HOPE SHEET

HOPE SHEET
FACE TRIALS

Chapter 24: Facing the Trial

Having gathered the courage to express their feelings in the previous chapter, Sulis and Ahmad must now face even greater trials. They have decided to get into a relationship, although it is difficult for them to communicate due to different languages.

The days passed with Sulis and Ahmad drawing near, though it was hard to deny that more and more trials came to them. However, the two of them tried to continue their relationship with hope.

One day, Sulis saw Ahmad talking to a woman in the campus garden. Jealousy instantly filled Sulis' heart, but he chose to trust Ahmad and calm himself. However, similar events continue to occur. Sulis could not help anxiety and eventually took over their meeting.

"Sulis, what's going on?" ahmad was confused.

"I saw you talking to another woman a few times. I can't help but feel jealous" Sulis said in a choked voice.

Ahmad was shocked to hear Sulis' confession. "Sulis, please believe me. That woman is my classmate. We're discussing the task together to understand the lecture material."

Sulis patted his chest softly. "I'm sorry, Ahmad. I doubt you for no apparent reason. I need to be stronger and trust you."

Ahmad held Sulis' hand. "We all struggle through this ordeal, Sulis. And to me, you are the one who gave the sheet of hope in my life. I promise to keep trying to give the best to our relationship."

Sulis smiled, feeling the warmth in Ahmad's affection. Although it was difficult, he believed that together they could go through every ordeal.

The following days are becoming increasingly difficult, as there are cultural and linguistic differences that continue to be a barrier. Sulis and Ahmad learned passionately to be able to communicate more smoothly. Each word they learn takes them to a closer level in their relationship.

In the midst of their journey, Sulis has difficulty in adjusting to life in the big city. Missing his family and friends makes him often nervous. Ahmad felt sad to see Sulis feeling lonely, but he insisted on supporting her at all times.

"Sulis, I know this is not easy, but you are a strong person" Ahmad said as they sat together by the lake. "You always give me hope and strength. We're going through this difficult time together."

Sulis touched Ahmad's cheek gently. "Thank you, Ahmad. I am lucky to have you by my side. With you, I feel that there are no trials that we cannot conquer."

Facing trials after trials, Sulis and Ahmad strengthened their relationship. They did not give up on the difficulty, but considered it a challenge they had to face together. With trust, hard work, and love growing between them, Sulis and Ahmad are ready to face whatever comes.

Sulis sat on the porch of his house, enjoying the sunshine that warmed his face. He has returned to his hometown after years of leaving it to pursue a career in the big city. Sulis recalled the good times he had been through here, but in the midst of that happiness, there were also old wounds that he had difficulty healing.

Suddenly, Sulis' phone rang loudly. He saw the name "Ahmad" appear on his phone screen. Sulis felt a thumping feeling as she received the call. Sulis and Ahmad have experienced their first love in this hometown, but their relationship ends bitterly after a tragic incident.

"Sulis, how are you?" he said with his calm voice.

"What is it, Ahmad? For a long time we did not speak" Sulis replied hesitantly.

"Yes, I know. I want to talk to you about that, Sulis. Can we meet?"

Sulis was silent for a moment. He was not sure if he was ready to face Ahmad again after everything they had been through. However, Sulis felt that this might be a good time to deal with him and finally resolve the old wounds that still plagued his mind.

"Alright, Ahmad. We can meet at our favorite coffee shop, tomorrow at 4 pm. How's it?"

Ahmad assented enthusiastically, "Suit, Sulis. See you tomorrow!"

The next day, Sulis arrived at a coffee shop nearby with a mixed heart. He saw that Ahmad was sitting at a table by the window. As they looked at each other, Sulis felt that there was something different about Ahmad. Sulis was saluted with a steady flutter emanating from Ahmad's face, as if he had turned into a more mature man.

"Ahmad, what do you want to talk about?" ask Sulis carefully.

Ahmad leaned his head in his hand, "Sulis, I want to talk about what happened in the past. I love you, Sulis, and I deeply regret what has happened between us."

Sulis felt slightly moved by Ahmad's words. He was also relieved that Ahmad finally admitted his mistake.

"I love you too, Ahmad. However, we must understand that the past cannot be changed. How can we continue our lives?"

Ahmad nodded, "I know that we cannot change the past, Sulis. But I want to mend our relationship and offer my true apologies."

Sulis blinked his eyes, pondered for a moment, and finally sighed. "Ahmad, I also want to fix what is between us. But it won't be easy for me to forgive you. I need some time."

Ahmad smiled bitterly, "I understand. I'll wait, Sulis. I don't want to lose you again."

They look at each other without words, but there is a strong love and desire to improve their relationship. Sulis and Ahmad realized that this was a process they had to go through together, to release old wounds and build new hope.

