My Beloved Arana's

My Beloved Arana's
Chapter 129: Heading for Melbourne

Arana walks quietly along the corridors of her university along with her Civanya. Arana wore a black off shoulder dress with sheer black toe boots that made her skin look whiter than usual. He used a white bone sling bag with several books in his arms. While the Civanya appear sweeter by using two-color cardigan and highwaist leather pants. The two chatted about what food they would eat as their lunch. Every now and then, Arana would say hello and say hello to people she knew.

"I want to eat Yakisoba."

The people seem to think and nod. "Let's go to the Japanese kerestourant near here. I heard there's a new menu."

"What time does your next class start?" Ask Arana.

"Two hours. There's still plenty of time to eat."

Arana nodded her head and the two continued walking as the phone in Arana's hand shook. He paused a bit, saw the name on his phone screen, smiled and coded his Civil that he would answer the phone call. The civil nodded and let Arana answer the phone while the two were still walking side by side.

"Hello, Amber!"

Arana greeted excitedly. "I just finished class and now I'm going to eat Japanese food. That's your favorite food, you~ By the way, what's calling me?"

There was a long silence that made Arana blink confused. Arana slightly kept her phone away from her ear to check that she was still connected to Amber's number and put her phone back near her ear. "Amber?"

Arana was about to say back when Amber's voice sounded softly across there. [Na .. forgive me.]

Then, before Arana could respond to anything, the call was terminated. Arana anxiously stares at her phone screen and tries to contact Amber again. But some experiments he has done, and the results are the same. Amber number is inactive.

"Na, what's wrong?" Ask Civil.

Arana felt a bad feeling when she heard the words of Amber some time ago. Arana looked at her phone. "Civa, I'm sorry I couldn't accompany you to dinner today. I have to go now."

Seeing the panic in Arana's eyes, her Civil did not ask much more and nodded her head as she let Arana rush away. Arana immediately took a taxi to return to her apartment, taking her passport and some cash to use on the way if she could not use e-money.

Arana also packs some clothes into a suitcase when Arana contacts Arselyne. Arana tries to reach him three times, but his number is off. Arana sighed, closed her suitcase and contacted Alva.

"Hello, Al?"

[Darling, what's wrong? Do you miss me?]

Alva's voice had a kind of temptation. But at this time, because Arana was being overwhelmed with anxious feelings, Arana immediately replied. "Al, I'm going to go see Amber right now."

[Oh, what's up, baby? Did something happen?]

"Amber called me while I was on the campus. She cried and just said sorry to me before disconnecting our phone call. After I tried to contact her again, her number was off. I was so worried, so I'm going to the airport now and see him."

[Wait home for a minute, baby. I'll come.]

"What's? What about your company? I'll just be a minute."

[There will be nothing with the company. There's Erlan who'll take care of the company. So please wait at home, I'll pick you up in 30 minutes.]

Arana could not argue. After all, she had no reason to reject Alva because the man only wanted to accompany her. "Alright, Al. I'll wait for you."

Afterwards, Arana returns to the apartment and packs some of the Alva clothes that Alva will wear. Because there are not many, Arana mixes the two into one suitcase with each pack. When she finished, Arana sat on the sofa and waited for Alva. Twenty minutes later, Alva arrived. The door opened, Arana turned her head and stood up, finding Alva coming with a papper bag in her hand.

"Al?"

Alva came to Arana and hugged her. "Don't worry. We're going to Amber right now."

Arana nodded her head, about to take her suitcase when Alva first grabbed the suitcase and grabbed her hand to walk out with her by her side. "Sorry, Al. I must be troubling you."

Alva tightened her hand. "Don't ever say that you're troubling me, baby. You are my wife, I choose you and I have an obligation to take care of and make you happy."

Arana looked down, put her feet together with Alva and nodded her head. "Thank you, I get it."

"Wealthy people. I was thinking we'd be in line to buy a plane ticket." Inner Arana.

...***...

Ten hours into the flight, Arana and Alva finally arrive in Melbourne. Upon arrival, Arana revives her phone and finds Arselyne calling her twice and texting her as well. Arana called Arselyne after that.

"Li."

[What's up, Na? When you called me back then, I was out of the apartment and my phone was left behind. Is there something I missed?]

"Did Amber not call you?"

[No, what's wrong?]

Arana replied, "Amber called me. He slightly sobbed and just said an apology before his number became inactive."

Hearing Arana's words, Arselyne who was drying her hair in her apartment room frowned. "Amber said that?"

He heard Arana's voice. [Yes. Now I've reached Melbourne and on my way to Amber's house. I'll let you know next time, Ly. So, don't worry too much. I'll make sure that Amber's gonna be okay.]

Arselyne exhaled heavily and placed his towel beside him as he spoke, "Please let me know if anything happens. Don't hide anything like you did back then."

[Yes, I'm sorry. I'll call you back later. We're almost there.]

Arselyne nodded his head involuntarily and muttered, "Mn."

After the call was interrupted, Arselyne looked at the photo figura next to her and sighed heavily. It was a picture of her, Arana and Amber when they first entered High School. All three are wearing uniforms. Arana and Amber were right and left when they hugged her and she embraced them. Smile on his face.

"Amber, what else happened to you?"

On the other hand, at Arana's place, the girl stepped out of the car and stood in front of the gate of the magnificent Amber house. The gatekeeper immediately approached Arana and Alva. "Who are you looking for?"

Arana stared at him for two seconds before replying. "Amber. Is he home?"

The guard was slightly surprised, and immediately shook his head. "Miss Amber is not home."

"Nothing?"

Arana muttered and looked through the gap of the gate. The tall buildings that rise there, and the curtains that open. His gaze was fixed on a window and his manic narrowed. Amber's habit is to lock her window tightly when she is not home and not let the slightest gap be drained. Currently the window is tightly closed, as well as the curtain inside.

"Amber is not at home."

He frowned and tried to remember the place Amber was going to, where others did not know.

"Darling, can you take me somewhere?"

...***...

The girl was standing on top of a building. The look of his silent eyes looked at his surroundings with a gaze that was hard to decipher. He stared at the ground a dozen meters below him blankly. A cold wind blew away her hair, revealing a pair of teary-eyed beads of her ashes. The bruised wound on his face had turned blackish purple, and the blood on the corner of his lips had dried up, yet he did not grimace, as if it was a normal thing for him.

"This is the end."

He flashed a smile on his face as he whispered to the wind. "I'll give up at last."
