Chapter 70: Tried Loyalty

The days continued to pass amid the turmoil of Sulis. Although his relationship with Ahmad was becoming increasingly familiar, Sulis found it difficult to maintain his feelings. Every time he met Ahmad, Sulis' feelings became harder to quell.

"Good then. You know, Sulis, I'm happy to be friends with you" Ahmad said.

Sulis smiled. Hearing Ahmad's words made his heart flutter. Sulis was very fond of Ahmad, however, he still hesitated to express his feelings.

"This friend of yours misses your sweet smile, Sulis. Lately you are a little different" said Ahmad.

Sulis was filled with Ahmad's words. He felt guilty towards Ahmad for not being able to give anything but sorrow and hardship.

"Have we been friends for a long time?" sulis asked trying to distract from her own feelings.

"It's been two years. Long time yes, too" said Ahmad with a smile.

At that time Sulis realized, for two years Ahmad always faithfully accompanied him in goodness and distress. Sulis was moved by Ahmad's attitude, he felt that Ahmad was the right person to be a companion for life.

"Write, there's something I want to say. I've been holding feelings for you for a long time. Sulis, I love you" Ahmad said firmly.

Sulis, who was amazed by Ahmad's confession, finally expressed his feelings to Ahmad. Sulis admitted that he also felt the same about Ahmad.

Hearing the confession of love from Sulis made Ahmad feel very happy. Ahmad felt that all his struggles to get Sulis' heart had paid off.

"Let's have a more serious relationship, Sulis" Ahmad said.

Sulis agreed with Ahmad's proposal. He is very happy because now he will be with people who have always been faithful to support him and provide happiness. Sulis realized that Ahmad's loyalty to him had been a very valuable and expensive value.

From this incident, Sulis learns how important loyalty is in a relationship. Loyalty will be a strong adhesive in human relationships, so it will make the relationship closer and stronger. Sulis felt lucky to have a friend like Ahmad who always faithfully helped him in the face of all the twists and turns of life.

When Sulis and Ahmad enjoyed coffee in a cafe, Sulis was moved by Ahmad's attitude. Ahmad was always by his side when Sulis needed him. Sulis realized that there was nothing more valuable than having someone by his side, even in the worst of circumstances.

"Really, I'm very grateful to you, Ahmad. You have always been faithful to support me and to be my true friend" Sulis said.

"When I face problems, you're always there for me, Sulis. And that's why I try to always be there for you too" Ahmad replied.

The two friends talked about their past. Sulis tells the story of his painful past and how Ahmad has always given him support. Ahmad, on the other hand, told about his life before meeting Sulis and admitted that Sulis was the most important person in his life.

As they spoke, Sulis realized how lucky he was to have someone like Ahmad in his life. He never felt alone again, because Ahmad was always there for him.

"We should respect each other and look after our relationship, Sulis. We're going to go through a lot together and I don't want to lose you" Ahmad said.

"With you by my side, I feel like I'm never alone. I am grateful to have a friend and companion like you" Sulis replied.

When they separated, Sulis felt happy and hopeful. For a long time he felt lonely and afraid of getting hurt again, but with Ahmad he felt safe and calm. Sulis knew that Ahmad's loyalty would never fade, and that made him feel very happy.

Sulis realized that nothing could replace Ahmad's presence in his life. Sulis has found someone who has always been faithful and fair in relationships, someone who has always given support and celebrated his success, and most importantly, someone who loves him for who he is. Sulis is committed to maintaining their relationship and being a loyal friend like Ahmad.

As they walked home, Sulis felt like expressing his feelings to Ahmad. But he hesitates to do so, fearing their relationship becomes complicated or even ruining their friendship.

However, Sulis knows that nothing is more important than being honest with yourself and others. He did not want to hold back his own feelings, so he decided to express his feelings.

"Ahmad, there's something I want to tell you," Sulis said slowly.

"What's up, Sulis?" asked Ahmad curiously.

"I've been holding this feeling for a long time. I feel overwhelmed by everything you've done for me, and I honestly feel that I love you" Sulis said sincerely.

Ahmad was surprised by Sulis' statement. However, he responds wisely and still appreciates Sulis' feelings, although he himself has not decided how he responds to the statement.

"Sul, I'm very honored by how you feel. I also feel there is something special between us. However, I think that we need to maintain our friendship well before acting further" Ahmad said with a smile.

Sulis was relieved that Ahmad wisely acknowledged the existence of their feelings without forcing him to change or break their relationship. This made Sulis increasingly appreciate Ahmad as a friend and an important figure in his life.

When they arrived at Sulis' house, Sulis felt more connected to himself and had a new determination to maintain and strengthen his friendship with Ahmad. It made him feel confident that whatever happens in the future, he will never feel alone again because there is Ahmad who always supports him.

With a feeling of happiness and gratitude, Sulis decided to relax and rest. He reflected on the day he spent with his friend, and felt impatient to see what the future brought for him and his relationship with Ahmad.

While laying down, Sulis felt inspired to pursue his new dreams that had been buried. He no longer felt fear or doubt, because he knew that there was someone who would always support him in every step he took.

In the days that followed, Sulis and Ahmad grew closer in their friendship. They spend a lot of time together, supporting each other in everything, and continue to build trust in each other.

Sulis continued to develop himself and pursue his new dream. He began writing his first book, a novel about his life experiences. Ahmad became one of the first few people to read the script initially, and was very impressed with it.

"Write, your writing is truly amazing. I'm sure you will become a famous writer one day" Ahmad said.

Sulis smiled and felt motivated by Ahmad's support. He felt fortunate to have a comrade-in-arms like Ahmad, and often thanked him for all the support and assistance he had given.

Time passed, and Sulis grew closer to Ahmad. However, he still hesitated to express his feelings again. He is still worried that his previous statements will damage their friendly relationship.

However, Ahmad felt something was up in their relationship and he felt the need to talk about it with Sulis. He wanted Sulis to feel comfortable and free to speak whatever was in his heart.

One day, Ahmad invited Sulis to their favorite cafe. After ordering a drink, Ahmad started a conversation.

"Sulis, I feel like something is wrong in our relationship. I feel like you're still uncomfortable or hesitant in our relationship."

Sulis felt surprised and relieved because finally Ahmad also felt the same with him. He no longer feels alone in his feelings, and feels more open to talking.

"Yes, Ahmad. I still feel hesitant to go any further in this relationship. I'm worried that I'm giving the wrong signal and ruining our friendship" Sulis replied sincerely.

Ahmad understood Sulis feelings and gently gave his view. "Sulis, I want you to know that our relationship means so much to me, both as a friend and as someone who loves you. But whatever your decision, I will remain your friend and will always support you" Ahmad said.

Sulis felt moved and grateful for Ahmad's words, which had made him feel more confident to speak whatever was in his heart.

"Thank you, Ahmad. I really appreciate our friendship and hope we can continue to build trust in each other" Sulis said sincerely.

Ahmad smiled and kissed Sulis on the cheeks as a sign of their firm and firm friendship. Sulis is comfortable and happy with his feelings, as he knows that little by little, he gains the courage to take a bold step in his life.
