"You're not gonna leak my identity to anyone else, are you?" I feel scared and missteps right now. She smiled a little.
"As long as you and your liaison don't divulge my identity you're safe. Because only you know." Turns out Louis exchanged this protection for a deal. I guess I'll be scolded by Thomas and Kelly when I tell them, but anyway they still need me.
"I see what you mean." So he lured me to this.
"It seems you're sorry now." He grimaced, I've had the consequences of my own actions.
"No, it's comparable, after all I'm not a real agent. I'm a special agent of field reconnaissance to break through the top level, I don't handle cases, I value friendship more. We're friends, aren't we?"
He didn't answer me for these words. Putting your fate in the hands of others is not easy*nak. You can only rely on trust. I hope I didn't judge him wrong.
We then arrived at a large three-story townhouse in Upper Manhattan. The driver and security also lived here. He has 24-hour security, it turns out, he is an important person.
"This is your room. In the closet there is an un*ise*x shirt that you can wear. The toiletries are all here. In the living room refrigerator, there is always food and drink. If there's anything you need, call me." He took me to a room on the second floor. I didn't bring anything here. But tomorrow morning my things will be v** to the hotel.
"Ehm okay. Thank ye. I think this is enough."
"Leave you first. If you're looking for me I'm on the third floor. Just call."
"Yes thank you." He left me alone, I can give orders to my assistant now. Wonder what happened but still prepare everything.
It was Kelly's turn to call me later.
"Julie who are you with? He can get rid of the guy who's following you? What's the background." Now will he be angry with me. I'm telling him now.
"How can you, my God, Julie..." I knew he'd be mad because I opened up my identity.
"He helped me, I believe him."
"He helped you because he wanted to expose your identity. How could you be hooked like that." Julie has other opinions, but I still believe my own judgment.
"He knew before he helped me, but he didn't reply or prank me if he wanted to. I'm not going to be wrong with this, aren't you saying you guys did have an agreement not to reveal their identity a year ago."
"What if he breaks his promise?"
"You can threaten him too. He also did not want his identity to be open."
"O Lord Julie, you're giving me a headache now, wait if Thomas finds out. He will scold you all out, Lord you deliberately confessed, you better avoid it but you instead want to meet him, actually what do you think?!" I thought he would say that.
But I believe I have nothing to lose here, I feel like I can trust Louis. Yes maybe those who lost the ace now, they can get information by threatening to open Louis data but now they also have to bear the risk of losing the agent.
"I'm not a good agent. Sorry Julie."
"Had it all happened, I had to tell Thomas, you're ready, I hope he really holds his word, so you're safe right now?"
"Yes I'm safe." I told you about the bodyguards he had and their work systems. He's got a hidden bodyguard, that's awesome. He was also able to access Sam Lynch's data, and told me that Sam Lynch wasn't a person with big resources.
"She seems to be an important person for some people. I got your hotel. I'll send you the address, or you'll be picked up by your bodyguard tomorrow."
"I'll just go there by taxi."
"Alright, rest then. Don't forget your door lock. She'll be in your room in the middle of the night." I laughed, not I guess. I don't know why she's being nice to me I don't know, but I don't think she's that cute.
At least I've gained Julie's support for the time being. He will not abandon me because of the opening of my identity.
I don't know what I'm gonna do. I've contacted my assistant and he'll arrange to move everything.
How about the idea of chatting with Louis. I was tempted to see him again. Back away with my own mind.
When I wanted to go up to the third floor, but my legs were stuck, but my curiosity wanted to make me knock on the door. I know I'm not logical anymore now, now I turn around and cancel my intentions.
I walked on the second floor. Found something to see. The interior of the second floor is more comfortable, under all the predominant white here is darker in color.
I sat in a room that was the cozy sitting room while turning on the television, already at 11, while replying to messages from some friends.
A woman, suddenly went upstairs. He saw me and I saw him.
"You who?" This must be the woman that Louis, a close friend of his, told me.
"Ahh I'm just a friend who happens to have to stay here? I'll be gone tomorrow morning."
Louis came down from the third floor and saw us. Fortunately, I had set my intention up.
"Kim, you've arrived. He's my friend from London. There's an emergency she's temporarily staying here tonight." Louis greeted him, I was so awkward to be here.
"Why do I seem to have seen it? Have we met?"
"Ohh she's a famous artist, Julie Harris."
Julie Harris's? That Julie Harris, your movie is a hit, that famous model?"
"Yes, I'm just hitching a ride here. I'm just Louis' friend, don't get me wrong. Tomorrow morning will go." Suddenly there was a sense of isolation that I felt, maybe Louis deliberately told him to come here to tell me he and I would have nothing to do, and so that I wouldn't approach him. Do I have to humiliate me that way?
"I'm just his friend too. Just a little close. My name is Kimberly, it's nice to meet you Miss Harris." The beautiful woman laughed now. For a moment I feel better. But then I realized my place wasn't here.
"I'll go to the room first if so. I just wanted to sit here for a while. Good night." I didn't look at them anymore and went into my room. It's embarrassing or it's just my feeling that Louis deliberately made his girlfriend come here.
A message came in from my assistant that he was done with me*minda*hkan my things to the hotel.
I imagine the conditions tomorrow morning if I have to be near them. I decided to leave tonight too. I change my clothes, I wear my lipstick again. I better get out of here.
'Louis, my things are at the hotel. My security's in place for tomorrow, I have to work tomorrow morning, I'm leaving now. Sorry to interrupt and thank you for helping me.'
Tom who was a driver as well as security was still sitting on the sofa below.
"Miss? Where are you going?" He was astonished to suddenly see me coming down with the bag already slung.
"My taxi's out, my hotel's taken care of, I sent a message to Louis, he's with the woman. I better not bother them. Thank you Tom."
"You're sure, let me take you. Where's your hotel?"
"It's okay. Relax, I can take care of myself. Thank you again. I'm going to Tom."
With that word I came out of his house. He didn't have to act like that, lifting me up into the sky and throwing me to earth.
