“Ken... why lock the door?” Manira is getting nervous.

“It's okay. It's an expensive diamond, lest any thief come in,” he replied.

Manira tried to calm down. He hurriedly handed the black box over while bowing his head as he was unwilling to look at the striped-nosed man who might have spent every night with the comfort women. The man received the black box while holding Manira's delicate hand. Manira immediately pulled out her hand and rushed away.

“Sorry, I have to leave immediately,” Manira said.

“Where are you?” the man asked as he held Manira's hand, holding her back from leaving.

“Please... release my hand,” Manira is getting scared.

“You are very beautiful,” said the man while stroking Manira's face.

“Don't be brash Sir,” cried Manira while shaking the man's hand.

Manira tries to run but the man pulls Manira and drops her on the sofa. He looked at Manira with a frightening look. Manira felt trapped. He was convinced that something was wrong with the man.

“You think I paid dearly just for this diamond?”

“What do you mean?”

“Hahahaa...” the man laughed. “Your price for one night, already packed with this diamond,”

Manira surprise.

“He will not do anything because he himself has auctioned his wife,”

“No, sir must be lying...”

Manira tries to escape. Once again the man pulls Manira and drops her onto the same sofa. He held Manira's hand firmly until Manira could not move anywhere. The man brought his face closer to Manira's. Manira closed her eyes, trying to avoid.

“I don't want to lose. Tonight we'll have fun,”

“No,”

Manira tried to fight.

“Shut!!!” snapped the man who seemed to have started to lose his patience.

Manira fights until she finally manages to escape.

Mahesa sat in her study, playing with a glass of expensive wine. He was so happy to take revenge on Gibran. Gibran's weakness is Manira. Gibran would not feel any pain if he was hit. He wouldn't even mind if it had to be hung on a gallows. But Mahesa was convinced Gibran would be devastated if he saw Manira destroyed. Today Mahesa can vent all her past grudges and anger on Gibran.

At that time they were both 12-year-old children who knew nothing about the sins of their parents. But as a child, Mahesa did not want her mother betrayed. Until now even the pain when seeing the suffering of his mother for his father's betrayal is still imprinted. His mother's moaning still resounded in his ears, still looming in his eyes, barely a second he forgot the incident.

“Mother, your grudge has been avenged..” he said as if proudly to offer the destruction of Gibran tonight to his mother who was calm in her grave.

Brok!!! Manira opens the door in panic.

“Mahesa help me... Please save me. The man wants to be rude to me,” said Manira asking for Mahesa's help.

Mahesa looked at the door, the striped-nose man was already standing at the door. They stared at each other sharply. For a moment Manira felt calm because Mahesa would definitely protect her from the man. But something surprising happened. Today Mahesa showed her true face to Manira.
