Chapter 14: Facing Obstacles Together

Sulis and Ahmad continued their journey to the village that was their final destination. However, the trip this time was not as smooth as they had hoped. They have to face unexpected obstacles.

While they were resting on the side of the road, Sulis suddenly felt unwell. His face was pale and his hands felt limp.

Sulis: (sickly restrained) Ahmad, I'm sorry. I feel so weak.

Ahmad: Oh no, sulis. You all right? Why is it suddenly like this?

Sulis: I don't know, Ahmad. Maybe a trip too long makes me tired.

Ahmad: It's okay, Sulis. We'll take a break here.

Ahmad immediately prepared a comfortable place for Sulis to sleep. Meanwhile, Sulis continued to try to survive despite his worsening condition.

Scribe: Ah.. Ahmad, I'm sorry. I worry that I will be a burden to you.

Ahmad: Don't say it like that, sulis. You are my friend and I will always be there for you.

A little while later, Sulis finally fainted. Ahmad hurriedly picked him up and took him to a guard post not far from where they were resting.

Ahmad: Please! Someone needs help here!

The only available guard came immediately and helped Ahmad carry Sulis into the guard post.

Officer: What happened?

Ahmad: I don't know for sure. He suddenly fainted and was unconscious.

Officer: I will call an ambulance immediately. You need to stay calm.

Ahmad: Thank you, sir. Please save him.

Ahmad felt anxious and did not know what to do other than to wait for the arrival of an ambulance. He hoped Sulis would recover soon and they could continue the journey as quickly as possible.

After a while that felt like centuries, an ambulance finally came and took Sulis to a nearby hospital. Ahmad with a thumping heart followed him.

The following dialogue occurs when these two figures arrive at the hospital:

Doctor: You Ahmad, his best friend brought him here?

Ahmad: Yes, I am Ahmad. How's it going, Doc?

Doctor: His condition is stable at the moment. He was experiencing severe physical exhaustion. Need rest and treatment for a few days.

Ahmad: Thank you for the treatment, Doc. Can I see him for a minute?

Doctor: It can, but I suggest you give him some time to rest. He is in the recovery stage.

Ahmad was relieved to hear good news from the doctor. Although his heart was still anxious, he knew that Sulis was in good care. He also promised himself to always keep and support sulis until healed and back strong.

Their journey was not over yet, and the obstacles they were facing right now were a test they had to pass together.

Sulis and Ahmad are in a beautiful place, which they yearn for. The two of them sat side by side by the beach, enjoying the warm twilight sunlight that radiated over the sea.

Sulis looked towards Ahmad, a happy smile emanating on his face. "Finally we got to this point, Ahmad. We've been through a lot together, and I'm so grateful to be here with you" she said.

Ahmad returned a smile. "I'm so happy too, Sulis. Every challenge and obstacle we face only makes our relationship stronger. We can succeed together because we support each other and fight together."

The two of them were silent for a moment, enjoying the peace and beauty around them. The calm and peaceful atmosphere made them feel like they were in their own world.

Sulis felt that there was no longer an obstacle that could hinder them. All the problems and doubts that have ever existed, have been forgotten far behind them. They are now focused on the bright and hopeful days ahead.

"Now we can build a future together, Ahmad. We can realize our dreams, support each other at every step and achieve whatever we want" Sulis said with confidence.

Ahmad nodded in agreement. "That's right, Sulis. Together, we can overcome all challenges and face them with courage. I'm ready to walk forward into a better future with you."

They held hands and walked away from the beach. In their footsteps, looks a strong determination to face whatever is to come. They both know that nothing can stop them from achieving their dreams and goals.

Sulis and Ahmad were sitting in a small park in the middle of the city dotted with shady trees. The afternoon sun was moving away, giving a beautiful orange color in the sky. Slapped before them was the famous novel "Sheets of Hope" which both were reading.

Sulis turned the page with a face full of interest. Ahmad, sitting next to him, smiled watching Sulis' joy.

Sulis: (nodging) "The story is so profound and heart touching. Truly an inspiring work."

Ahmad: (laughs) "Yes, I agree. This novel gives hope and encouragement to anyone who reads."

Sulis: "You know, Ahmad, sometimes I feel like my life is a blank sheet. I'm looking for the real meaning, but sometimes I feel like I'm losing my way."

Ahmad: (putting his hand on Sulis) "Sulis, life is not always easy for everyone. However, how we respond to each challenge is what determines our fate."

Sulis looked at Ahmad with a face full of worry.

Sulis: "I know, Ahmad, but sometimes I feel alone. Losing someone I care about makes me doubt my ability to move on."

Ahmad: (holding Sulis' hand tightly) "As in the story of this novel, Sulis, destiny always provides a way for us. When you feel alone, there is one place in your heart that remains filled with the light of hope. Be strong and confident in yourself."

Sulis smiled, feeling a little relieved by Ahmad's words. He felt the warmth of Ahmad's presence which always provided support and security to him.

Sulis: (smiling) "Thank you, Ahmad. Your presence by my side gives you the strength to rise and fight again."

Ahmad: "We all struggle in this journey of life, Sulis, so never feel alone. Together, we can cross all odds and discover the true meaning of our life's pages."

The two were silent for a moment, while enjoying their peace and togetherness under the twilight sun. Sulis felt inspired and excited to step forward, listen to her inner voice and find the real way of life.
