Evelyn's Regret

Seventeen

Evelyn walked while looking left right, it seemed as if the girl had lost her focus. It was like looking for someone. Of course he was looking for Noah's whereabouts. A month had passed and he never saw the man again. Even Eve accidentally came to the campus building where Noah usually was but she did not see the whereabouts of the man.

A pat on his shoulder distracts the girl, Darrel and Aira grinning to find Evelyn's shocked face.

"Whypa well can not use ngagetin all" Grumbled Evelyn with a sour face.

"Part of that cuddly crab like nyari spare. Who are you looking for?" Aira looked at Eve in full search.

"Who are you" Evelyn said nervously. He doesn't want his best friend to know that he's looking for Noah. It was undeniable since no longer seeing Noah the girl felt that something was missing from her heart.

Almost every night Eve woke up and checked her phone, who knows Noah contacted her, but 30 days passed Noah like he was lost in the swallow of the earth.

Not infrequently also Evelyn unknowingly typed the message that became his habit when he just came home or would go with his friends. "Malah daydreams heii" Darrel flicks his hand across Eve's face to resuscitate the girl.

"Who is dreaming?" Said Eve pretending to sewot. Aira shook her head while smiling.

"Rel can stay with me as Eve can't you? I want to talk to him. Ordinary girl trouble" Eve stared in wonder at Aira. He seemed to be guessing what his best friend was going to discuss.

"Okay if that's me first. Coincidentally my girlfriend asked to be picked up"

"Cie who has a boyfriend" Goda Evelyn and Aira, Darrel just smiled cutely and then stepped up to leave his two best friends. Darrel just got together 2 weeks ago with a girl from medical school. While Mona was also one month ago just made up with a guy from the engineering faculty. They rarely get together now.

Evelyn smiled wryly, her best friends even had a partner when she was alone. Even they rarely get together now because they are busy with their respective partners. The girl looked excited, her eyes sparkling brightly. He couldn't hide his curiosity about Noah.

Actually Aira deliberately has not given Noah a seat. Aira wanted to give it to Eve one day after Noah met her. But Aira thought again and decided to teach Evelyn a little lesson that was so stubborn.

"Continue?" Evelyn could not wait to hear the story about Noah.

"He's nitiping this" Aira took out a blue box from inside her bag. Every day Aira was always carrying the blue box, so that the right time he could directly hand it to Evelyn.

"Is this Ra?"

Eve received the box with a frown, signifying her confusion.

"I don't know, Noah's answer is in this box. But you better not be at home. I don't want you crying or yelling hysterically here"

Aira teased Evelyn.

"Yes I'm home now" Without saying much Evelyn immediately rushed away, no matter what sound Aira kept calling her. He wants to get home and open the blue box Noah gave him.

Evelyn locked the door of her room, for some reason her heart was beating fast at the sight of the blue box in her hand.

Evelyn sat on the bed and placed the blue box before her. With her shaking hands Evelyn opened the blue box, her eyes caught a beautiful watch with silver chains.

Evelyn grabbed the watch and smiled, Noah understands her taste. He put the watch back and grabbed the paper in the box. Evelyn exhaled, trying to calm her heart over the message she was about to receive.

When this letter has been in your grasp, it means that I am far away from this city.

Just the beginning of reading Evelyn's heart felt squeezed. "Noah away?"

The tearful thread just fell without Evelyn being able to hold it. His hand shook holding Noah's letter. Although heavy he decided to read the letter from Noah again.

Eve I'm so sorry I took your precious time, I don't know what to do to make amends I tied up your freedom. I've been robbing you of your happiness for 4 years. And I foolishly named love for all my deeds that cause suffering for you. Sorry Eve. Hopefully after my departure you can live happily. You can flap your wings freely. Sorry about Eve.
