Chapter 44. A mistake?

Rani comes to see King, bringing lunch for him is not without purpose. He wants to clear up the misunderstanding between the two of them due to the presence of Andre, the former fiance in the middle of their sweet relationship that has just been established.

What happened next was so fast, the meeting that began with a small debate had to pause when Rani intended to go home.

“If you're done, I'll be home soon.” Rani cleaned up the King's mark with her hands shaking and her face lowered, not looking at the chest of the swallowed Jang King who was so close to her.

King smiled when he realized that Rani was so affected by his appearance. He hurried up, standing up quickly grabbed Rani's arm. Not wanting to let the woman pass away just like that from before him.

“I have to prove it myself,” King said as he muttered indistinctly. King's strong arms clenched Rani's slender waist, pulling her in his arms until Rani's soft chest slammed against her loamy chest.

“Mr Hardy!” Rani gasps in shock, protesting King's actions. The empty box of food in his hand was thrown down onto the ground. Their bodies are now tightly attached.

“Leave it,” said King held Rani's face to look at him, then the man lowered his face to kiss Rani's lips.

Rani did not have time to protest when he raised his face to look at the handsome face of King who is now hugging his waist tightly, for the number of times the man kissed his lips again as proof. I don't know what that means, only King knows.

Rani goosebumps feeling the thrilling sensation of her heart as King's hard lips touch her soft lips, urging her lips to open. His heart rate increased rapidly, his breathing roar was heard hunting as King bit his lower lip. Rani's hand just stretched out around King's sturdy neck, as soon as the man deepened his kiss.

Rani's breath was wheezing, as King's tongue entered and pressed gently. “King,” whispered Rani trembling, as King suddenly pulled his face away.

The eyes of the two meet, and Rani is more convinced by her feelings that she is truly in love with King.

King rubbed the corner of Rani's wet lips, then the entirety of her lips were swollen. His gaze then turned up, his outstretched hand pulled the ties of Rani's hair and took them off quickly. Making the long black hair fall on his shoulder.

King scoops Rani's soft hair and holds it in his hand for a moment. “I love it when the wind plays with your hair, I love to see it looking shiny in the sun. I also love it when you laugh and close your eyes.”

“And you're happy to see my hair falling apart!” Rani opened her mouth, protesting King's actions despite her heart cheering happily. Really, King's charm has drugged him. What he did always made his heart shake.

King laughs at Rani's protest, and the opportunity is used by King to kiss Rani's lips again. And Rani doesn't protest anymore, she even enjoys every moment when King touches her lips and records them in her memory.

“You made me like this, but I don't care. I can go crazy thinking about you with that guy,” King murmured in his hot kiss.

“King,” whispered Rani Parau, as their bodies touched. Boldly, Rani swept her hand against King's chest that swallowed jang.

“You realize what you did?” King growled, grabbing Rani's hand. His chest rose rapidly, trying hard to control himself.

“I'm fully aware, what I'm doing.” Rani's eyes dimmed, enough in response. He grabbed King's nape and pulled him down, asking him to repeat what the man had done before.

“King,” Rani's voice whispers. King sat him on the floor of the tractor, the cold immediately stung as soon as his bo kong came into contact with the iron floor below.

King lowered his head and kissed her again, kissing her so sweet this time that it made Rani forget herself and reciprocate with all the gentleness she had.

A few moments later King woke up. The shadow of Andre's face flashed across his mind, making King flinch and quickly stretch out their embrace. The release of Rani's handrails around her neck, and stepped back suddenly.

“It's wrong, what we do is a mistake.” King flinched backwards, his blue eyes glowing wildly.

King turned back, his face hardened. He tried to catch his breath, trying to control himself when the jealousy regained control of his heart.

Rani stared at the flustered King's wide back which seemed to tremble. “I'm sure it's not a mistake, we both want it.”

King turned his head, and what appeared on that handsome face made Rani want to cry. The handsome face was flat with no expression, no look of happy face or love that emanated like when he touched Rani's lips. What seems to be regret and disgust at believing what they do is a mistake and betrayal of someone.

“I do want you, but I can still think sanely and will not do this crazy thing again that will only destroy your engagement.” King believes Andre's words and thinks Rani is still engaged to the man.

“King, how should I explain it to you, we have long since broken up. I am free, and not tied to any man.” Rani tries to explain, but King remains in disbelief.

King shook his head, “Don't make things worse. You're not really in love with me, and I'm not sure how I feel about you either. You're just lonely and need some comfort after the disappointment you felt in her, and then I'm here to fill that void. When you're conscious and your disappointment is gone, you'll leave me and come back to her again.”

Rani's face was flushed red, the corner of her eyes welled up in tears. He could not believe King had said that to him, the man doubted his feelings and considered himself to be just a momentary stopover.

“You don't really know me, and I doubt if you ever understood the true feelings of your heart when a woman fell in love with you.”

Rani ran fast, passing through the direction as she came earlier. Her tears are flowing. Disappointed, heartache overpowered him. King never really wanted his presence, or liked it. The man just played himself when he kissed him earlier.

He did not care when King shouted a reminder, Rani continued to run through the bushes and vast grasslands. Unable to hold back her tears, her eyes blurred until she did not realize the danger was approaching before her eyes.

“Aarghk!” Rani falls when her feet accidentally step on something that jerks and makes her lose balance.

The sound of hissing behind him made Rani turn her head quickly. He froze in place, an overwhelming fear ambushed him. He stared at the snake over a meter long which was now standing upright in front of him, not realizing that a shadow flashed quickly and knew that the snake's body had been split in two.
