Episode 39's

“Only childhood love... what can be expected? Do you think he also takes that as something serious?”

“I don't care. I just love her so much, that's all,”

“If you are married to him, I can accept. It was the loyalty of a wife to her husband. But you're not married yet. Your waiting and the faithfulness that you have always humbled and shown to everyone is a folly and folly,” the Imam, voicing his disappointment at Manira's rejection.

As a man he felt disappointed and humiliated when his proposal was rejected by a woman. He judged the woman to be so arrogant that he considered her unfit for him. A proud woman and her heart as hard as a rock cannot open her heart to another man. He no longer knows how to describe the arrogance of Manira who loves someone so much that no one can replace her.

The priest could not prevent Manira anymore. He literally walked into the living room and made his decision in front of the two families in a heated conversation, hoping that their children could be united in marriage. Abah and Mum seemed to be smiling happily because one proposal for Manira had already come. The application was welcomed by my mother and brother. Because the two families have known each other for a long time so there is no doubt about each other to unite their children.

“Sorry, but... I have decided that I do not want to marry,” Manira said very firmly without the slightest doubt. He knew all the risks he would face including the anger of brother and mother.

“Manira!!” snapped abah, angry.

The Imam's parents were very surprised. This rejection felt like a very embarrassing humiliation, impressed like playing with their pride. Their good intentions proposed to Manira as if it was mishandled by Manira like throwing away traces of gum. They were shocked, not expecting that in life, they would be humiliated like this. The priest himself did not know how to control this matter. He was at a loss as to what he should do to ease this tension.

“Bapak... gaffer... It seems like this is just a misunderstanding,” Imam tried to quell the anger of his parents.

“Sorry.... Mr. Kadir.... Rosida's mother, it looks like Manira mispronounced, doesn't she? Manira...” said mother looking for a reason so that the parents of Imam are not disappointed.

“No, I'm serious. I'm sorry.. because everything has to be like this,”.

“All is clear. Mak, before we have never been humiliated like this,” said the Imam's mother was very disappointed.

“Bu.. please Ms. Rosida no offense..” mom tried to explain.

“If you knew this, we would never come here and embarrass ourselves,” Imam's father said.

“Pak... mr..” The priest tried to explain.

“Already, let's go home Buk, the family base is not tapped. In the presence of guests instead of being welcomed even humiliated like this. There are still many other women out there who are prettier and better than Manira,” Imam's father is very disappointed, as if he will never forget this incident in his lifetime.

“Pak... please Mr. Kadir do not go home first,” mom tried to hold back.

“We go home sir, hopefully one day Manira will get her karma because she has dared to play with parents like this. Don't be beautiful and then be haughty like this. God does not sleep and karma will prevail,” Imam's mother's expletive mocks Manira.

Seriate....
