My Beloved Arana's
EXTRA CHAPTER 5

EXTRA CHAPTER 5 — ABOUT ARSELYNE

After escorting Arana to the airport, Arselyne and Amber return to her house and discover the whereabouts of an additional person inside her house besides Cella and Jake. The man looked up and looked at Arselyne for a while before looking back at the phone in his hand. "Hello, kid. Long time no see."

"What's dad doing here?" Arselyne glanced at Alard before looking at Cella with a questioning look that was reciprocated with a twitch of the shoulder.

"Can't you come here?" Alard asked as he sipped the americano from the cup he had just lifted from the tabletop.

Arselyne glanced at her for two seconds before landing her jeans on the couch across from Cella while Amber sat a short distance from her and began chatting with Cella about Arana during the trip to the airport. Amber told me so passionately and several times that she made a gesture to describe something that was very interesting to her. Cella and Jake also listened attentively.

"When's dad coming home?" ask Arselyne.

Alard responded with the question, "What about you?"

"Fusa."

"Then I'll be the day after tomorrow too." Hearing Alard's reply made Arselyne roll his eyeballs lazily. His father could not be separated from him for a day. "Daddy's work won't pile up?"

"There's Dio. Besides, I need a vacation too." Alard said while scrolling his phone screen.

"But you're really okay, son??" The question from Alard left Arselyne slightly speechless for some time before nodding his head and leaning against the sofa. "Of course it's good, yeah. You know me well."

"Arse." The call made Aeselyne look up at Cella. "Rest. You must be tired today. We won't bother you."

Arselyne was a little silent before nodding her head and wordlessly stepped towards the stairs and climbed up to go to her room. Those below looked at Arselyne with different eyes.

"Arse looks so sad." Jake's murmuring made Cella sigh the same way Amber sat across from Cella.

Cella muttered in response, "However Lily already considers Arana as her own older sister. The three of you have been friends for a long time, school, play, eat and even sleep together. Auntie even remembers you guys are like triplets. Losing one of you like this, of course makes it and even makes you sad, aunt understands."

"Although it's not in the sense of a loss that's completely gone, yet you've grown up and already have a life of your own, and that's what Arse fears the most."

Amber sighed and gently nodded her head. "Lily must still be afraid of her future."

"The boy looked very tough, yet he was actually so dependent. Since childhood, she had already felt that you and Nana were her closest people. You as the place to tell stories and Nana as the place to lean. Now she has to lose her place of leaning as she gets older, and the aunt knows that she's freaking out right now."

"If it wasn't for the events of that time ..." Amber held her voice and did not continue.

Cella smiled, "That's just the past, Amber."

On the other hand, hearing the conversation of Cella and Amber made Alard who had not said a word earlier clenched his hand with a trace of anger in his eyes as he lowered his head. The horrible incident was still clearly on his head. The same thing that made him divorced with Cella and was forced to leave Arselyne until the son became a teenager. Alard does not regret divorce with Cella because the relationship is not grandiose because of love. But Alard was so disappointed in himself because at that time he could not protect the precious things in his life.

The first time he met Cella, Alard remembered that she was wearing a very bold red dress. At first Alard thought that Cella had just plunged into the banquet after graduating from high school, but he did not expect that Cella's appearance and age were so far adrift.

Later the woman is introduced by her parents as her future fiance and the two are betrothed to unite their two big companies.

Alard knows that he does not love the woman, and it turns out that Cella is also not a woman who easily falls in love. The two were married on the basis of an oral agreement only to maintain cooperation between their two extended families. Entering the age of the second marriage, after thinking about a lot of consideration, Cella and Alard agreed to have offspring who in the future will inherit the company of both and in the end they have Arselyne in the third year of their marriage.

Seven years later, right at the age of ten marriage, there was one incident that made Alard decided to divorce Cella. Cella accepted the divorce with a big heart and there was no remorse between the two, because in the third month after the divorce, there was no remorse, Cella returns with Jake, her high school friend, and introduces him as her future husband and Arselyne's stepfather.

Alard still remembered the incident frequently, and his anger grew in his heart, as if it had never been extinguished.

Because at that time, his favorite son almost died in the hands of his enemy.

...***...

Inside her room, Arselyne leaned against her bedroom window while looking out. The light from the garden lights slightly gave light to the darkness of his room. His faint gaze looked straight ahead, but clearly anyone could see that his mind was wandering and was not in place.

There's a lot going on in Arselyne's mind.

The memory came back to haunt him, and for some reason he felt a little frightened. He gripped the window sill and tried to channel his emotions and feelings into every pressure he put. He closed his eyes for a while before closing the window and slamming himself into bed.

He buried his face in a pillow before picking up his phone that had been on the pillow since then and he turned on his phone screen. Arselyne's face clearly conveyed his emotions. Every look on his face clearly showed what he was thinking. Arselyne was only a timid and reserved child long ago, but due to comfort, he got out of that shell and became a more courageous and independent person. However, when she has to start losing that comfort due to a necessity, Arselyne feels a crisis within her, yet she knows that she must face that crisis to save herself.

"Sin."

Arselyne, love Arana.
