"Hhhhhh..." Valeda let out a loud sigh while closing the car door. After a very uncomfortable conversation at the restaurant, Valeda finally managed to escape from there. "Thank you, Ga" Valeda said as Rangga walked in from the steering gate.
"Hm? What's for?" ask Rangga while statering his car.
"If you're not around, I'll end up fighting with my mother. You can really melt the atmosphere" Valeda replied.
Rangga threw a knotty smile at Valeda. "I told you, right? Today, think of yourself. Let's have some fun. I'll do whatever you ask."
"We're going to the zoo now?" Valeda.
Rangga glanced at his watch. "Come on! We can still follow the many attractions there."
Rangga's car drove to the zoo as expected Valeda. It's been a long time since he went to see animals there. Valeda's thoughts drifted, thinking about when was the last time she left with her family. 'Ah... It's been a long time... It was when I hadn't thought about the matter of my brothers' rivalry and decided to go out of the house, ' Inner Valeda.
"You still like gulali?" ask Rangga.
"What does it feel like?"
He heard Valeda's question. Valeda has not eaten street food for a long time. "It still feels sweet and soft. Has not changed to the taste of fried rice."
"That's a damn damn thing, man!" Valeda punched Rangga's arm.
Laugh for how long. Valeda also contracted the crunchy laughter of Rangga. Then things became quiet. Rangga glanced at Valeda who was still smiling little. "Val.." call him.
"Yes?"
Rangga stuck out his hand, then stroked Valeda's head. "I hope you're always happy..."
"Humans cannot always be happy, Ga," Valeda argued.
"I will work on it" added Rangga. "I'll always be by your side and make sure you're happy. If anyone makes your day gray, you can look for me."
"Until when?" ask Valeda. "Until when can I depend on you? I mean, I'm gonna get married and have kids. Of course it's not an easy thing and there will be a lot of bad days that I get. Are-"
"You can go to me" said Rangga. "When."
Valeda heard it. Looking at Rangga who said that with a serious face, made it like a joke. "Why did you say that to me? If you'd said the same thing to the woman you like, I'm sure she'd have accepted you."
Rangga took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly. "I told you, right? I don't want to talk about the woman" Rangga said with a bent face.
"At least, tell me his name" whined Valeda.
"No way!" reject Rangga is still stubborn.
Valeda crossed his arms in front of his chest. "I don't like it when you're stubborn like a rock!"
"You will have trouble knowing who it is" replied Rangga. "Hey, look! We have arrived!"
Their conversation ended there. Valeda could not continue it because Rangga was already excited himself to see the zoo gate they were heading to. Valeda buried her curiosity in the heart. Even so, he had a bad feeling if he knew who the woman was, considering that Rangga had hidden her so much.
'Is that my rival?' inner Valeda when Rangga's car stopped in the parking lot. 'Or, is that Celine?' Valeda turned his head quickly to Rangga, coinciding with Rangga getting off the car.
Valeda's eyes followed Rangga who walked quickly around the front of the car to open the door. 'Jeez... If it's true that woman is Celine, I will really have trouble.'
Rangga opened the car door for Valeda. "Please, Love," Rangga.
Valeda got out of the car and patted Rangga on the shoulder while grieving. "You must be strong!" message Valeda.
"We forget all our problems! Today, let's have fun!" valeda shouted with his hands clenched upwards.
"O..ke.." Rangga's eyebrows raised. "Whatever you say, it's important you have fun right now."
They both walked side by side into the zoo area. Rangga immediately bought a ticket, because there were not many queues because today was a working day.
Meanwhile, Valeda bought two bandos with animal earpieces commonly sold in zoos. "The ladder! Looky!" Valeda thrust a bando with rabbit ears into Rangga's hands. "Wear, wear! It would suit you!"
Rangga smiled wryly. "Can I wear a bear model?" Rangga hopes Valeda softens this time.
Valeda stared at the rabbit bando in his hand. "Look, when you were a kid you used to like to wear the bunny. Did I remember wrong?"
"No, it's not so," replied Rangga unpleasantly. He scratched his head that was not itchy. "I wear it because I love to see you laugh out loud."
Valeda smiled broadly. He again handed the rabbit bando into Rangga's hands. "Make me laugh again!" his orders.
Rangga grunting. But, keep abreast of Valeda's request to wear the bunny bando. "Are we not overreacting? It's like we're playing a Korean movie."
"Do you like Korean movies now?"
"We're talking too far from the topic" Rangga ruffled his waist.
Valeda held out a hand. "Borrow your cell phone!"
Rangga reached into his pocket and handed his cell phone to Valeda. "Is your phone a problem?" ask Rangga.
"I disabled it intentionally. Celine will take care of everything if it's an office affair." Valeda picked up Rangga's phone, then chose the camera feature. "Let's take a picture! You're so funny with that bunny bando!"
The insects move closer until they fit in one frame. "At least, I still look handsome despite wearing this bando."
Valeda. "Sup to you! Smile!"
Valeda took some pictures. It would be a new memory for them after five years of not meeting. Valeda is grateful that Rangga is still behaving the same as before, even though they are adults.
Valeda embraces Rangga's hand as they begin exploring the zoo. Rangga was able to replace the missing older brother of the Valeda family. A sister who can make him comfortable and calm.
"Look at that monkey!" Rangga pointed at one of the monkeys who was twitching upside down while sticking out his tongue. "He's mocking you, Love! Ahaha!"
Valeda smiled to see Rangga's happy face. 'Sorry, Ga... I can't help you with Celine. He already belonged to Kris, ' Valeda's inner self with regret.
"Hey, there's a deer over there. Do you think we can touch it?" Rangga. They met for how long. Rangga realized that Valeda was staring at him for a long time. "What's up, Love?"
"I just thought, you're so nice" Valeda replied. "You'll get a good girl too."
"What makes you think I'm a good person?" ask Rangga.
"You've always been good to me."
Rangga stroked Valeda's head. "I'm just good to you. Just like you're good only to profitable people."
"It seems we are indeed suitable if together," Valeda agreed with Rangga's previous remark.
"Oh. So you want to be with Rangga?" daniel's heavy voice suddenly sounded from behind Valeda.
