scolded.
"Yes, what a coincidence." replied Alvin lazily.
Karina stared at the area around them. "What are you doing here? Isn't it already home from college?"
Alvin was silent. Choosing not to say anything, just stared at Karina with her cold gaze.
Karina smiled obliquely at the look on the face of the young man before her. He knew that Alvin must still feel hurt for him over the past.
"Is there anything you want to do at this school?"
"It's none of your business."
"Oh wow, just relax? No need to raise your tone like that. Ah, aren't you waiting for me here?" guess Karina is full of confidence.
"Waiting you?" Alvin grunting. "Why am I waiting for you?"
"Ck, ck, you're intending to meet me until you have to find out what extra hours of my college are like this, huh?"
"What?" Alvin frowning. What exactly does this girl mean. Who is waiting for who. Alvin didn't even know the girl was having extra school hours.
Karina rolled her eyes lazily.
"If your goal is to return, it will be in vain. Didn't I tell you that I don't want to be with you anymore, why are you still stalking me? Previously at the club and now at the campus." continued Karina
"I'm not stalking you, Karina? This meeting was obviously just a coincidence."
Karina clucked cynically.
"No coincidence happens twice, Alvin. I don't know, besides being stupid, it turns out you're also very shameless."
"Take care of what you say, Karina. Who do you call shameless?"
Karina grieves.
"Come on Alvin, admit it. You must know that I have extra college hours. That's why you're waiting for me here."
"I have no business waiting for you, Karina!"
"Ck, everyone would think the same of me if they saw you here, Alvin. They'll think you're waiting for me. Moreover, your lecture hours have been completed since before." reply Karina did not want to lose.
"Ck, really? Should I trust you?" Karina asked with a cynical look.
"Karina, I wasn't waiting for you at all. It's up to you not to believe. Obviously, I'm still here not because I'm waiting for you but I want to meet my friends."
Alvin then chose to step out of Karina at that place. Serving this girl will only make her head break. After a few steps, the girl spoke again.
"alright. Suppose I believe your words. Where are they then?"
Alvin flicked his steps and turned around, looking at Karina. "Who?"
"Your friends, of course. Where are they?"
Alvin looked at Karina with a look of wonder. Yes, he was astonished and confused. Why does this woman not believe her words. He felt like Alvin was chasing him.
But what can I do. If Karina asks him for proof. Then Alvin will give. Alvin does not want to be thought of as a man who has no pride because he is still chasing his ex.
As a man, he also has self-respect. He'll prove it and make Karina ashamed.
"alright. I'll call them to prove everything to you." said Alvin, reaching into his canton, looking for his cell phone to contact his friends.
Karina poked her shoulders indifferently. "Please! Prove it to me."
Alvin's looking for his phone in his pocket. But he couldn't find his phone anywhere. Jacket pouch, pants pouch. Not even in his bag.
"Damn! Where's my phone." he muttered.
Alvin recalled the last time he used his phone. It was the moment he replied to the message and while still in Evelyn's car.
Alvin. Then whether his phone was left in Evelyn's car.
Karina chuckles at Alvin who seems confused looking for his phone. Is this young man going to make excuses by saying that his phone is gone?
Seeing Alvin who never gave any evidence, Karina just rolled her eyes lazy.
"Hows it? Can't prove?" Karina folded both hands in front of her chest, looking down.
Alvin looked up and looked at Karina with a hard to interpret look. "My phone doesn't exist."
"Ck, ck, are you going to tell me that your phone is suddenly gone?"
"My phone is missing Karina."
"Oh wow, my guess is right." Karina chuckles cynically. "It's not wrong that I've been calling you stupid all this time."
Alvin closed his eyes, holding back his emotions when he heard Karina again calling him stupid.
"I can't prove it to you, but I can still take you to my friends."
"no need. It's all clear. You're here to stalk me. It's not like you can't forget me."
Alvin again felt his pride trampled by Karina for the umpteenth time.
"I. No. gabe. Stalking. Whoever." Alvin confirmed his sentence.
But Karina instead chuckles and shakes her head in disbelief because she just found out how lying this ex-lover is.
"Come on Alvin, you better admit that you're the one"
"What's this?" someone cut Karina's words.
Karina turned her head and was surprised to find a girl standing near them. And he felt even more surprised after realizing that the girl was the girl he had a few days ago quarreled with in the nightclub.
She's the girl Karina remembers named Evelyn.
"What's he doing here?" Karina muttered to herself.
