My Beloved Arana's

My Beloved Arana's
Chapter 3: Not Worthy Of Being A Parent

Arana crouches down in front of her apartment door and gently squeezes the spoiled face of Snowy meowing in her elbow.

"Snowy, brother left for work first, yes~ Brother must work to buy Snowy a good meal~" said Arana while moving two fingers scratching Snowy's chin.

"Meong~"

Alana combed her long hair neatly, forming bangs up to the extent of her eyelashes. His long hair was only tied low using a white ribbon. Sunglasses perched on his face. He wore a long-sleeved brown sweeter with black jeans featuring the shape of his slender legs. His smile expands enjoying every moment with Snowy who is always funny in his eyes.

Closing the door after making sure the apartment was safe for Snowy, Arana locked the door and turned away. Step by step led him to the stop.

"What time is it?" Muttering, Arana looked at her clock and found it moving faster.

He reached into his cell phone and saw that it was still less than twenty minutes until the bus arrived. He woke up too early this morning. After making sure, Arana chose to wait at the stop while occasionally seeing other vehicles passing by on the road. Several pedestrian path users glanced at her several times, and Arana just nodded her head with a smile in response to those who lowered their heads and smiled back at her.

"Oh, the bus is coming." He murmured when he saw the red bus he often boarded approaching the stop.

Arana and several people boarded the bus and put a piece of money into the box beside the driver. After that, he looked for a seat and waited for the bus to take him to a bus near the cafe where he worked.

Twenty minutes passed, Arana got off the bus and walked for five minutes to get to work.

"Good morn— || Happy pa—" Arana said stopped when she saw the scenery in front of her.

There were two people sitting with Amber who immediately turned their heads when they saw her coming. Amber was the first to react, standing up and approaching Arana.

"Arana, they came to me last night and asked for your home address. I didn't tell them because it was so late, so I told them to come here this morning." Amber explained.

He grabbed Arana's arm and asked doubtfully. "Are they really your parents?"

The woman looked at Arana from top to bottom. Before looking at the man standing next to her. The man looked at her and nodded his head.

"Arana, we've come to pick you up." The woman said first, pulling Arana from her daydream.

They're parents. Her father and her biological mother.

Michael Damarian——his father, is a businessman known as a faithful husband and loving father. Not only the face is charming, Michael also has a company that has been introduced internationally. While Lidia Amarisa Putri——, her mother, is a former famous model who was under the auspices of Darmian Entertaine. But since giving birth to her eldest son, she stopped exploring the world of modeling and chose to manage a restaurant that became a five-star restaurant now.

Both are famous figures in the public eye.

And they are parents, who have abandoned them in this city, in this different country and in this different world. And chose to nurture and raise his sister and twin. Not wanting to be confused by his presence.

Nineteen years ago, he was born into the world without being wanted. He knew this fact when he was twelve years old, right on the day of the death of the grandmother who had raised him all along. She was born healthy, but her twin sister was born sickly. Somehow their thoughts, her parents assumed that it was her who made their daughter weak. So they kept Arana away from them.

Even after his grandmother's death, his parents really did not consider his existence to exist in the world. They never again sent money to live for him, making him have to work at his young age just to survive.

He even had to sell his grandmother's house to continue his life. Having a house that big to live on your own requires a lot of effort. In addition, Arana has the hassles of cleaning such a big house alone. So he sold it, and used the money to rent a small apartment he currently lives in.

But in her little heart, Arana is determined that someday she will buy back the house left by the grandmother.

Now after years of no news, the two were before him. Can Arana hope a little?

"Ma—Mama, papa." Lirih Arana's.

Amber stepped back before letting Arana step closer to them with a smile. Arana has a smile and a pair of slightly teary beads. His hand was almost raised if Lydia's words didn't stop him.

"Arana, please help Alana!" Pinta Lydia's.

"A—What?" Beo Arana was barely making a sound.

Lydia grabbed his hand and said directly. "Alana needs you, Arana. Alana is getting married next week. We realized after Alana explained that Alana did not love Alva at all. Please replace him with Alva, Arana."

Whahuh?

"Alva's business is huge. We are afraid that Damarian's corporate partnership and Erlangga's company will be destroyed due to the cancellation of this engagement." Keep Michael.

Arana pulled her hand from Lidia's grip and took a step back. He looked at his parents in disbelief. How could they treat him like this? How could they treat him like a spare item?

Was he born just for this?

Arana tries to singleness cynical smile, but it looks sad and poignant. "Why .. Why should I want to?"

"I don't want to get married in place of Alana. I don't even know him." Arana.

Michael said firmly. "You have to, Arana. It concerns papa's company, and it's about your brother's happiness, Alana."

"What about my happiness?" Tanya Arana is spontaneous.

Lydia and Michael were slightly surprised by Arana's question. But Lydia immediately said, "Can't you give up a little for Alana? You took everything from Alana. You are given good health. You're even smarter than him. Can't you just sacrifice a little for Alana?!"

Tub struck by lightning, Arana silently pecked. Such is.

"Haha," Arana chuckled softly.

How could he be so naive during these dozen years? How could she expect a little of her parents' affection for her? How could he have such ridiculous expectations when his parents really had no place for him to be in their hearts?

They say he took everything from Alana?

Wasn't it Alana who took everything from him? Adolescence normally. The parents' love? Brother's attention and concern? Even all the achievements he achieved at school he produced by studying hard.

She wanted her parents to be proud of her after seeing her achievements and thought about bringing her back.

But this time his hope was lost.

"Obviously of the year I live without a parent role. I lived a dozen years expecting your affection." Arana said while looking down.

"You're saying I took everything from my twin sister, Alana?" Question rhetorically.

He nodded and looked up, displaying a sour face and a sliced smile. "It's okay, you can take it that way."

He looked at the two with a bead that flashed with tears. "Mama and papa just calm down. I'm not gonna bother Alana anymore. My thoughts of gaining your affection must have been a mistake as well. So I will consciously retreat. Thank you for making me realize that I don't need the affection of my mom and dad in my life."

The deg!

Arana's words made the two stunned. They looked at Arana who wiped her tears and put on a flat face without expression.

"Mama and papa don't have to worry about marriage either. About marrying Alana's fiancee, I'm willing." Alana.

His words made Lidia and Michael's mind sidetracked. They immediately dismissed the strange feelings in their minds and looked at each other happily.

"Thank you ka—" Lidia was about to say and hugged Arana before Alana held back her movements.

"No need, ma. I don't want any more hugs from mom or dad. Give me time to pack. I'll see mom and dad in the airport tonight."

After saying that, Alana turned to look at Amber. "Amber, can you take me home?"

The Indonesian language of Amber is still not good. He understood some vocabulary, but the rest, hearing their conversation left him confused and wondering. At first Amber took them to meet Arana because they thought they intended to bring Arana because they realized their treatment of Arana had been wrong. But seeing Arana's reaction, it seemed that her thoughts about them could not change.

Amber nodded and replied, "I'll drive you."

Amber was wrong.

They do not deserve to be called parents.
