Chapter 42: Sulis and Ahmad sit in the school garden

Sulis sat in the school garden, flipping through the pages of the hope sheet given by Ahmad. A smile of happiness emanated on his face because he never thought that Ahmad could be a source of inspiration like this. Sulis recalled how every day Ahmad always showed his kindness by encouraging friends who were facing problems.

Sulis (whilst smiling): Ahmad, thank you for this wish sheet. All the words in it were so motivating and made me feel stronger.

Ahmad (sambal sitting next to Sulis): That's the usual thing I do for friends. I'm happy if I can give them encouragement and raise hope in their hearts.

Sulis: But, I feel there is something different about this wish sheet. His writing is so personal and full of emotion.

Ahmad (laughs lightly): Yes, a little different than usual. This time, I wanted to express my feelings to my friends. I want them to know that they are not alone in the face of life's difficulties.

Sulis: Just like the hopes you wrote on this page, Ahmad. There is one sentence in my heart, "Difficulty is not the end of everything. It is only a test that will strengthen us if we stand and endure."

Ahmad (smiling): I really believe in those words. We all face obstacles and difficulties in life, Sulis. But that is what makes us strong and grow.

Sulis (nod): Just like your life story, Ahmad. I know that you've also been at a low point, but you managed to rise to become someone so inspiring to so many.

Ahmad (smiling looking into the distance): Yes, life is indeed full of the twists and turns of Sulis. But, if we are able to keep the spirit and continue to hope, then nothing is impossible.

Sulis looked at Ahmad's face with admiration. He felt lucky to have a friend like Ahmad. The hope sheet Ahmad gave not only inspired him, but also brought hope to many of his friends. Sulis realized that behind every grievance and anxiety, there is hope that always shines brightly.

Sulis: Thank you, Ahmad. I'm lucky to have a friend like you. You are a source of strength and hope for all of us.

Ahmad (grasping Sulis' hands warmly): We are friends, Sulis. We support each other and are each other's hope. We will go through all the hardships together and fight for our dreams.

Sulis and Ahmad sit in the school garden, believing that hope will continue to live and become a driver for them in living life. Together, they write a life story that is never unexpected, but filled with passion, courage, and earnestness.

After a few months had passed since their last meeting, Sulis and Ahmad finally reunited at one of their favorite cafes. The two sat at the same table enjoying a warm cup of coffee.

Sulis took a deep breath before starting the conversation. "Ahmad, I want to talk to you about something very important."

Ahmad saw Sulis' face that looked serious. "Of course, what do you want to talk about?"

Sulis looked at Ahmad expectantly. "I have decided to continue my studies abroad. I got a full scholarship to go to one of the top universities in Germany."

Ahmad was shocked to hear the news. "Wow, Sulis, that's awesome! I'm so glad to hear that. You always have incredible potential."

Sulis smiled happily at Ahmad's praise. "Thank you, Ahmad. You have always been a source of inspiration for me. I want to share this news with you because you are the first person to always support my dreams."

Sulis nodded in agreement. "Yes, I really hope so. I want to make positive changes in science, especially in the treatment of diseases that are still difficult to cure."

Ahmad smiled and placed his hand on Sulis' hand. "You can do it, Sulis. I believe in your potential and your determination to achieve all your dreams. I will always support you, both near and far."

Sulis smiled as he looked at Ahmad's hand which was located above his hand. "Thank you, Ahmad. I'm really lucky to have a friend like you."

Ahmad raised his hand and placed it on Sulis' cheek with a smile. "I feel lucky to have a friend as good as you, Sulis. I hope our relationship can stay strong even though we'll be in a different place."

Sulis smiled with a sigh of joy. "I hope so too, Ahmad. We can maintain this relationship by supporting each other and communicating."

The two of them continued drinking coffee while talking to each other about their plans and dreams in the future. Their friendship was growing closer and more hopeful.

Shortly after, Sulis and Ahmad stood up to go home with happy smiles on their faces. Although Sulis will be abroad, they are convinced that their love and friendship will always last. Two leaves of hope that give each other support and inspiration.

Sulis and Ahmad sat together on a park bench, waiting for dusk. The air gets cooler, reminding them of times when their hopes were tucked into a sheet full of dreams.

Sulis looked at Ahmad's serious-looking face. He then asked, "Ahmad, what are you thinking?"

Ahmad paused for a moment before replying, "Sulis, we are now grown up. Should we continue to follow what was in our wish sheet first, or should we look for something else that leads us to happiness?"

Sulis smiled and nodded, understanding Ahmad's doubts. "Ahmad, there is nothing wrong with dreaming and wishing. But sometimes, our life plans can change. The hope sheet is only a clue for us to achieve our goals, but it is not an infallible boundary."

Ahmad listened carefully. His eyes stared far away, trying to find the meaning behind Sulis words. "So, what should we do?" tanyakanya.

Sulis held Ahmad's hand and said, "We must open our hearts and minds, Ahmad. See what we really need and what makes us happy. Don't be afraid to try new things, even if it means letting go of a little bit of the hope sheet we've been dreaming of."

Ahmad looked at Sulis with doubt. Just this time he heard Sulis' smile and such deep words of wisdom. "But Sulis, what should we leave behind? What should I let go of?"

Sulis smiled gently. He held Ahmad's hands warmly. "Leave the fear, Ahmad. Let go of unnecessary burdens, and fill new sheets of hope with opportunities that nourish our souls. Seeking happiness does not mean that we have to pursue unfulfilled dreams, but feel happy as we go through every step of our journey."

Ahmad breathed a long breath. He felt the presence of Sulis in his life increasingly meaningful. "Sulis, you have always given me strength and inspiration. I want to follow your words. I want to find my own happiness, by learning to open up to change and embrace new opportunities."

Sulis smiled proudly. "That's a sign you're growing up, Ahmad. Dare to face change is a sign that we dare to grow and achieve true happiness."

The sun began to set, bringing a beautiful twilight greeting them. Sulis and Ahmad felt a new spirit fill their hearts, ready to enter a new chapter in their life expectancy sheet.
