Engelskraft: Love of Wasted Angels

Engelskraft: Love of Wasted Angels
Fellow Angels

Abram City Mall was full of crowds that afternoon. Ailey who was alternating lunch with Siti passed Mario and Ferdi in the employee cafeteria who was sitting while chewing rice field. Ailey who was confused to sit where because of the crowd of the canteen, decided to join the two of them while carrying a plate containing a stuffing chicken with a sprinkling of red chilies on it.

“Halo, cafe men! I'm sitting here, yeah!” Ailey greeted a chair left there.

“Eh, that...” Ferdi whose mouth was full tried to say something while pointing towards the bench that Ailey was about to sit on.

“Yes, it's okay. I'll eat quickly and get out of here soon.” Cut Ailey pretentiously and sit comfortably with the two Engelskraft officers.

Whether due to hunger or stress due to poor sales, Ailey ate her food with a fierce like a wild animal that was devouring its victims. Mario and Ferdi who were sitting in front of him could only gawk without saying anything. In fact, Ferdi stopped his iced tea syrup and let his straw stick to his lips just like that. It seemed that just this time they saw a woman who was eating without pause.

“Why do you see me like that? Never seen anyone starve?” Ailey's protest realized the two men's astonished gazes.

“Eat it slowly. Choking later, you know.” Ferdi.

“You haven't eaten how many days, anyway?” Ask Mario curious.

“Begini, yes. I'm starving from stress. The sales at the store still did not improve, plus my boss who had personal sentiments towards me. It made my metabolism grow faster.” Ailey replied while chewing her food.

Mario stared intently at Ailey as if he was paying attention to every answer given. He again sipped his sweet iced tea with his gaze fixed on the woman who was eating voraciously.

“But...” Ailey continued, “Anyhow I can't complain, right? I can only pray that my boss will be enlightened and be able to see me from a different perspective. I don't want to be hostile to anyone.”

Mario who heard this amazed him. She thought that the woman would continue her complaint in a hateful tone, but what happened was very different. Ailey prayed for Lina who always hated her.

“You don't look hateful to your boss. You are patient too, yes.” Ferdi commented on the answer.

“Kesal sure there is. But I don't want to hate him. If I put bitterness on him, how different would I be from him? Tired, know put a grudge on others.” Connect Ailey.

“Fer, buy me a hodgepodge, dong.” Suddenly Mario cut.

“Not full yet? You just ate rice padang, you know.” Ferdi.

“Already, just buy it. Don't refuse this seniormu request!” Mario's Order.

“Huh, if there is a wish, it always brings seniority. All right, don't let it not be eaten, yeah!” Reply Ferdi while getting out of his chair.

Mario watches Ferdi walk away to make sure his co-worker doesn't eavesdrop on the conversation that's coming next. He moved his sweet iced tea from before him and folded his hands on the table. The man sighed like he wanted to prepare a serious chat.

“How can you think so innocently?” Mario continued in a serious tone.

Ailey was silent at the question. His eyes glanced at the ceiling of the cafeteria thinking of an answer, “What a plain way I think, huh? Every human being ‘kan coexist, rather than igniting fire is not it better to create peace? At least, by not being reactive to the negative behavior of others, I can think more clearly for other things that are more useful.” He said with a small smile.

“It's worth Milo being so interested in you. I think a lot of angels are interested in the positive aura you have.” Reply while carving a knotty smile on his lips.

“Angel? You know that Milo...” Ailey was surprised.

“Uhuk, uhuk!” Ailey choked in shock at what she heard. “You... You are an angel too?”

“Betul! Hehe. Since Milo has already revealed his identity, I also have no need to hide my identity from you. After all, you look like a human who can keep a secret well.” Mario clearly agreed.

“Did your colleague who was also an angel?” Ask Ailey.

“Not. He's a normal human like you. Don't let him know, yeah! Only you humans know we're both angels.” Whisper Mario while pointing the index finger in front of his lips.

“By the way, I don't know your name yet. My name is Ailey.”

“I Mario. That friend of mine was called Ferdi. Greetings, yes man.” Said.

“Are you two angels disguised as humans?” Ailey asked enthusiastically.

“Of course not. Without humans knowing, there are so many angels who coexist with you to help your life.”

Ailey's eyes sparkled. Not just one, but two angels he knew. Surely this makes him excited and more curious about the creature.

“Then you have a task like what to set up Engelskraft like that?” Continue the woman.

“To be honest, this is a secret mission given to Milo. I don't even know what the mission is like. I was just tasked with helping Milo to stay on the path of maleness.” Evidently.

“It must be difficult, yes to run a task without being told the purpose of the task.” Reply Ailey.

“Who said? My goal is clear, which is to help Milo and make sure he can return to heaven. Besides, I don't really care about the others, including the secret task that Milo.” is running Unmistakably.

Like an uninvited hoe, Milo suddenly came and startled the two of them. “Well, talk about me, yes?”

Ailey and Mario just returned with a small laugh. They realized they had been caught off guard for talking about the dull-winged angel.

“Mario, who told you to leak your identity, huh?” Milo Protest.

“Oh, this one angel forgot to look in the mirror. I won't divulge it if you close your bucket's mouth too. But, I believe in Ailey, kok.” Mario said as he blinked his eyes at Ailey.

“Oh, yes. By the way the chair you are sitting on is my place. Ehem!” Milo told Ailey.

“Yeah! Sorry, it's appropriate that Ferdi looked panicked when I sat here.” Ailey's reply was bad.

“Sit here only, mumpung Ferdi is still waiting in line for gado-gadoku.” Appoint Mario on the seat occupied by Ferdi.

The three of them talked and laughed together. The bustling atmosphere in the cafeteria did not make it difficult for Ailey to understand each other's conversations. Perhaps because there were two angels there, Ailey's hearing was open to receiving any messages given by the two figures.
