My Beloved Arana's

My Beloved Arana's
Chapter 59: Rana, Happy Enough

"You still like it?" Tanya Arana was surprised.

"Yes. But that was long before I knew you, baby. I was in a relationship because I liked him first. But after finding out she was cheating on me, I couldn't like her anymore." Alva explained, do not want the girl in his arms was misunderstood, although the words earlier could indeed make people misunderstand if not listen to the end.

He looked at Arana seriously. There was not a single lie in his eyes. "The only woman I love besides my mother is you, baby. Just you, my only wife."

"So, never make a conclusion if I like other women, if my wife is as beautiful, sweet, as cute and as adorable as you are. You're the only one I want to be my wife, my sidekick." He landed a sweet kiss on Arana.

A truly sincere sign of love.

"So, do you want to continue our activities?" He asked while raising his eyebrows.

Arana's brain still responds to what Alva says. When he biss reacted, he had been carried in a sturdy arm. Arana's face flushed red, and she shook her head even though her hands were coiled around her neck for fear of falling. "A—I want to eat! I'm hungry."

Alva came closer and fumbled the corner of her eye. "I'm kidding. I don't want you to walk, or you'll hurt your legs. So promise me. Do not force yourself if you are hurt in the future. I was really scared."

Arana nodded, buried her face cut off by Alva's neck and muttered. "I promise."

The man's lips were flattened, before a while later his straight gaze became serious. He said, "But I promise I won't let you get hurt again."

After lowering Arana to the sofa, Alva picked up the food she had previously placed on the table near the door and brought it back.

"Food comes~"

Dismantling the contents of the paper bag, there are two laksa bowls covered with a plastic wrap that keeps the food inside from air contamination. When Alva opened it, there was a faint vapor billowing from the red laksa, which indicated that the food had just been made.

"Uwahho! Looks delicious!" Arana cried while leaning closer to the table along with the opening of plastic wrapping.

The characteristic scent of laksa smelled down her nose, and Arana felt that her stomach was shaking from hunger. After dividing the chopsticks, Alva handed it to Arana who immediately lifted the bowl and sipped the spicy laksa sauce.

Her oil-coated lips revealed a smile. "The rest!"

"By the way, baby, we're going home tomorrow, right?" Tanya Arana interrupted her feed.

"Depends on your wishes, baby. If you still want to be here, we can extend our return. But if not, we can come back tomorrow." Alva's reply made Arana nod and say, "I want to go home tomorrow."

Arana still has to work on the design of Karina's order. It's been two days, and tomorrow is the last day he has to collect his designs on Karina.

Alva smiled and nodded. "All right, as you wish."

...***...

The night came quickly. Only after bathing and resting for some time, the sun had already sunk and the moon was bright at the side of the sky, accompanying the cluster of stars that spread throughout space.

Arana hardly knew where she was going. Before arriving at the destination, Alva closed Arana's eyes using a black cloth, which made Arana's view blocked. Totally obstructed.

Although a little nervous, but Arana does not feel afraid, because he believes that Alva may not have bad intentions for him.

He felt Alva pushing him while answering. "A little while, baby. Really in a minute."

After saying that, Alva pushes Arana's wheelchair for some time, before stopping when Arana hears something like a closed. He looks back, though he can't see, and he knows where Alva is. "Al's? Arrived yet?"

There was no response from Alva. But when Arana closed her lips, the black cloth that closed her eyes fell off and slipped off. A pair of warm hands fell onto his shoulder.

The view in front of her was probably the most beautiful thing Arana had ever seen. The luster of lights from the building down there is just as beautiful as the spreading stars. Inside one of the Ferris wheel on the Singapore Flyer, Arana can enjoy the view through 360-degree glass. Even when he looked up, he could see a cluster of bimasakti crossing.

"Wait a minute, baby." Alva spoke while glancing at his watch.

A second passed, and Alva's smile was on its way, along with the gliding of the ball of light into the sky. Arana was startled, before her manic was widened when the ball of light exploded.

A firework appeared, dazzling in the dark night. The sky filled the whole sky. Like a blooming flower, it was red and curled admirably. It does not stop at one fireworks, another series of fireworks follow, and the light can be reflected in a pair of Arana neutrals.

"It's so beautiful."

He nodded unconsciously. Behind her, Alva slightly bent down and pressed her cheek to the side of Arana's face. "Do you like it? I prepared it specifically for you."

"Did you prepare it?" Arana asked in surprise.

Alva rolled up a smile and nodded. Quietly repeating his question. "Do you like it?"

"You kidding? I like it so much!" Arana replied with a sweet glow.

A moment later, he turned his attention back to the fireworks, allowing himself to be embraced in a warm embrace by Alva.

Arana loves fireworks.

As a child, Arana always went to enjoy Christmas with her grandmother. What he did was light fireworks together with his neighbors. In our garden, where a dozen-meter-high Christmas tree lights up with lights encircling it, fireworks become a beautiful backdrop.

Arana even still keeps a photo where she and her grandmother hugged against the backdrop of a bustling city park and magnificent fireworks in the sky.

But after her grandmother died, Arana could hardly enjoy fireworks, Christmas or even her own birthday. Because of her work, she was many times busier on Christmas Eve, and could not enjoy the treats of the scenery when she had to hand out more flowers. Even with Lily and Amber's invitation, Arana always had a myriad of reasons which was actually the fact she had to reject both of them.

Memory after memory flashed across his mind, he looked forward with a pair of glassy beads. Just one blink, to let the crystal-clear liquid slide down her smooth cheeks.

"I like it" he said.

Sensing Arana's shoulders trembling slightly, Alva looked up, glancing at Arana who continued to drop her grief in tears flowing along the end of her eyes. Despite knowing Arana is crying, Alva can only quietly tighten her arms and enjoy the fireworks scene, quietly channeling her power to Arana.

Arana stole the movement of wiping her tears secretly. The corner of his lips slowly lifted, shining a thin smile on his face.

"Grandmother, Arana was really grateful to be able to feel this feeling again. Seeing the fireworks, with someone Rana loves." His inner being was swallowed by the faint noise of fireworks from outside the Ferris wheel capsule.