In that silence, Sulis and Ahmad promised to support each other and work hard to find happiness together again. Whatever the end result, they both know that this is a great opportunity to learn and grow, as well as find a hope sheet that may have been lost in the past.

After the despair Sulis felt, he decided to tell Ahmad about his situation. Sulis met Ahmad in the garden in front of his house who was sitting on a bench while reading a book.

Ahmad: Of course, Please sit down. Anything you want to tell me?

Sulis: Yeah, actually I've been feeling a little frustrated lately. I kept trying to pursue my dreams, but it seemed to be getting further and further away from achieving them.

Ahmad: What is your dream, Sulis?

Sulis: I want to be a famous writer. I started by writing short stories and sending them to various publishers, but always got rejected. I feel like I'm losing my spirit.

Ahmad: Sulis, no success is easy to get. Everyone must face obstacles and rejection in achieving their dreams. But the important thing is our persistence and perseverance in dealing with it.

Sulis: But I feel like I will never achieve my dream. Every time I get a rejection, it gets harder and harder to keep moving forward.

Ahmad: Sulis, don't let desperation defeat you. Remember that process is part of the journey to success. Maybe you should try a different approach or hone your writing skills even more.

Sulis: You are right, Ahmad. I might have to try to look at it from a different point of view and learn from the experience I have been through. I can't just give up.

Ahmad: That is the right spirit! When you feel down, remember all the reasons why you started this journey. Remember how much you want to be a famous writer. That's what will push you forward.

Sulis: Thank you, Ahmad. I really need your spirit. I will remember your words and try to see this obstacle as an opportunity to develop.

Ahmad: I know you can do it, Sulis. Don't let despair stop you. Keep writing and believe in yourself.

Sulis: I will try, Ahmad. I will keep fighting and not give up. My dreams won't just happen. I'm sure of it.

Ahmad: Good, Sulis! I support you completely. If you need help or someone to read your writing, I'm here for you.

Sulis: Thank you, Ahmad. I really appreciate it. I'm lucky to have a friend like you.

The two of them sat in the garden, feeling more excited and motivated. Sulis knew that the journey to success would not be easy, but he promised himself to keep fighting and achieving his dream as a famous writer.

Ahmad was also inspired by Sulis persistence and committed to supporting him on this journey. They both motivate each other and promise to support each other in achieving their dreams.

The hope sheet doesn't just break up. Sulis and Ahmad committed themselves to never giving up, to keep trying to achieve their dreams, and to make those hopes real.

After witnessing the conflict that occurred between Siti and Rani, Sulis felt that he should speak privately with Ahmad. He wanted to know more about Ahmad's true feelings and thoughts. They met in the park at their usual hideout.

Ahmad was sitting alone on the bench. Sulis walked up to him, trying to smile even though his heart was full of worry. They faced each other, Sulis then said softly, "Ahmad, can we talk about what happened today? I want to know what's on your mind."

Ahmad looked at Sulis with eyes still full of confusion. "What do you want to know, Sulis?" tanyanya doubt.

"Siti said that you both want to help her family financially, really?" Sulis continued.

Ahmad nodded. "Yes, we talked about that. But I never meant to make you jealous or angry. I just want to help them."

Sulis clasped Ahmad's hand gently, trying to provide support. "I know you want to do good, but you also have to think about our future. What if helping them gets us stuck in financial trouble? As happened to the Siti family."

Ahmad took a deep breath. "I know it's a risk we have to face. I'm also worried about our future" Ahmad said in a hoarse voice.

Sulis looked directly into Ahmad's eyes. "Is this a decision you really want, Ahmad?"

Ahmad thought seriously about Sulis question. "Sulis, I love you and I want to build a future with you. But seeing the state of Siti's family made me feel called to help. I want to feel what it's like to be someone who can lighten someone else's burden."

Sulis smiled gently and nodded her head. "I really appreciate the kindness of your heart, Ahmad. But we must consider conscience with a rational mind. Can we accomplish both of these things in one shot?"

Ahmad pondered for a moment, thinking about Sulis words. "Maybe we can find other ways to help Siti and her family, without having to sacrifice our future. We can find more stable financial resources or help them in other ways, such as working with them."

Sulis smiled, relieved to hear Ahmad's thoughtful opinion. "That's a good idea, Ahmad. We can talk to Siti and find a solution together."

Ahmad was relieved, clasping Sulis' hand tightly. "Because you are everything to me, Sulis. I don't want any decision to make us part."

Sulis smiled and kissed Ahmad's cheeks gently. "I love you too, Ahmad. We can get through all this together."

In their encounter at the park, Sulis and Ahmad realize that the difficult decisions they must face can create new avenues to help Siti and her family without sacrificing their own future. Together, they clasped hands and walked out of the park with renewed hope and determination, living their lives better.
