"Where's Alva?"
Arletta asked with her eyes to Flora who was standing together with Calvian. Flora replied, "Fetch her true love."
Hearing Flora's reply, Arletta slowly let out a smile. He shed a little tears and a little softly sobbed. His heart ached when he finally learned what had happened to his youngest son. Her heart ached because as a mother and as a woman she only learned the truth that happened to her son. He felt broken, felt useless and regret gnawed at his heart.
However, hearing that his eldest son was going to meet Arana, his heart became even more relieved.
He would not be able to imagine how devastated he would be if Alva really loved Alana instead of Arana. He could not imagine how broken his son's heart was to know that the person he loved turned out to be the same person who had left his sister devastated and killed herself. Arletta was very grateful. That Arana is present in Alva's life.
That Arana pulled Alva out of her hate hole.
Johan clutched his wife, held back his cries and calmed his wife with a gentle and soothing whisper.
"Our son will be happy, pa.." Arletta whispered in a faint voice, muffled by her sobs, but Johan clearly noticed. "Yes darling. Our son will live happily. I'm sure he'll be happy."
Flora looked at the two and turned her gaze away. He looked out the window, pocketed his hand and smiled a sincere smile.
"You gotta bring her back to your side, Al."
...***...
Arana was sitting in the room where she had been held for days. Arana occasionally looked at the door and felt a little uneasy for no reason. It should be that by this time, Lisa is already delivering vitamins and milk, but there is no sign that the woman will show up. Arana rubbed her stomach and turned her head out the window while sighing faintly.
Arana grabbed something from under the pillow and looked at the golden ring in her hand carefully before she rubbed it.
Arana smiled and involuntarily stopped moving when she found something inside the ring. Arana reads slowly the writing embedded in it before the manic spreads.
New & ... Aranas.
Arana freezes. His pair of sweets widened when he saw the engraving inside the ring. A simple text that can be read by anyone who sees it. His hands trembled slightly and before he could react, the door opened violently which made him subconsciously turn his head and find Josh looking at him with an unpleasant expression. The expression that made Arana crawl backwards in bed.
"He didn't talk about my message at all."
Arana knows who Josh is referring to, Alana. Alana may not return her message of something and makes Arana even more agitated as Josh slowly approaches Arana.
"Just a quick look at the info. He once said that if he no longer replied to my message within twenty-four hours, I was free to do anything to you. In a sense, I can use you, or even sell you."
Arana's bead is getting wider, though, but he tried not to look daunted even though Arana knew that she was really in big trouble and in danger as the man slowly stepped closer to her with a gaze as if locking onto the prey.
Josh chuckled, "Since the beginning Alana showed me your picture, I've been attracted to you. I thought you might be different and very attractive in bed. Unlike Alana who would happily widen her thighs for me, you would probably be something new to me."
"The stubborn little rabbit and the naysayers. That's gonna be interesting."
"Don't say nonsense! If you dare to approach, I will break your hand! " Arana threatened.
Josh laughed, almost making Arana goosebumps to hear him. "You? Want to make me break a bone? "
He then raised his hand high as if he was about to hit. Arana immediately closed her eyes, hugged her stomach tightly and tried to be a living shield for the baby she was in. The pain he imagined did not come, instead he then heard laughter from Josh who was now in front of him.
Josh glanced at Arana's stomach. "I don't want to hurt him. I just intend to play a little with you while I wait for the money from Alana to flow into my account."
Arana widened her eyes when she saw Josh's hand slowly rubbing his slightly exposed thigh because at that time she was wearing a dress directly limited to the knee purple. Arana slaps Josh loudly and yells. "*Don't act brash basic brengs*k*! "
Getting a hard slap from Arana until his head tilted makes Josh inflamed with anger. His emotion that was only as thin as a thread was instantly ignited due to Arana's slap. He looked at Arana angrily and raised his hand about to hit. And Arana knew that this time it wasn't a joke anymore. Arana widened her eyes, and the slap never came to her.
Josh did not stop, but he was forced to stop by a firm hand that tightly shackled his hand.
Arana's bead is shaking. The two pairs of beads were clashing against each other. Arana slightly silenced her lips with her hands before muttering along with Josh who turned her head.
"Well.."
How did he get there? How did Alva find him? What happened to Alana? Such thoughts flashed through his head, and disappeared instantly seeing Alva's gentle gaze being cast on him.
Tears involuntarily shed on both of her cheeks.
Looking at Josh with a cold and deadly gaze, Alva wordlessly dragged the man and smashed him in the face with a fist that made Arana involuntarily retreat a little until her back stuck to the wall. Josh who was hit retorted immediately amidst his pain. The two engage in a fierce fight when Arana hears footsteps from outside. Arana's heart pounded, afraid that the one who came was the guard of the building and could have made things difficult for Alva.
"God!"
Erlan appeared the next second which made Arana's shoulder relax with gratitude. On the other hand, Erlan immediately noticed Alva and Josh's fight and immediately looked towards Arana. Erlan immediately ran and approached Arana.
"You're okay? Is anyone hurt?"
Arana shakes. "No, it's okay."
Getting Arana's answer, Erlan turned his head. "Al, I'm sorry. But I'm asking permission to touch your wife!"
Without waiting for Alva's answer and Arana's own response, Erlan immediately helped Arana to stand up and hold her out. Alva does not turn his head and continues to fight blows with Josh who for Alva is quite good at fighting. Arana stared frantically between Alva and Erlan before saying to Erlan. "You're not helping?"
Erlan shook her head. "It's important we get out of here first."
Erlan was not unwilling to help Alva. Alva does not need to be helped. Precisely if it is a fight between friends, who need to be helped is Josh. Both seem balanced because Alva restrains herself, not to make Arana depressed.
Erlan sighed inwardly and still led Arana through the corridor that would take them out. "I'll have to take care of it again if someone gets killed this time. Plus, R and J must still be crazy right now for getting soft prey to be their samsak."
"Damn it, you have to get a raise, Lan!"
"Lan! Watch out!"
Arana's shout was accompanied by someone carrying a gun, directing it right at Erlan who was glaring along with the pull of the trigger and the loud deafening sound of gunfire.
DOR!!
