7. My dreams and yours

The three owners of the small cafe decided to make a different theme every 3 months. They carry a European feel with a small photobooth in the corner of the room in the form of a red phone box with decorations that follow the current season.

In Indonesia there are only two seasons, so they adjust. When the rainy season, they will install autumn and winter-style decorations with menu recommendations that can warm the body. While in the dry season they prepare spring and summer decorations.

Usually they would close every Monday so they decided to change the decorations on that day. Kirana and Ningrum were at the accessories store looking for decorations that could support their concept while Lucy was at the cafe with Dimas and Keenan to move the table and chair arrangements. An artificial cherry tree was placed near the telephone booth and decorated with other decorations under the tree. They also create a wish tree so that customers can fill it with their dreams.

They had Ningrum who was a hobby of origami so he made a lot of things. While on the table is placed a miniature eiffel tower and small knickknacks typical of spring.

Today they ended with dinner together while putting together something important. In addition Kirana will report financial matters, salary, weekly bonuses and so on, she also wants to invite them to talk about other things. Especially about recruitment.

“Kirana, this one has work experience as a barista for 3 years. Want to try an interview?” ask Lucy.

Of the 28 applicants they selected the 5 best for them to interview and they tested how it works. From the recruitment they finally got 2 additional employees named Silma and Seno. Silma was immediately handed over to Dimas for guidance while Seno was told by Kirana about what he had to do.

To cool his head, he filled the glass with ice cubes then mixed it with water. He intended to chug down the super-cold water immediately and Keenan who saw it immediately stopped it.
