After dinner, Nilam looks for Adlar in his study.
"Where is he?" said it. Nilam went to meet Aiyla in her room. Aiyla was engrossed in her cell phone.
"What are you doing, son?" ask Nilam.
"I'm watching this show, Mother." Aiyla shows her phone.
"What's that?" ask Nilam curious.
"This is the inauguration of the new company owned by Amine Laraz, all the owners of large companies were invited to the event, including Aiyaz." Nilam could immediately guess if Adlar went to the event. Nilam requested the address of the place to Aiyla, and hurried away. Meanwhile, Adlar had already arrived there. It was seen that the place was guarded very tightly, near the entrance only there were some people standing guard there. As he was about to step in, a guard asked Adlar to show him his invitation card.
"I don't have the invitation card, but I'll make sure the owner of this company knows me well. So, please let me in!" pinta Adlar's.
"Sorry, Sir. I don't care what relationship you have with the owner of this company, which is for sure if you want to go in, you have to show me the invitation card first." Adlar kept looking for ways to get inside. Inside, a journalist starts asking Ishla a few questions.
"Are you the only daughter of Miss Amine Laraz? Is there another princess?" ask the journalist.
"I'm the only daughter, there's no other" Ishla replied.
"Is your father coming too, Miss Ishla?" When I heard my father's words, the smile that had been on Ishla's face immediately disappeared. Ishla was silent for a moment hearing the question.
"Miss, are you okay?" ask the journalist. Ishla tries to keep smiling no matter what. Amine could not see Ishla grieving like that, although Ishla did not react to anything, but from the look on her face she looked very depressed by the question.
"That's enough!" said Amine. "I'll answer all those questions, there's no need for you to ask my daughter!" Ishla does not care about the defense that Amine has made for her, she has already agreed with all the questions that will be given to her. Inevitably, Ishla should be able to answer him.
"I never knew who my father was, where he was, because for 27 years I only lived with my mother, there was no father in my life." Everyone in the room was shocked by Ishla's words. With great heart, Ishla is ready to recount her childhood life in front of everyone.
In the past, when I was 7 years old, Mom put me in school. There I have many friends. On November 12, my teacher said it was national father's day. He asked all of his students to write about their father. All my friends had already finished it, but I did not gather it until my teacher finally called me, and asked why did you not collect it? I can only plainly say, my father is not there, so I am confused as to what to write about him. When I turned 17, I began to question who my father was? Where's she? Why did he never come to see me? I was thinking, am I an unwanted princess, or what? Everyone in the room shed tears hearing Ishla's childhood story.
"Have you ever asked your mother who your real father was?" ask one of the reporters.
"I asked my mother, but not anymore. That question, made my mother's feelings hurt from having to remember the harsh reality of her past." While everyone was only focusing on Ishla, one of the invited guests noticed there was a quarrel going on outside. He went to see her.
"What's this?" ask the guest. "Mr Adlar? Why don't you let him in?" That guy turned out to be one of Adlar's coworkers.
"Sorry, Sir. We're just running errands, the only person who can enter has an invitation card, and he doesn't have one" the guard said.
"Let him in! I'll be his guarantee."
"alright, sir. Please!" Adlar sat in the back seat. He was a little surprised when he found out that Ishla was in that important event.
"What's he here for?" said it. The man next to Adlar tells him that Amine Laraz's new company was given to Ishla. The company was named IDL Company, and Ishla was the owner and leader of the company.
"really?" Adlar was shocked to hear that.
"Of course, Amine Laraz gave it all as a very special gift to her daughter."
"His daughter?" Adlar laughed when he heard it. "What do you mean is the daughter of her relatives?"
"Are you making this up?" adlar asked still in disbelief.
"Why did I do all that? It was Amine Laraz who told her herself that Ishla was her only daughter." After hearing all that, Adlar's chest felt very tight. Up ahead, Ishla is still trying to answer the question still addressed to her.
"Did you miss your father?" ask the journalist back.
"Dad... Hearing Ishla say that, Adlar immediately stood up from his seat.
"Where my father is, I'm pretty sure he's very happy with his new family. About me missing him or not, I don't know. I am so jealous of all of you who have a father. Love, affection, attention, togetherness, you can feel it all from a father. But me, my life is not as lucky as you!"
