"R already told me. They've been taken to their usual place."
Alva did not turn her head at all and looked straight out the window. "Bring me there. I'll take care of them with my own hands."
Erlan did not retaliate and just calmly drove the car turning from the usual path towards the outskirts. There is a forest with the middle there are various old buildings that look like former factories. Since it was a private land, no one else dared to enter the territory.
The car was parked in front of an old factory building. Alva firmly stepped down and walked into the factory guarded by many bodyguards in black suits and sunglasses. His pair of sweets looked around him as he passed through the door.
There was a group of men sitting on the floor with their hands and feet tied. Their mouths were shut, and there was a man sitting in a chair.
The man was the same man who spoke to Arana and conveyed the threat.
"Hey boss~ Finding them is quite difficult, you know. Wouldn't I be given a pretty big imitation this time?"
The young man had dark reddish hair. His lips revealed a smile, and under the shadow, his face blurred. But his voice clearly revealed that he was still a teenager who had just matured.
Alva ignored him calmly stepping towards the leader of the biker gang and releasing the duct tape that covered her lips with a gesture that was not at all gentle, yet looked elegantly done by him.
The man frowned. "Hey, buddy. What problems do we have?"
He remembered that he had never met this man or even made trouble with him. Why were he and his men captured and held like this?
Alva looked at Erlan. "So she's the one who's been harassing and threatening my wife?"
The man glared. "What empty omong!! Wife ap-!!'
He was just about to protest when a flash of memory appeared on his head. He tilted his head and muttered, "Oh. So that beautiful girl is your wife?"
"I thought she was still single to the point that I wanted to make her one of my lovers." Her speech.
Bugh!
Alva ruthlessly swung her fist and aimed it right at her nose. Making a cracking sound that made the teenager who first spoke to Alva whistle in a pleasant tone.
"Don't you dare say something like your bullshit about my wife." Cold Alva.
He kicked the bench, causing the man to fall on his side when Alva stepped on his head with his shoes. Melt of blood flowed from his nose which was broken by the force of Alva's incision. "I'll give you five seconds to answer, who told you to threaten my wife."
The man was in pain, and was dazed by the pain that plagued his face. He answered everything that flashed through his mind. "Don't know .. by message .. the number suddenly disappears."
"I .. I could swear!"
Looking at the cold man in pain under her feet, Alva lifted her legs and stepped towards the teenager under the shadow. And said coldly. "Make sure they're deterred and won't remember a single thing about my wife. You're reliable, aren't you, R?"
R sings a grin with a pair of curved beads that look like a demon. "Of course the boss!"
Then, Alva turned around to leave the place without looking back.
Cruel?
Alva is cruel. But that's the way to protect what he loves and wants to protect.
Even if he became a demon, Alva would do it to keep the smile of her loved ones.
***
When Alva returned from his company, he saw his wife pensively in front of the television. Although her pair of manics looked forward, Alva clearly saw that she was out of focus and her mind was somehow floating around.
Even as she approached, Arana was unaware of her whereabouts.
"Darling," he called her softly.
Arana was about to stand up when Alva held both hands, slowly pulling her back to sit down. "Did something happen? You seem distracted by something."
Was Arana still thinking about the threat of the thugs back then?
Arana realized her mistake, shaking her head calmly. "No, hon. I was just thinking about something. Look, mama gave this to us."
Arana pulled out a red envelope with a gold ribbon that looked neat. Arana took out the contents, and found Kyoto's flight ticket and key card. "Mama said it was a wedding present. Mama asked us to honeymoon to the place she had prepared."
Alva looked at the honeymoon destination and thought of a certain idea. "Good idea. I'll take care of our permission. I'll have Erlan take care of your leave for the next few weeks and we'll go to Kyoto together."
Arana smiled and nodded her head. "Yes!"
The reason why Arana had been silently daydreaming since then was her mind wandering wildly. There were a lot of things he thought about before Alva came along.
Honeymoon is a sacred and commonplace for newly married young couples. Honeymoon is synonymous with the romantic journey of young couples to enjoy the early days of their marriage, making an intimate approach to always produce the fruit of love in the form of a baby in the womb.
If they do honeymoon, Arana can not find a way to avoid the occurrence of intimate moments that might just happen. Although Alva has said that he will not touch Arana until Arana allows it, a lot of things pressure Arana.
One of them is the word Arletta that is still ringing in his head before the woman said goodbye to return abroad.
"Mama can't wait to get some good news from you and Alva. Mama and papa are really looking forward to mom and dad's first granddaughter."
Arletta is the only woman other than her grandmother who makes Arana want to cry when hugging her. The woman's tenderness and warmth made Arana feel at ease, and it was not until when she began to regard Arletta as her own mother.
Seeing the woman's hope, Arana felt depressed. Not wanting to disappoint him, yet he could not go any further in falsehood.
He didn't want to lie to Alva any more than this.
He did not want Alva to tarnish his chastity in a false relationship. If she is really pregnant and one day Alva discovers the truth about her, Arana does not want Alva to hate her. Arana did not want and could not imagine Alva looking at her with a pair of sharp eyes filled with disappointment and anger.
He can't lie to Alva.
In the end, all his thoughts and worries made him unable to sleep and kept him awake.
Looking at the sleeping Alva beside her, Arana picked up her phone and got up from the bed slowly. He carefully closed the door and stepped down to contact someone. Arana knows it's late, but Arana needs to contact her.
"Hello, ma?"
[Arana, what's calling mama these nights?]
Arana did not reply for a few seconds, before she spoke. "Mama Alva gave us a honeymoon ticket, and asked about the grandchildren. Ma, what should I do?"
Lydia was there silently for some time before lightly answering. [Do what you need to do, son. As long as you don't reveal your identity, it's fine to do anything. Also, don't you think it's good to have a baby? With the existence of a baby that will be known to come from Alva and Alana, your papa company will be more and more defensible.]
Listening to Lydia's reply, Arana was unable to speak. In the end he hung up the phone call after muttering yes.
Arana leaned her back against the back of the sofa and sighed.
Companies, companies and companies.
Arana, really doesn't want Alva to hate her.
"Al, I don't want you to hate me." He murmured in the empty air.
"No, you hate me."
