Chapter 22: The Journey to the Dream
Sulis is excited to start a new day. After passing through various obstacles and twists and turns, it is time to continue the journey towards the dream of Sulis. Today, he will meet Ahmad, his old friend who also has the same dream.
Sulis left his home at a fast pace. He can't wait to meet Ahmad and talk about their dreams. When he arrived at the coffee shop where they had made their agreement, Ahmad was already waiting for him with a big smile.
Ahmad: "Hi, Sulis! We finally meet again after a long time without seeing each other. You look so excited. What's up?"
Sulis: "Hey, Ahmad! Yes, I am excited. I want to talk about our dreams, about the sheet of hope we've always dreamed of."
Ahmad: "Great! I am also excited to share new ideas with you. Come on, let's sit down and talk about everything."
Sulis and Ahmad sat in a corner of a cozy coffee shop, ordering their favorite drinks. They begin their conversation by telling each other about the developments and difficulties they experienced in achieving their dreams.
Sulis: "Are you, Ahmad? During this journey, I learned that every little step we take is meaningful in achieving our dreams. I've written a few short stories and told some friends. They like it so much!"
Ahmad: "That's very inspiring, Sulis! I am convinced that every little act brings us closer to our dreams. I have also started taking online writing courses and managed to publish some articles on my own blog."
Scroll: "Wow, Ahmad! We're really making incredible progress. But have you ever felt doubt about your abilities?"
Ahmad: "Of course, Sulis. Doubt is a natural part of this process. However, I learned that belief in yourself is the key to dealing with it. We must keep trying and fight that doubt."
Scream: "You're right. We have to support each other and remind each other that we've gone through so many obstacles and stayed put. Our dreams are precious."
Ahmad: "You know, Sulis, the closer we are to our dreams, the greater the challenges we will face. We must get ready to face it and continue to fight without forgetting the values we profess."
Sulis: "I totally agree with that, Ahmad. Never worry about failure or obstacles in front of us. Importantly, we must remain determined to keep moving forward and pursue our dreams."
This discussion gave new spirit to Sulis and Ahmad. They believe that with determination and patience, they can achieve their dreams. They plan to continue to support and encourage each other on this long journey, towards the sheet of hope they have always dreamed of.
After the incident above, I decided not to think about it anymore. I try to forget everything and focus on living my new life.
A few months after the incident, I met new friends at college. We were very close and did a lot of activities together. This made me feel happier and freed from unpleasant events.
Not only that, I also started following various communities and organizations on campus. I joined a sports team, a music club, and volunteered at several social programs. These activities help me to meet new people and channel my positive energy.
In addition, I also try to focus more on college. I realize that education is the most important thing in my life and I want to give my best for myself. I try to take all classes seriously and diligently study.
Although events in the past still sometimes cross my mind, I no longer let them destroy me. I realized that life goes on and I have to keep going.
Finally, I managed to get good results at the end of the semester. I feel proud of myself because I have managed to overcome the problem and move on with my life positively.
Bitter events in the past are sometimes hard to forget, but I don't let that ruin my life. I learned from these events and continued my life more excitedly and optimistically.
The story of my life continues, and I am confident that in the future, I will be able to overcome every challenge that comes with my head held high and heart full of courage. Bad events in the past will not prevent me from achieving my dreams and becoming the best version of myself.
Sulis walked through the hospital corridor with a flowery heart. After months of grueling recovery, he will finally be discharged today. He was happy to be back in his warm and comfortable home.
Suddenly, he saw Ahmad sitting in the waiting room of the hospital. His heart rippled as he approached her. Ahmad is a new friend he met during his hospital stay. They exchanged stories and support as they struggled to recover.
Sulis: "Ahmad, what are you doing here? Are you also sent home today?"
Ahmad: "Hello, Sulis! I'm not getting sent home today. I just met a friend who was being treated in this room. She needs support and I want to give her support."
Sulis smiled and nodded his head, admiring Ahmad's sincerity. He felt lucky to be friends with someone like him.
Sulis: "Ahmad, you always provide inspiration and support for the people around you. I thank you for being such an amazing friend during my treatment here. You're making my recovery easier."
Ahmad smiled with shame. He never thought he could exert a positive influence on someone.
Ahmad: "Sulis, you have also given me passion and hope in my life. I learned to be more patient and grateful for my life after seeing your struggles in dealing with your own situation. I grew up as a better person thanks to you."
Sulis smiled proudly. He is happy to have a positive impact on others, even though he is struggling.
Sulis: "Ahmad, I hope we remain friends even after I am repatriated today. We can continue to encourage each other and grow together, right?"
Ahmad: "Of course, Sulis! We've been through a struggle together and I'm not just going to give up. I'm proud to be your friend and I promise I'll always be there for you."
Sulis smiled and was moved by Ahmad's words. They both knew that their friendship had just begun and would continue indefinitely.
In the embrace of the warmth of their friendship, Sulis retains her newfound hope and knows that, with Ahmad by her side, she is ready for any challenge in the world outside of the hospital.
Dialogue:
Sulis: Ahmad, what are you doing here? Are you also sent home today?
Ahmed: No. There was a friend who was being treated in this room. I want to give her support.
Sulis: You really care about other people, Ahmad. As long as we're in the hospital, you always give support to everyone around you.
Ahmad: I just do what I can to help. But, Sulis, you are an extraordinary person. You've been through so much but still smiling and trying to heal.
Sulis: Thank you, Ahmad. You inspire me a lot too. What do you think if we keep this friendship after I get home?
Ahmad: Sure! I promise, Sulis, I will always be there for you. We can support each other and grow together.
Sulis: I'm so grateful to have you as a friend. We can face the future with hope and strength, together.
Ahmad: Same, Sulis. Our friendship has just begun and I'm sure it will last a long time.
