Episode 59's

Great people are big dreams. Therefore, Gibran felt that he only needed to show a big dream in the future against the land located on the border of the city far from the crowd. Gibran felt it was not enough to say how much land it was, how much it cost and what plants grew in it. He needs to build the mindset or imagination of entrepreneurs beside him to the value of the land in the next 5-10 years. What is important is not the land that is as it seems today, there are only shrubs, in areas that are quiet and do not have a high selling point. The most important thing is the possibilities that can happen to the land. All the POSSIBILITIES that because the businessman may not be able to think that far, then Gibran who will help show all the possibilities.

“What do you see?” ask Gibran who is currently standing on the bridge of the tunnel with Mr. Arman, looking at the scenery around the bridge under which there is only one old train track and left right overgrown with some wild plants. There is a lake and a small waterfall, but not potential. What good are waterfalls and lakes if there is in a place like this?

“A vacant lot that has no price. What can we do with land like this?” mr. Arman's reply showed that he did not have any picture of the land other than failure.

“Do not just look at the ground. But look at the future of the land in the next 5-10 years,” said Gibran trying to show a brighter future than the empty land.

“Oya?” Mr. Arman is not sure.

“What do you mean?” Mr. Arman was offended that Gibran seemed to underestimate his financial ability.

“Father see the tunnel that is below us?”

Mr. Arman looked down.

“This is a beautiful old tunnel, which every hour is passed by a train that takes people from city A to city B. Two major cities with great business value. That is, every hour this region will be passed by successful people in both cities. The unlikely elite area of its inhabitants is only a tramp or an old beggar. This indicates that although quiet, but this place is often passed by classy people. Then this road..” Gibran pointed at the highway behind them.

“This is the main road to the mountain area which became one of the centers of year-end holidays. That is, this place is not a dead place. This is a place that has the potential for people to SEE. All we need to do is CREATE something so that people who pass by this place not only SEE but also COME here,” said Gibran with great confidence.

Mr. Arman is increasingly curious about what plans Gibran will deliver. At least, now he's starting to believe that Gibran isn't the crazy person he looks like. In his brain was a big idea. Ideas that great people usually have. An idea that doesn't stop at one point but looks far ahead.
