It's So Dirty I'm Part 19

Now Alif was right in front of the door of Fira's room, knocking on the door several times Alif still did not get any answers from Fira.

"Fira, Mas permission to go inside yah." Alif made his decision. He pulled the doorknob of Fira's room, Alif was quite surprised to see the door of his room was not locked at all. He thought Fira refused to meet him because she looked so moody. But when he entered his room, Fira still said nothing to protest.

Fira is seen drowning in her warm blanket, the sound of her regular breathing indicating that Fira has fallen asleep.

Why so fast?

Alif wondered, but he wanted to say something important to Fira. But only a few minutes he entered his room Fira was already sound asleep.

"Aliff, are you inside, son?" Abi's voice came from outside, it seemed like there was something Abi wanted to talk to her about.

Out of Fira's room, he closes Fira's door carefully in fear of waking Fira up. Standing outside Abi was already waiting for her with her rare glare. Seeing her rare expression, Alif knew that something was troubling her mind. Perhaps this is related to Alif's past which has been buried for almost 20 years.

"Yes, Abi?" The response after making sure that Fira's room is completely closed.

"Has Fira been sleeping?" The question looks dazed.

Alif immediately replied, "Fira is asleep, Abi."

Sighing, Abi was finally able to relax his body for a while. Giving a gesture to follow, Abi then walked in the direction of the goal he wanted to take Alif away. Abi's goal was clear that it wasn't at home. It seems Abi wants to take Alif to the boarding school where they usually meet.

From the distance now Alif can see the office lights are still brightly lit and it certainly shows that there is someone else in it. Because it's a fasting month and very good to use, the office usually closes immediately after 5 pm and there will be no routine work overtime if not too needed.

"Assalamualaik." Hail Abi with his distinctive heavy voice, making the person inside immediately stand up and immediately shake Abi's hand.

"Waalaikumussalam warrahmatullahi wabarakatuh, Abi." Razi replied, the man who had been sitting waiting for the arrival of the two of them was Razi.

A few minutes ago, Abi suddenly called her and told her she wanted to meet. Without a doubt, Razi immediately agreed and immediately went to the office before Abi came first.

"Razis?" Alif puzzled when he saw that person was Razi.

"Sit down." Abi said as he sat himself on one of the sofas he usually sat on when taking a break from his work at the office.

"I called you here you two should guess." Abi began the conversation after a few minutes of calming down his expression as calmly as possible.

Razi did not understand, "Razi really did not know why Abi brought me here."

Nodding in, "What about you, Alif?" Abi asked to hear Alif's opinion. Because between these two brothers only Alif is the most sensitive to his identity. He had just discovered the fact that he was not a part of them so his mind must be very working right now.

Alif did not immediately answer Abi, he raised his face and looked straight into Abi's eyes. "Who's Razi? No, what exactly is our relationship?" As soon as this question came out Razi finally understood where their conversation was headed. If Razi doesn't guess wrongly the identity of Alif may be the younger brother he's looking for, his younger brother from Papa's second wife.

"You can ask him directly to Razi." Abi did not want to answer him and let Razi explain the situation himself. He believes Razi already knows everything and Abi also hopes that Razi will accept their brotherhood.

Alif was getting confused, didn't Razi just say that he didn't know Abi's intention to bring them here?

"Alif, I'm your brother." Razi did not sound hesitant when he said it, even if it is considered carefully there is an excited tone embedded in it.

Stunned, "Explain me more clearly." Pinta Alif is calm.

"Our father has two wives, Alif. The first wife is my mother and the second wife is your mother. I heard from Umi when you were 4 your mother fell ill and died at a young age. But before he died he advised that the people who raised you are Pak Kyai and Umi." Shifting his gaze looked at Abi who nodded lightly approvingly.

"Your mother said that she didn't want to interrupt Mama and Papa's time together so she decided to leave you to them. But after a few months of your mother's death, Mama and Papa suddenly had an accident and immediately died on the spot. Leaving me who had no one to Zahra's parents. For almost 20 years, we were finally reunited. Although different Mother but we are still brothers, Papa's blood equally flows in our bodies. I'm so glad my sister turned out to be you. A good man and a memorizer of the Qur'an, we can live together in the house that Papa left behind. Live peacefully with each other's partners."

