Amber wordlessly pulls Arana from the crowd and takes her away. Arana relayed the code to her friends to continue their activities and continued chatting. Gazing around him, making sure the situation was safe, Amber turned her head and glared at him.
"Good, Rana! Your husband is really amazingly handsome! That girl is so blind she doesn't like it!" Amber whispered with a voice that almost shrieked. "He really looks like a white riding prince! From the fairyland of course. Wait, I'm serious!"
Arana smiled a stiff smile and said, "Let Amber be calm. I know Alva is handsome, I've told you at least mama and papa are thinking about Alana's future even though it's a business wedding. There's no way mom and dad would find a partner who's far from Alana's standard."
Amber grunting. "Ah, fuck! You remind me that it's not as nice and beautiful as that."
"I have to admit, even though they're crazy, weird parents to me. Precisely, it's not appropriate to be parents, but their taste is very high." Amber slit her eyes.
"Are you going to stay here for a few days?" Arana asked after giving an amused nudity seeing her best friend put on a gloomy face.
Amber let out a helpless breath. "If I could, but I can't. Tomorrow I have to go back, and in the near future, I can't communicate with you much. I wish I had brains as smart as you and Lily, so I could do all my work overnight!"
Arana smiled gently. "Come on, you said we weren't smart. But look who has the most cupboards."
Amber rolled her eyeballs. "It's an athletic race, my dear. Unlike you and Lily who have a myriad of academic trophies. Can you tell the difference?"
"Ah, fine. I distinguish it."
"By the way, Na. Lily asked you about me because you've been a little while replying to messages lately. Lily asked me and I said you're busy because you're at work. I haven't told Lily at all that you've left Melbourne. But, Lily should also know that you're back in your family, at least, for some time. And lucky again, Lily said she won't be able to return until the end of the year because her big project requires Lily to move from place to place." Amber stared at the pair of Arana beads who were also staring at her.
The Asian girl sighed and nodded. "I understand, Amber. I'll try to tell Lily. But, I'll wait for the right time. I don't want Lily's job interrupted because she's worried about me."
Amber nodded in understanding. "I get. But you still have to tell Lily."
"I'll do." Arana.
Amber's bead glanced back, before she gave a small peek. "Hey, your husband's coming. Let's remember that I'm your online friend, right, Alana?"
In the instant after Amber had her lips shut, Arana could feel the presence of someone next to her. Arana turned her head, welcoming Alva who greeted her. "Hey, is everything okay here?"
"Yes, of course! Honey, meet me, he's Amber. She's mybest friend. He's not very fluent in Indonesian yet." Arana introduced Amber.
"I'm Alva, nice to meet you, Amber. Thank you for being Ala's friend. I thought, Ala is not the type of person who would make friends even online. But it turns out Ala did it." Alva spoke with a fluent and natural English accent, as if she really came from abroad.
Amber grinned widely, excited because at least, as long as the identity of her best friend was not revealed, her beloved girl would be fine and live comfortably together with this man. Ah, it's nice to see Arana living a happy and quiet life—!!
Waitaminute!
Amber missed one thing. The manic is dilated and the pupils are narrowed. His lips opened and closed, but not a single sound was released. Yeah at least, it's because Amber was too ayoo with what came to her mind just now. He watched Alva chat with Arana at a glance in a small whisper.
"Oh, you didn't tell me that you have a best friend online?"
Arana raised her eyebrows. "Only, I don't think it's too important to tell you."
Alva grabbed her cheek and rubbed it. "How does such a thing not matter? Anything related to you is very important to me. But of course it's your right to tell me everything or not. Surely you deserve to have some secrets not to share with others, mn?"
Arana nodded with a smile that displayed her row of white teeth. "Oh, of course!"
Amber's face is worse.
"Damn! This man touched Arana at will!! And damn, I can't do anything!"
Amber panic. Sure was! The fate and future of his beloved friend are at stake after this feast. A honeymoon?
What about the first night?!
No!! How can Amber let this guy touch her best friend? The crown of Arana can only be given to the person who really Arana loves! It should not be given to just any man! Only to Arana's husband.
But unfortunately, in the eyes of God, they were already a couple united on the altar.
What shit!
