Because Herman said that the principle of territoriality is a principle that considers Indonesian criminal law to apply within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, anyone who commits a criminal offense, it can be punished with Indonesian criminal law.  So I'm going to put him in jail if he's really sending people to follow me. There are three supervisors around me now to keep an eye on.