Razi was very surprised and grateful that his sister was Alif, a great child with a myriad of achievements. He could imagine how Zahra would react when he heard it later, he must be very happy.

After listening to Razi's explanation, Alif silently watched the tense face of Razi in front of him who looked happy and timidly waiting for his response. Well, now he knew why all this time he had always felt comfortable being close to Razi. This was the reason, it was because they were blood-soaked which showed there was a strong inner connection between them. "So it's like that." Alif was a little surprised. He never knew his mother was a strong woman. Rela share a husband with other women, hem, of course Mama Razi also need not be questioned how airy his heart. Letting Papa marry his mother is a huge sacrifice.

No wonder Razi became a very patient person because of all that he got from the tenderness of his mother's heart.

"Now how do you feel?" Abi asked curious what response Alif would show. Because he was a little confused to see the expression on Alif's face that did not show any change.

"Honestly, I was a little surprised." The confessor describes his feelings at this time.

Nodding in satisfaction, Abi could finally feel relieved completely. Now it was his turn to say something to Alif.

"I'm grateful that you've been able to accept each other so quickly and smoothly, for almost 20 years apart I'm afraid you've become estranged." Sighing his breath relieved.

"The two of you are also adults and it is time to build a household. Razi has finished half his religion with Zahra and now you, Alif. I want to make sure of it very carefully because it concerns my daughter's feelings as well."

Abi looked seriously at Alif's face and gave an attitude like a father who was facing his future son-in-law. As a father, of course, he wants his daughter to live happily with the people he loves and as a father, of course, he wants his daughter to be valued seriously by his future son-in-law. Therefore, Father is very obliged to protect his daughter from a bad future. He had to be extra careful to see if this man was a match for his daughter.

"Yes Abi, Alif will listen seriously." Alif replied seriously too, he will not underestimate his future affairs.

Seeing the atmosphere suddenly becoming serious and not her spirit, Razi decided to listen to their conversation to the extent that they needed her advice.

"15 knew then both Annisa's parents came to us. They say that before your death your Papa made a pact with them. The content of the agreement is that you two should marry their daughter. Razi has completed the agreement and married Zahra, now you are. According to the agreement you should have married Annisa and not my son. Regarding this agreement, are you still determined to marry my son or just the opposite, you want to complete the agreement by marrying Annisa?"

Straightening his sitting position, he continued his words again before Alif answered him. "One thing you should know is that as a father, I would never be happy to see my daughter in polygamy. Rather than you polygamize her I'd rather marry her to another man as long as she can guarantee there's no polygamy in their household." Abi said firmly not to accept any objection. He said this because his teaching experience, Mama Razi or Papa's first wife, was one example that Abi could take his lessons. Outside Mama Razi did not look disturbed by the presence of a second wife but everyone could see that inside he looked very sick.

As strongly as the husband promises to be fair it will never be real because one of the wives will always feel disadvantaged.

To be honest, polygamy was too painful for women and Abi would never allow that to happen to Fira.

Alif looked seriously at Abi's eyes, in his heart he knew if Abi did not want Fira he was duakan. Well, any father would definitely be very depressed to see his daughter in a duakan, Alif also felt the same way. Taking lessons from his Papa, Alif is determined to have only Fira in his heart while praying that Allah will protect his heart from the reach of the devil.

"Abi, rest assured that in my life I have never thought of wishing for the one I love. Of course I understand how Abi feels as a father seeing his daughter who is going to live with another man. But Abi, you should have known me so much more deeply than anyone that this self would not be easily misled. Alif only wanted to marry Fira and build a harmonious household as the Prophet Muhammad had guided. As for the matter of the agreement 15 years ago Alif will speak for himself to both Annisa's parents. Alif wants to explain that Alif has found someone who Alif is looking for and does not want to live polygamy. Alif was sure, they would understand and would not force the deal to continue." In his heart was only Fira. Even since childhood he played the role of being a good Brother to Fira, Alif unknowingly builds a deep sense of possessiveness. He can not be separated from Fira and he unconsciously does not like to see there are other men who want to have Fira.

