My Beloved Arana's

My Beloved Arana's
Chapter 34: What's Your Goal, Arana?

More than half an hour around, Alva's hands were full of plastic containing various types of food. Starting from klepon, putu cake, omelet roll, pinch cake, bika ambon, risoles, rujak and even until satay, grilled meatballs and egg rolls. Arana has tried everything and according to him, everything is delicious. But if asked what Arana likes the most, Arana will answer that satay especially quail egg satay is the most delicious. He likes the pempek the most. The taste is really unique with spicy sauce that arouses his taste.

"Dear, I want that. That's what?" Arana pointed at a stand while pulling the sleeves of Alva who was carrying the bags of snacks he bought.

Alva was a little troubled, yet she smiled. "That's Ice Doger."

"Is Do?"

Alva repeated his words patiently. "Es Doger, baby. Made from milk and coconut grater, coupled with tape, black sticky rice, avocado and several other ingredients. It tastes sweet and delicious. Want to buy?"

Arana nodded in spirit. "You!"

Five minutes later, there was a glass of ice in Arana's hand. The girl was enjoying her ice with a smile on her face. It was sweet and cold, with a unique taste that he had never felt anywhere. Oh, Arana will make it as her favorite food after pempek.

His right hand scratched his neck which felt a little itchy. Then, he ate again. Hmm, why does it feel like the itch is getting worse, huh? Or just his feelings?

Pork .. Pork ..

Itchy once!

Arana raised her hand and found red spots. He's surprised. What's wrong with his hand? He turned to Alva who was sipping americano from a straw. Feeling stared at, Alva turned her head and widened her manic when she saw Arana's face, neck and arms had red spots that began to be clearly visible. "Darling, what's wrong with you?"

Arana shook her head. "A–I don't know. Suddenly itches."

Alva raised Arana's face, slightly tilting to check it out. "It looks like you're allergic to something. We have to go to the hospital now."

Arana muttered nodding her head. The two together walked towards Alva's car which was parked on the side of the road. "Wait here for a second, baby. I'll take the car."

Arana felt her breathing hard. He simply nodded, letting Alva cross over and putting his snacks into the car. Arana tries to calm her breathing. Breathe in and slowly take it out. People who pass by him occasionally look at him. A friendly couple approached and asked her how she was before Arana replied that she was fine. He spread his gaze, before stopping at one point.

The man had a knife.

Unmistakably, the bald man wearing the mask carried a knife in his hand hidden under his jacket. Arana was about to shout, but her voice was choked when she saw the man looking straight at Alva and stepping steadily towards Alva. Arana's heart beats fast. Between the pain and tightness she suffered, it was also due to the feeling of worry and anxiety that Alva was in danger because of the man.

Arana runs, towards the man who almost got to Alva. Like a slow motion motion, when the man raised his knife to stab Alva, Arana threw a kick in the man's head that made the man hit the Alva car.

Brugh!

Looking up, Alva found the man in pain trying to grab a knife under his foot. Alva did not know who the man was, but her instinct told her to move locking the man's movements. The people who were around immediately focused their attention on Alva and Arana who were currently sitting on the side of the road while holding her chest. Sweat slid down from his forehead. His face paled and the red rash on his body became more obvious.

Arana fainted.

...***...

"After testing, I was able to conclude that the patient was suffering from a severe allergy to sesame seeds. I've injected a dose of epinephrine into the patient, so the patient will get better soon." Doctors at the nearby hospital told Alva what had happened to Arana.

"I will write a prescription to be redeemed to the pharmacy to remove red rashes in the patient's body. You can make it up later." The doctor made Alva nod her head.

"Thank you, Doc."

The doctor nodded. "I'll excuse you then. The patient will be aware immediately, so you can wait for the patient to wake up."

After saying that, the Doctor left Alva standing beside Arana's bed. The girl was lying on a hospital bed with a face that began to have a natural red color. His breathing was regular and there were still traces of rashes and red spots on his body.

Putting himself on the bench, Alva's mind wandered.

Before Arana came, she was actually reading a file about Arana. He tells a detective to investigate Arana's identity. And what surprised her was that all along, Lydia and Michael had twin daughters. They have absolutely no data that they have twin daughters, the record is clean, if only Alva had not realized that Alana and Arana's birth dates were the same. Of course, their faces were the same.

After reading Arana's data, Alva knew a little about the girl.

Working to support himself since the death of his grandmother. He had a lot of side jobs in his school days. But what amazes Alva is that even though the girl's time is mostly divided for work, she is an accomplished and intelligent girl. He won many awards and many trophies from the Olympics and the races he participated in.

He even got a special invitation from the best University in America.

Looking at her social life, Arana is known for her friendly and warm nature. He is hardworking, easy to socialize and has many friends close to him. One of her best friends she managed to get her information from was Amber. The girl of European descent was one of the closest to Arana. Meanwhile, the detective can't get any information about her other than her name, Lily.

A few days before the wedding, there was a record of flights made by Lydia and Michael to Melbourne. After that, they returned together with Arana who was then wearing a mask and a hat that covered her appearance. But Alva was sure, that from the photo, it was Arana.

Looking at Arana's peaceful face, Alva could not help but squeak on her forehead.

He deserves to change.

But, what's the purpose? Why would she replace Alana marrying him? Wh why?

Alva's hand is outstretched. The tip of her finger gently touched Arana's cheek. Tracing along the cheek line, until the manic darkens. "Actually, what's your goal, Arana?"