The happy event seemed to turn into the tears that Ishla gave to everyone. Not until there, the journalist asked again the thing that makes Ishla very difficult to answer.
"Do you hate your father for leaving you and your mother?"
"My mother didn't teach me about hate, she never made me hate my own father. He only taught me about love, not hate" Ishla said. Adlar who heard all the explanations of his daughter could not hold back his tears. He wanted to hug and kiss her. Amine sees that Ishla has been devastated, and she comes forward to take Ishla away.
"Wait a minute, madam! I promise you, this is the last question I asked your daughter."
"That's enough! You can't go on with this anymore!"
"Ask only! I will definitely answer." asked Ishla to the journalist.
"What are you doing?" ask Amine.
"Tell them to ask more questions!" Amine doesn't understand what Ishla is really saying.
"Do you want your father back? If your father is in front of you right now, what do you want to say?"
"I don't want my father to come back, even though my little heart really wants him to come back and be with me and my mom, I really dream of that day, where I have a whole family. But... I don't want the princess out there to have the same fate as me. If I force my father to come back, it means he has to leave the family and his daughter. I won't take a father from another daughter, even if it's my own father!" So noble of heart Ishla can do all that. He is very passionate and sincere about everything that has happened in his life.
"Dad... I missed you so much! But don't worry, as long as you're not by my side, the mother who's always there to fill every vacuum in my life. But I'm so sorry, because when you want to come back, I can't easily accept you." Amine hugged her daughter very tightly. Ishla cries out, tears that had been held back, eventually overflowing as well. Finished it was the event that night, when everyone was gone, Amine's gaze was far ahead. He looked at Adlar who got up from his seat, and walked towards him.
"Adlar?" Amine was surprised to see him. "How could he be here?" Amine sees Ishla still crying, she doesn't want Ishla to be sadder when she finds out that Adlar is her real father. Amine asks Zafer to bring Ishla home first. Adlar looked at Amine with anger.
"Why are you hiding all this from me? Why?" shout Adlar.
"Don't yell at me like that!" snapped Amine. "What should I tell my daughter? Should I tell him, look at my son! He is your real father." said Amine, pointing at Adlar's face. Amine told me all the truth.
On her second wedding anniversary, she plans to tell Adlar about her pregnancy. That night, she waited for Adlar to fall asleep on the couch, and finally said hello in the morning. When she finds out Adlar hasn't come home, Amine searches for Adlar's whereabouts in his office, and his secretary says Adlar has gone to Istanbul all of a sudden because his mother has fallen ill. The struggle did not get there, he continued to wait for Adlar's return. Until after her little baby was born, she decided to go to Istanbul to meet Adlar's extended family. But what he got, a harsh reality he had to accept when he found out Adlar had married another woman without his knowledge. At that time, Amine decided to hide her daughter's identity from anyone. On the other hand, Nilam had just come and saw that the place was already deserted. He tried to go inside, and heard people talking. Because very curious, Nilam finally walked down the stairs one by one to be able to see more clearly the person.
"Why did you lie to me by saying that Ishla was your relative's daughter? In reality, Ishla is my real daughter." Nilam is shocked to learn that the men are Amine and Adlar. He stopped his steps and decided to leave the place. When getting into the car, Nilam still can't believe that Ishla is Amine and Adlar's daughter. Nilam begins to feel uneasy if later Adlar loves Ishla more than Aiyla. She fears that one day Adlar will return to Amine and they will live happily.
"No! I'm not going to let that happen." Nilam said as he stepped on the gas of his car, then left. Inside the room, the debate between Amine and Adlar was still not over. Adlar asks Amine to meet him with Ishla. She wanted to hug and kiss her daughter. However, Ishla must know that Adlar is her real father. Hearing Adlar's request, Amine immediately rejected him. He won't let Adlar see Ishla and tell her everything. Amine warns Adlar to stay away from Ishla's life, as she doesn't need Adlar in her life, if Ishla wants to, maybe she just wants to know who her real father is, but there was no desire to live with him.
"Why you? Don't you understand, if I'm so eager to hug my daughter, I miss her so much."
"You miss him? Did ya? Then, where have you been all this time?" Adlar was silent at Amine's question. Before leaving, Amine warns Adlar, "Try me to talk to him! But don't blame me, if your own daughter doesn't want you!"
