Episode 42

“Love, whose pain even felt very sweet, whose tears seemed like sparkling diamond linings and pain like a fragrant flower. Even if it hurts, it will be beautiful. Even if you get hurt, it will be beautiful. Everything about love, even if it contains only sorrow and tears, will still be more beautiful. In fact, a person who loves to the point of being stupid, sometimes feels that enduring suffering is much better than leaving him or her loved one.

“Whatever bad he is, he remains the best. Because he is the one we love, he is the one we choose to keep in our hearts. He is one of the many human beings in the world that we trust to take care of our hearts, our souls and our feelings. Although sometimes imperfect, sometimes all is not as expected, although sometimes more suffering than happy. For us, loving him is better than leaving. Surviving, staying is much better than giving up. Although without ‘HARAPAN’,”

Manira grumbled inwardly stressing that until this second, for him to endure to remain in love is better than to give up despite being tired, even though everyone had already scratched the red ink and said that he was WRONG. But he still clasped tightly to that love and would never let go of it even if it were possible until his body would no longer fuse with his soul. Because for him his love is still a love that will not be wiped out by sorrow and disappointment, and will never be replaced by anything and by anyone. Manira she survives between love and stupidity. I don't know what the right nickname for him is whether he is a true lover or someone who is too stupid in love.

Ngiiks....

Again there is a sad song from the Manira violin at this old station. His grief drew sympathy from all who heard it. Some station visitors were silent for a moment in front of Manira. They dissolve in the violin game Manira until unconsciously their eyes glazed as if to feel his pain.

His heart hurts every time he hurts someone else. It hurts a lot more when he hurts others with his rejection than it hurts from missing his lover. He didn't want to do it but everyone always put him in that position. It is only with this violin that he can pour out all his feelings and hope that his lover will soon come to remove all his pain.

Gibran, who was sweeping dry leaves in the station yard, stopped, listening to the sound of Manira violin that again sounded bitter. Gibran approached Manira and sat down beside him, staring at the sun that slapped their faces at three in the afternoon. Gibran was silent, waiting until Manira finished playing his violin.

“Perhaps because humans are not perfect, however much we want to do everything the best... still there are still people who are hurt,” Manira was very hit with yesterday's events. He felt like a cruel person who had already injured many people.

“There's a problem?” ask Gibran.

“Am I beautiful?” manira asked with a broken heart.