This persisted until now where he immediately realized that this feeling was abnormal and should not be between the two of them. Until he finally meets Zahra, Alif decides to accept Zahra to stay away from Fira because Zahra was after him.

Until one day he finds out that Zahra and Razi like each other and they are both completely bloodless. This surprise makes Alif can't help but hope that like Zahra and Razi, he also wants there to be a miracle between him and Fira.

Then, during his marriage with Zahra soon Alif decided to pray istikharah. Looking for answers if he believes marrying Zahra will hurt Razi. Or is it possible that this marriage should not have taken place?

The first night after praying istikharah, he saw the smiling face of Fira waiting for him in a room that has been decorated with various types of flowers like the bridal room. Fira was very beautiful at that time, Alif unconsciously considered that the dream was not a dream but the real world.

Alif did not immediately take the dream seriously because he himself realized that it was impossible, they were both bloodied.

The second night after praying istikharah again the same dream he got. He saw Fira in the same wedding dress in the same room smiling sweetly waiting for her arrival. Because he had the same dream two nights in a row, Alif then decided to pray istikharah once again to ascertain whether he got the same dream or even different.

Then the third night came. Alif had the same dream as the other two nights. Due to getting this dream 3 nights in a row, Alif realized that the two of them were indeed dating each other which automatically confirmed that they had no blood relation. It was further strengthened when Alif brought Fira's hair to the hospital for DNA tests that the results were in accordance with his guess.

They had no blood relation so Alif would not hold back if he met Fira. He will overtly chase Fira and try hard to make her fall in love with him.

Alif would never waste his efforts all this time to get Fira, he would never do anything that made the two of them separate again.

"Are you sure of what you said?" Abi's serious voice tested Alif's seriousness.

In a question like this of course Alif would never answer with hesitation, he was very sure more than anything. "Alif sure, Abi." Answer Alif seriously.

Satisfied with Alif's answer, Abi immediately woke up from his seat while saying something to Alif. "Me and Umi bless you with Fira as long as you are able to make her happy. And since you've drawn the line with us then starting tonight you should keep your distance with Fira. If you can stay away from her until the wedding day you come because this is the best decision for both of you. Regarding the time of the wedding," looked seriously at Alif.

"I decided it was carried out after Lebaran day in other words your marriage fell on the 2nd of Shawwal. I hope you start preparing from now on." Abi's decision does not wait for Alif's opinion. He had decided to immediately marry the two of them because Abi knew the feeling they both could not bear to keep their distance for a long time.

2 Shawwal, hearing Abi's decision certainly makes Alif very happy. It was only 1 day after the Eid so who wouldn't be happy?

"Abi said that if Umi approved of us, this... didn't Umi agree more with Annisa?" Because, it has been a few days Umi continues to mention about Annisa in front of him so it might be a bit difficult to give Fira to him.

"Alif, rest assured that any mother in the world would want her children to be with a good person. Of course the truth you gave us was enough to surprise him but that doesn't mean he doesn't approve of you. He was even happy if Fira married you who already knew the advantages and disadvantages. As a Mother, she only hopes that you can live happily and be able to give birth to generations that God desires. Alif, you should have understood." Abi answered the typical calm of a father to his son.

"Because our conversation is over, Abi said to go home first because Umi must be waiting at home." Saying greetings, Abi then rushed home to meet Umi. His talks with Alif had already achieved what he hoped so from tonight he could relax again. He does not need to worry about the future of Fira because the person who will marry his princess is Alif, the son he has been educated and raised directly by himself.

In his heart, he was very proud of this feat. Hem, finally he could feel what his best friend felt when he found out Zahra was married to Razi. Of course, this was a satisfaction that any parent would find extremely difficult to obtain!

Seriate...
