That afternoon, Amine meets Myra and invites her to lunch together. Myra was still worried about Ishla's condition which had fainted yesterday. He has not been able to see her again because of her busy work and cannot be left behind. Not long after a waiter came to bring food ordered by Amine and Myra.

"Please eat the food!" said Amine.

"Thank you, ma'am" answered Myra.

"What about Ishla, ma'am?"

"She's still lying limp, what exactly happened to Myra?"

Myra tells Amine that Ishla passed out yesterday at the photo shoot. The photographer took her to the hospital.

"Do you know the hospital address?" ask Amine.

Myra asked for a pen and a piece of paper on the waiter. "This is the address, madam!" After lunch, Amine went to the hospital handling Ishla yesterday. There, a doctor approached Amine.

"Mrs Amine Laraz? What are you doing here? Is one of your family members sick?"

"No doctor! Yesterday afternoon, my daughter passed out and was rushed to this hospital,"

"Who's your daughter's name, madam?"

"Ishla Diannova Laraaz,"

The doctor told Amine that he handled Ishla himself yesterday. The doctor took Amine to his room.

"Did something happen to your daughter, madam?" ask doctor.

"Since yesterday, he's looked weird doctor. She told me she had a regular headache, but I saw something different on my daughter's face. His face looked pale, and his body was very limp."

The doctor was silent for a moment, he thought Ishla would tell Amine the illness, apparently not.

"How's this? Should I tell Miss Amine about her daughter's illness?" the doctor said in his heart.

"Why are you quiet, doctor? Does my daughter have a serious illness?"

"Actually your daughter...

The doctor remembers Ishla's plea back if she can't tell anyone about her illness to anyone else.

"Why my daughter?"

"He was just tired and needed a lot of time to rest" the doctor said.

Hearing the statement of doctor Amine felt quite relieved. After seeing the doctor, Amine returned to her office.

"I'm sorry, ma'am, because I'm hiding all this truth, I promised your daughter I wouldn't tell anyone about her illness" the doctor said.

That afternoon, Ishla has a schedule for therapy. He left by taxi. Not long after Ishla leaves, Glan arrives.

"Welcome young master" said Selma.

"Thank you, bi. I want to meet Ishla, is she there?"

"Sorry, sir. But, just now miss is gone."

"Where's bi?" ask Glan.

"Auntie doesn't know, sir. He left in a taxi." replied Selma.

Glan tries to call Ishla's phone, but it turns out that her phone is left in the room. "Why didn't he pick up the phone?" Selma goes to check on Ishla's room, and not long after she arrives. "His phone was left in the room, sir" Selma said, handing Glan the phone. On the way, Glan contacts Myra to ask for Ishla's whereabouts, but she doesn't know it at all. Glan misses Ishla so much, it has been a few days since he met her because of a job. After returning from the hospital, the secretary approached Amine at the entrance. She tells Amine if Glan comes and waits in her room. Arriving at the room, Glan immediately asks Ishla's whereabouts to Amine.

"Do you know where Ishla is?" ask Glan.

"Isla? Isn't he home?"

"It's just now that I'm from your house, madam. But auntie says that Ishla is going outside. I think he went to see you, ", said Glan.

"Have you called her phone?" ask Amine.

"His phone was left in the room" Glan said, giving Amine Ishla's phone.

"If he's nowhere, then where is Ishla going?" said Amine.

In a way, Ishla has finished chemotherapy. He looked very limp, the doctor told him to take a short break. The doctor asks the nurse to prepare a special room for Ishla to rest but Ishla refuses. He wanted to go home and rest at home. Before leaving, the doctor told Ishla that Amine had come to see her. He asked about his illness.

"Did you tell mom about my illness, doctor?" ask Ishla.

"You don't have to worry because I didn't tell your mother about this" the doctor said. Ishla is relieved that Amine is unaware of her illness.

"Why are you keeping all this a secret from your mother?" ask doctor.

"I don't want if my mother is constantly worried about my illness, it's better that she doesn't know at all" Ishla said.

"Alright, you'll have chemotherapy in two days" the doctor said.

"Good, doctor. Thanks."

Arriving home, Ishla feels very dizzy and nauseous. He looked for a grip for her to walk, she continued walking towards her room, but her body was completely limp from having already done chemotherapy. Selma did not come long.

"Miss, what's wrong with you?"

"Please help me to my room, bi." Ishla said.

"All right, miss." Selma helps Ishla to stand up. Arriving at the room, Ishla goes straight to the toilet. He spewed out all the food in his stomach. Selma who heard Ishla vomiting was very worried, she immediately contacted Amine to tell her about her condition. That afternoon, Amine was having an important meeting. He turned off his phone so as not to disturb during the meeting. Meanwhile, Selma was startled by a voice coming from inside the bathroom. " Geez, what's that sound?" Selma knocked on the bathroom door. When it opened, he had already seen Ishla lying on the floor. "Miss, wake!" Ishla's eyes looked unconscious. As Selma was about to call an ambulance, Ishla immediately grabbed her phone. "Don't call anyone, bi! I'm fine" Ishla said.

"But, non. You must be taken to the hospital immediately."

"No, bi. I don't want to make everyone anxious. Please help me to walk to my bed!" Selma with all her might helped Ishla stand up and lay her on the bed.

"What's bi?"

"Your nose is bleeding." Ishla asked for a cloth to wipe her blood. "Please get my medicine near my desk, bi!" Not long after Ishla took the medicine and her eyes started to weigh. He finally slept. Selma looked at Ishla long ago, she was sure that there was something hidden by her, especially about her illness.

That afternoon, Amine looked at her phone screen. A call came in from Selma. "What did Selma call me?" said it. Amine called Selma back.

