After a week of living in Melbourne, Arana and Alva are already preparing to return. Arselyne has returned to the Netherlands first because of the busyness he has. The farewell event between Arana and Cella ended dramatically when the woman in her 40s cried bombay in her style as if she were a victim of infidelity and a victim of bullying just because she did not want to separate from Arana.
"It's so tired."
Arana dropped herself into a bed in her second apartment. Arana stretched her muscles before calmly opening her eyes and glancing at Alva who was looking at her phone. It seems to be sending a message to someone.
"About Erlan, huh?"
Alva turned, shook her head and smiled. "Yes, he's been terrorizing me and telling me to go to the company tomorrow."
Arana grimaces feeling guilty. "It looks like I have to apologize again to Erlan for having to trouble him. Though she must have wanted to spend time with her lover, but so could not because of work."
"Erlan has a lover?"
Arana nodded. "Yes, when I went along with Aki to the amusement park that time, I bumped into Erlan. She introduced her boyfriend, and his girlfriend is also an employee at your place of work, Al."
Alva raised her eyebrows. "really? Looks like I have to ask Erlan directly. How could I not know that my best friend has a boyfriend? I might have to congratulate her because she finally has a lover after so many years of being single."
Arana laughs softly before taking her phone and informing her Civanya that she has returned to Indonesia after the girl has asked a lot of circumstances and news. Arana retaliates with a little lie that she has a sudden affair overseas, and coincidentally after the matter is over, Arana and Alva took time out for a vacation for more than a week to refresh their minds from the workload and college load.
Fortunately the Civanya did not ask her the problem and eagerly congratulated her on a holiday that her Civ considered a honeymoon.
"Next week, let's stay at my mom's. Do you want to?"
Arana immediately looked over. "Stay at mom's?"
"Yes. Mama said papa would go out of town for a few days and he would be lonely. Although there is a maid, mama will still feel lonely. What if we stay for a few days to accompany my mom? After all, your company and home aren't far away."
Arana strongly agreed to nod her head. "I want. I can also take classes online so I can stay home and accompany mom while you work."
"Alright, then it's decided we'll stay at my mom's house next week." Alva suddenly sighed full of relief and complacency. "I will definitely rush home because my wife and mother's cooking will definitely be the most delicious cuisine in the world."
Arana with a grimace. "What, anyway?"
Even though his heart was filled with happiness.
...***...
A week passed without feeling. Arana spent one week quietly. She takes care of Alva before leaving as usual, takes care of the apartment, leaves for college as usual, and she also designs for Karina. His days passed quietly until today, where he would stay with Alva at Arletta's house.
"Are you ready, baby?"
Arana with a smile nodded her head. Some time ago Arana still felt her body as usual, but after preparing the items that she would bring to the house of the in-laws, Arana felt tired without cause. His body was slightly limp but not to the point where he could consider himself to be sick.
"Is it because I haven't eaten, huh?" Inner Arana.
The two had breakfast for some time before leaving for Alva's parents' house which was quite far from where they lived. Carrying her lambhorgini across the street, Alva calmly chatted occasionally with Arana before she stopped her car by the side of the road.
"Why, Al?"
Alva smile. "Wait a minute, baby. I'll buy something."
Arana flickered in confusion before smiling and nodding her head calmly. Receiving a response from Arana, Alva grabbed her wallet and calmly stepped out of the car to cross the road and stopped at the food stand on the side of the road.20 minutes later, Alva returned to the car.
"What did you buy, Al?"
Alva immediately opened the package in her hand and pulled out two packages placed in a stereofoam container. A spicy aroma wafted in the air which made Arana feel her stomach churn. He looked at the spicy seasoned chicken claw and also the pentol cooked with chili spices. "It looks so good!"
Saying so, Alva took the plastic gloves provided and took one of the boneless medium-sized chicken claws and directed it to the mouth of Arana. Arana cheerfully opened her mouth and accepted the thoughtful and cautious mouthful of Alva. "Don't kid!"
Alva smiled and bribed for herself. The two eat with Alva who feeds herself and feeds Arana, not wanting Arana to have trouble wearing plastic gloves. After she finished eating, Alva took out a bottle of strawberry yogurt and gave it to Arana. Arana took a sip with a smile before turning it back to Alva who also downed the drink to the toilet.
After enjoying snacks, Arana and Alva drove back to the house of the mother.
30 Minutes later, Arana and Alva arrive at the gate of a large, two-story house. Arana steps down with Alva and soon sees Arletta standing at the door, welcoming them with a warm smile. Arana and Alva approach Arletta.
"Ma." Alva hugs Arletta and greets her for a few moments before releasing Arletta and letting Arletta instead embrace Arana, greeting her.
"Ma, how's it going?"
Arletta smiled and pulled away from Arana's embrace, but her hands still gently held Arana's hands together. "Mama's good news, same with papa. Thank you for your attention with mom and dad, Na."
Arana smiled and nodded her head. "Praise God that mom and dad are okay."
Arletta smiled and gently rubbed Arana's head and revealed a maternal smile. Arana looked at Arletta and felt a feeling of sadness and had to pop in her chest. Her eyes are red. Arana felt like crying that very second because of Arletta's soft and shady gaze, very similar to the gaze of the grandmother.
"Why then?"
Arletta noticed the change in Arana's expression that made Arletta ask out of worry. Arana lowered her head, rubbed the corners of her wet eyes and shook her head. "No, ma. Nana's okay."
"Don't lie. Tell me, did Alva hurt you? If yes, just say it. Let mama scold Alva and punish him."
Arana shook her head and looked at Arletta doubtfully. "Mama, can Nana have another hug?"
Alva doesn't understand his wife's papa. But seeing Arana smiling cheerfully as Arletta smiled and spread her arms to greet Arana made Alva also could not help but smile. Alva was very happy if he could see the smiles and laughter of his beloved wife.
Aranas.
"Yes, let's go in."
Arana pulls away from Arletta's embrace and nods her head as well as Alva's. Embracing Arana's arm, Arletta leads the girl into her home. Arana is fascinated by the design of the magnificent Alva parents' house. With a touch of modern style and a mixture of calcic style, the house is filled with cream and soft white shades.
Arletta takes Arana to the room. Not the guest room, but the room that is also the main room of the house. A large window on the side of the room is an access to see the view of the garden in the front yard of the house, and warm sunlight shines through the semi-black glass. What makes Arana amazed is, even his wedding photo with Alva mounted neatly on the headboard, exactly the one in Alva's apartment.
"This is your room and Alva's in this house."
Arana looked at Arletta and nodded her head with a grateful smile. "Thank you, ma."
"Everything dear."
"Mama, Alva wants pancakes that you used to cook when Alva was a kid." Alva's sudden remark made Arletta raise her eyebrows in confusion.
"What a sudden, son? What's up?"
Alva smiled and shook her head. "Just miss, ma. Alva wants to eat my mom's pancakes. Make it, ma?"
"Sure, mama will make it, son." Arletta smiled, "You can teach Arana how to make Alva's favorite food when Alva was a kid."
Arana immediately nodded enthusiastically. "Arana mau ma! Learn to make pancakes."
"Well, lunch later let's make pancake~"
