Chapter 83: The Surprising Surprise

Sulis and Ahmad sat on the terrace of Sulis' house at night. The air becomes cooler with the night getting late. Sulis felt that there was something Ahmad wanted to say.

"Last day, you said you wanted a surprise for me tonight. What's up?" ask Sulis.

Sulis was immediately dumbfounded and speechless. This was the most unexpected surprise he had ever received. "really this? Can I come with you to Bali tomorrow?"

"Yes, this is real. I intentionally did not say from the beginning let you be more happy," he said.

Sulis felt very happy and did not believe that Ahmad could give a surprise of this magnitude. They immediately planned everything and eagerly awaited their departure to Bali tomorrow.

"Today was the most memorable day for me. Thank you, Ahmad," Sulis said with a happy smile.

Ahmad replied, "It feels good to make you happy. We have to get ready, tomorrow morning we're going to Bali."

Sulis felt her heart so full of gratitude and happiness. Ahmad has always been a loyal and caring friend to him. In his mind, Sulis continued to pray for their friendship that was always durable and blessed by God.

"Yes, why?" sulis was confused.

Sulis felt so shocked and disbelieving. "really? This is a surprise that shakes my heart, Ahmad. Thank you very much!" Sulis.

"Will you come with me to prepare everything?" take Ahmad friendly.

"Of course I want to, Ahmad. It will be the best adventure of my life" Sulis said enthusiastically.

They both planned everything carefully and thoroughly. Sulis felt so happy and grateful to have a friend like Ahmad. For him, a sincere friendship like this is very valuable and will continue to be well maintained forever.

After careful preparation, Sulis and Ahmad left for Bali the next day. They both enjoy all the beauty of the island of Bali with enthusiasm and excitement.

"You know, Ahmad. I am so impressed with the beauty of nature here. This island is so beautiful and fascinating" said Sulis.

"Yes, Sulis. Bali is famous for its stunning natural beauty. But I'm more impressed with the culture and rituals that are here. I think they are very rich in their cultural and religious values" Ahmad said with an admirable look at the surrounding environment.

They both visited famous tourist attractions in Bali, such as Kuta Beach and Ubud. They also participate in cultural activities such as traditional Balinese dance and religious ceremonies with great joy.

After three exhausting and experiential days, the two of them returned to Jakarta with a big smile on their faces. They felt so grateful for having made such a fun journey together.

While back in Jakarta, Sulis invited Ahmad to his house for dinner together. While they were having dinner, Sulis recalled the golden bracelet Ahmad had given him.

"Ahmad, I'm still impressed with the gold bracelet you gave me. I think this bracelet is very valuable to me" Sulis said sincerely.

"You know, Sulis. The bracelet is just a symbol of our strong and lasting friendship. I am so grateful that we have such a happy and sincere friendship," Ahmad said with a big smile.

Sulis felt so happy and moved by Ahmad's words. He felt very grateful because he still had a friend like Ahmad who always gave happiness in his life.

Finally, the night ended with a warm and cheerful atmosphere. Sulis and Ahmad also slept with a happy heart because they had made good memories together on a trip to Bali.

"I understand, Ahmad. I feel so sad to hear this news. But I'm sure you'll succeed there, and I'll always pray for you" Sulis replied in a choked voice.

They both pause momentarily, then Ahmad spoke up. "Soul, I have a surprise for you. I've been planning something before I have to get out of here" he said.

Sulis was curious and wondered what Ahmad was planning. He remained saddened by the impending separation, but also became curious about the surprise Ahmad would give him.

"What is it, Ahmad? What surprise?" asked Sulis with mixed feelings.

"Wait a minute, you'll find out. I'll tell you more tomorrow" Ahmad said with a smile on his lips.

Sulis was curious and could not wait to find out what Ahmad would give. He felt a little better, feeling that there was a surprise waiting for him.

The next day, Ahmad came to Sulis' house with a suitcase and a plane ticket. Sulis felt so curious and smiled widely at the gift from Ahmad.

"Something I promised you, Sulis. Please come and join me in Singapore. Let's explore the city together" Ahmad said with a smile on his face.
