ADLAR'S REQUEST

This morning, Nilam went to the police station to see Ethan. There, he could not bear to see his son had to spend the night in detention especially if for years. Ethan immediately hugged his mother, "Mother, please release me from here! I don't want to be in jail" he said.

"Mom will try to set you free, son. Relax!"

It was not until an hour, finally the visiting time was up. Ethan is brought back into the holding cell. From there Nilam went to meet Adlar in his office. He forces Adlar to quickly meet Ishla. As time goes on, if today he doesn't succeed in persuading Ishla to drop her charges, Ethan's case will be officially brought to the green table.

Arriving at the office, Aiyaz told her secretary to prepare all the files for her presentation today. Just as Aiyaz was thinking about what surprise she was going to make for Ishla, suddenly Aiyla came. He saw a small box on Aiyaz's desk.

"What's this?" aiyla asked while looking at the box. Not long after Aiyaz took it back, she did not want the same thing to happen where Aiyla had already taken her necklace first when it would be given to Ishla.

"It's nothing" he said. Not long after the secretary came and told Aiyaz that everyone was already in the meeting room. Aiyaz immediately left and did not forget to bring the small box with her.

"Is it the same necklace, or could it be a ring?" Aiyla Mummings. Not much thinking anymore, Aiyla followed Aiyaz to the meeting room.

This morning, Myra came to the office accompanied by her mother. Arriving there, the mother could not believe that her daughter was working in such a large and famous company. Myra took her mother to the room where she worked. There, Ishla arrived early. Myra felt bad, she looked at the clock in her hand to make sure it wasn't too late.

"Good morning," said Ishla kindly.

"Good morning, son. Have a good day." said Aunt Lea.

"I deliberately came early to prepare the presentation material for noon, because last night I did not have time to do it" Ishla said as if knowing what Myra was worrying about.

This morning Aunt Lea brought a lot of food to the office to share with all the employees and not to forget she also made a special meal for Ishla. When I saw the food, it smelled delicious. Ishla tried it out.

"Mmm, this food is really good auntie, thank you" Ishla said.

"Thank God if you like the food, son." replied Aunt Lea.

After a visit to her daughter's office, Lea's aunt immediately said goodbye to Ishla. Today he will find a place to open his business. If he had to stay home, it would be very boring for him. He intends to open a small business.

"What do you want to develop auntie?" ask Ishla.

"I'm so happy to make a cake, son. My dream since childhood was to have my own cake shop. Maybe it's time to make that dream come true" Lea's aunt said.

Ishla is very happy and supportive of Lea's aunt's efforts. She asks Myra to go with her mother to find a place for her cake business. Although Aunt Lea can take good care of herself, but it seems Ishla will be very worried if she goes alone.

"Hurry up, what are you waiting for?" ishla.

"But... What about my job here? I can't just leave it." said Myra.

"That's not necessary, son. Auntie will go alone. Let Myra do what she's supposed to do." added aunt Lea.

Ishla reminds Myra that she is her superior and that no subordinate should refuse orders from her superior. Myra was silent to Ishla's very serious and firm words. Seeing Myra's facial expression, Ishla couldn't bear to laugh. She hugged Myra and said that it wasn't real. Myra was relieved to hear it.

"Go, tell me if you've got the place." Ishla.

Inevitably because Ishla just keeps forcing her to finally go accompany her mother looking for a place for her business. Ishla is thrilled to see a mother with her daughter. Myra was the only treasure Lea's aunt had. If one of them is injured, the other will feel the same pain. For Ishla, work is no more important than the time a child can give to his mother. He returned to finish the presentation material for a meeting later that afternoon.

After the meeting, Aiyaz and Aiyla went to see her new project under construction. On the way Aiyla was still curious about the contents of the small box. Several times he asked Aiyaz, no answer came out of his mouth. He went back to being cold to Aiyla. Arriving there, Aiyaz was seen talking to his workers. Aiyla was bored. He went into the car to get the little box. Upon obtaining it, he was caught off guard by Aiyaz.

"What are you doing?" ask Aiyaz.

"I-i... Aiyla looks very nervous. Aiyaz saw that his box was in Aiyla's hands. He took it straight away. Not long after he finished seeing his new project Aiyaz immediately left. He left Aiyla there because he was very upset by her attitude.

"Aiyaz! Don't leave me here" cried Aiyla. Aiyaz's car was gone from sight. Aiyla ordered a taxi back to the office.

"You will accept the consequences of dumping me like this, Aiyaz" he said, looking annoyed.

This afternoon Adlar came to Ishla's office. It just so happened that afternoon Ishla was having an important meeting. The secretary told Adlar to wait for him in the room. There Adlar saw a photo on Ishla's desk. The photo is none other than Ishla's photo with Amine. They look very happy. If Adlar hadn't left then, he might have been part of the picture. Adlar smelled the photo. Upon learning that Ishla is coming, Adlar immediately keeps the photo back in its place.

"You here?" ishla was a little surprised.

"Are you busy today?" ask Adlar.

"No,"

"Do you want to have lunch outside with me?" ask Adlar.

This was the first time Adlar had invited him to lunch. There were only the two of them without anyone present anymore. Ishla doesn't want to waste this opportunity, maybe it's time to mend her relationship with Adlar.

"All right, I want to." said Ishla.

Adlar was so happy to hear that. He takes Ishla to his favorite restaurant. Arriving there, a waiter came with several food menu lists. Since Adlar had been staring at Ishla, he had not opened his menu at all.

"What do you want to order?" ask Ishla.

"I? I don't want to eat. You're the one who ordered it." said Adlar.

Mood Ishla is back bad. If Adlar doesn't want to eat, why would he take him to lunch?

"What do you want to order, miss?" ask waiter.

"I'll order it later" Ishla said, trying to be friendly even though her heart was very upset.

"Why not just order now?" ask Adlar.

"What did you bring me here for?" ask Ishla flat.

Previously, Adlar really apologized if what he said would make his feelings very sad. He held Ishla's hand, and looked at her deeply.

"May I ask you something?" ask Adlar.

"Who are you? Dare to ask me something" Ishla said.

He took his hand off Adlar and got out of his seat and left. Adlar's still trying to hold it.

"Wait for me, son!"

"Otherwise? What do you really want from me?" ask Ishla.

"Please drop your charges against Ethan!"

Hearing that, Ishla really did not believe it. This time Adlar had completely destroyed his feelings.

"I know you're a very good girl, you can definitely forgive my son's mistakes. If you're willing to drop the lawsuit, he'll be free soon. Otherwise, he'll be sentenced to five to ten years in prison."

"If you're a father to your son, can you be a father to your daughter?" ask Ishla. "I think... Today I can erase the distance between us, but not. You're the one who's making that distance even bigger."

Ishla takes Adlar to her college. Arriving there, Adlar was very confused.

Ishla tells Adlar how difficult it is to sit in a wheelchair. He's so helpless. There's always someone pushing their wheelchair. When he was in a wheelchair, he was not as free as those who could walk. All day long he had to sit in a wheelchair without doing anything. Hearing that all it felt Adlar was very sad. Before Ishla leaves, she insists to Adlar that he will not drop her charges.
