32. Obviousness

Raihan deliberately looking for a gap where he can talk alone with Adnan who is now his brother-in-law. He wanted to demand a story that might damage his household that had not even finished building the foundation.  Because of staying too long at the house of Papa Bagus, Raihan and Kirana now change the stay at the house of Papa Nandar because Mama Cecil would also want to feel had a daughter-in-law, he said.

It's getting harder for Raihan to meet Adnan. Until one day, Raihan could meet with Adnan during a joint patrol. After the patrol, Raihan arrested Adnan and without further ado he immediately asked what he had heard when he was home. At first Adnan hesitated, but in the end he told it to Raihan.

“Sorry Han, I really lied to Kirana about Keenan,” I'm Adnan.

“Lo lie by yourself? You have the heart to lie Kirana who has been half dead dear lo?”

Raihan and Adnan go to a more comfortable place where both can talk together. Raihan tried to calmly listen to all Adnan's explanations to be straight on all his problems. Raihan feels there are still many things he should know and must tell him this in-law. Especially all those who are related to Kirana and Keenan who is his beloved ex-wife.

“Keenan asked me to do that. He alone severed his relationship with Kirana unilaterally. He says he wants Kirana to forget about him and he chooses that way to make Kirana forget about him. He was always whining, and always blamed himself. He always assumed that such a terrible thing had happened to Kirana because of her negligence. He himself is helpless as well. “So you mean Keenan agreed to it but Kirana didn't?”

“That means she knows all the news about Kirana and her second meeting in Bogor yesterday not because of accident?” raihan's question made Adnan nod weakly.

“If about their meeting I don't understand. As far as I know Keenan cut her in Bandung. I do not expect they will meet there,” said Adnan.

“Good. I've been answered my question. I was suspicious of Elo from the beginning. You signed the invitation with Kirana, right? And you can easily give the invitation to Keenan when all this time no one knows the news of Keenan where and how. I don't understand Elo Nan. I do not understand the same purpose and what your purpose really is,” said Raihan.

“The right thing to do is find Keenan and Kirana again. I will release adek lo,” said Raihan made Adnan paled.

“Ngak. Not likely. Do you want to see them go back to zero again? Keenan is now happy with himself and my adek.., he.., lo...,”.

“By the way Adnan!”

“Kirana darling same elo. She likes elo and she already accepts elo as her husband. You can't pretend you don't know. You can continue your household with me. I will take care of your ark. If for the rest of my life I can not be happy I sincerely origin lo and Kirana remain together,” said Adnan.

Rather than Raihan getting emotional from feeling lied to, he chose to leave. Raihan immediately went home and looked for the whereabouts of Kirana who was helping Mama cook in the kitchen. Raihan who saw Kirana immediately hugged her and kissed her forehead like a person who did not want to lose.

“Abang? Brother why?” ask Kirana who is confused. She did not reply but also did not refuse her husband's embrace. He was only able to stay still and sculpt when Raihan whispered something in his ear.

“Dek..., Brother tired,” said.

“Abang break gih, shower first. Brother doesn't have to patrol tonight?” ask Kirana.

“You accompany Brother to rest yes,” invite Raihan.

“Udah papa Mama cook alone can. There you accompany your husband first,” Mama replied with understanding.

Kirana sat on her bed while Raihan who had just finished taking a bath immediately broke down and placed his head on Kirana's lap. A few weeks of Raihan's treatment have yielded results. Gradually Kirana was able to accept it and no longer trembled when nearby. Kirana had even been able to sleep quietly beside him and would occasionally hug him.

“Abang again so tired huh?” asked Kirana who kept stroking Raihan's head.

“Hmm..., you don't mind sleeping like this?”

“No,” replied Kirana.

“Later if you are asleep you can put down Brother. Brother does not want you exhausted,” said Raihan.

“No Papa Brother. Shrimp Abang sleep alone, later if you want to wake up Kirana maghrib,” said Kirana who continued to stroke Raihan's head gently. Kirana continues to accompany Raihan until she herself falls asleep in the end.