"What's up, bi? Why'd you call me? Did something happen to Ishla?" ask Amine.

Selma was silent. She is eager to tell Amine about the incident this afternoon, but she has promised Ishla not to tell anyone.

"But, however, the lady must know all this" Selma said in her heart.

"It's about Miss Ishla, madam...

"So, she...

As Selma was about to tell everyone, Ishla slapped Selma on the shoulder and shocked her. When Selma finds out that she is talking to her mother, Ishla begs her not to say anything. Seeing Ishla pleading like that, it felt like Selma had no heart. She looks for other reasons to convince Amine if her daughter is okay.

"No, madam. I just wanted to let you know that Miss Ishla has come home. You don't have to worry, she's fine, ma'am."

Selma hung up. Ishla is very grateful because Selma wanted to keep the incident a secret this afternoon.

"What do you want to eat, miss? Let auntie get ready!"

"I don't know, bi."

"In that case, let auntie make her favorite food non" he said.

"All right, I'll wait for him here" Ishla said.

"That's not necessary, you just go back to your room, then aunt will take her food there," said Selma.

"I'm tired of being in the room all the time, let me sit here and watch you cook" Ishla said.

While cooking, Selma tells Ishla that Glan came to see her this afternoon. "Where did you go this afternoon?" ask Selma while slicing the ingredients. Ishla was silent for a moment. "I went to buy something, bi." Suddenly, Selma gave him her phone.

"What's this phone for?" ishla asked a little confused.

"You should call the young master, he looks so worried about you. These few days young master was very busy. So, he didn't get to see you" Selma said.

Ishla just stared at her phone. "Don't you miss the young master, miss?" ask Selma again. Ishla finally calls Glan with Selma's phone.

"Hello, bi! What's up?" said Glan.

"Hello, Glan!" ishla's soft voice returned Glan heard in her ear. "How are you?"

"I'm good, where have you been? I miss you so much" Glan said.

"I'm here, where am I going?" ishla's asking looks a little joking.

"Didn't you miss me?" ask Glan.

"I miss you so much more than anything, Glan." Ishla said in her heart. Only, he could not reveal it because he remembered the illness he was suffering from. Without Ishla noticing, her tears dripped down her cheeks.

"Why are you crying, miss?" selma's words until Glan heard.

"Are you crying?" keep Glan.

"No! Are you busy?" ask Ishla.

"I just got home from work, but just tell me if you need anything!"

"Can you come home? Tonight, I really want to see a movie. Mommy's gonna be late, do you want to accompany me to the movie?" ask Ishla.

"Of course, I'll come see you soon" Glan said.

Ishla returns her phone to Selma. He asks Selma to prepare dinner for him and Glan. "Auntie, if Glan comes just send him to the living room. I will go there first to prepare the film we will watch" Ishla said.

"Then, what about dinner, miss?"

"You take the food to the living room, Glan and I will have dinner there."

That night, Aiyla was very busy filing for her wedding to be held one more day. He was busy choosing clothes that would be used later for prewedding photos. Neither did Aiyaz, he did not say much just following Aiyla's direction. Adlar is thrilled to see his daughter so happy that the long-awaited day is finally coming. Adlar prepared the venue for his daughter's wedding. Meanwhile, while everyone is busy preparing for the wedding, Azizah goes to meet Ethan. He could not wait to launch his grand plan. On one hand, Amine had just finished her meeting with a client. That night, Amine asks Will to take her to meet an old man whom Will once told her to be the captain of a ship. Arriving there, Amine and Will hear someone screaming inside the house.

"Where did that scream come from, Will? ask Amine.

"The sound's coming from there, madam!" will Smabil replied pointing to one of the houses. Will hurried to find the origin of the sound. At sight, an old man who tried to kill himself with a gun in his hand. The gun was ready to be fired at his head.

"Mr Dave?" said Will. "What are you doing?" Will took the gun out of Dave's hand.

"Let me die, Will...

Dave's sobs sound Amine. He went straight in to see her.

"Who is this girl?" ask Dave confused.

"She's Amine Laraz, my mistress," replied Will.

"What's he here for?" ask Dave back.

Will tells her all the intentions and purposes he took Amine to his house.

That night, Glan had already arrived at Ishla's house. Selma told Glan to come to the living room. Ishla is waiting for him.

"Have you come?" ask Ishla.

Glan immediately hugged Ishla tightly, he really missed her a lot. Selma soon arrives with dinner dishes for Ishla and Glan.

"Do you want to bribe me?" pinta Ishla spoiled.

"Of course, I will feed this beautiful princess" Glan said. After dinner, Ishla sets the film. He leaned his head on Glan's shoulder. As the film progresses, Ishla is unaware that her tears are dripping. Glan who felt those teardrops instantly came to a realization.

"Are you crying?" ask Glan.

"No! I was just getting carried away when I saw this movie" Ishla said. "What if the woman in the movie is me, and that man is you?"

"Yes, you could say it like that but the end of our love story is not the same as theirs. We'll live happily ever after" Glan said.

"If only you knew Glan, if what I'm going through right now is exactly the same as the woman in the film" Ishla said in her heart.

"What if one day I leave, will you find another woman and marry again?" ask Ishla.

"That's impossible! Until whenever you will never be replaced by anyone," said Glan.

"But you still have to get on with your life! You need a woman to accompany you" Ishla said.

"Why do you keep talking like you're just going?" said Glan.

"No, I'm just asking."

About an hour into the film, Glan sees Ishla sleeping on his lap. She carries Ishla to the room, and covers her. After that Glan came home because the clock had shown at 23:30 p.m.
