Thanks to the patience to withstand all kinds of commotion that fills the lower floor, now finally the store that we crave is ready. The floor is made with wood accents and part of the wall in the sky blue paint with some of it left exposed stone stone parts. Everything looks amazing and calming.
Oma Dewi did not take part in the preliminary examination. Her slowly deteriorating condition made her only witness the change through the photos that I or Aidan sent her, but I still very much hope that Oma could come when the official cafe opens later.
Davin also intervened because he had the same business. He taught us how to sort finances and how to manage sales. Although the disappointment was still felt but thanks to this busyness I was a little helped. At least I should be able to survive until I graduate, if in the future we can not unite, I also have to prepare myself.
I had to take a shower earlier because Aidan was coming. To be honest if I could refuse I would rather not have to meet her than we end up in silence. But today there's something I have to tell him and it's certain that he'll like this news.
I finished my bath and stepped into the room. Ana and Gio are currently together at home theater because it's weekend. I decided to wear a comfortable dress combined with a cardigan.
This time I did not dress too much. Just using the cushion and lipstick to brighten my appearance. I didn't mean to impress her, only this time I wanted to respect myself more and in this way I became more confident.
"Dad! Aidan has arrived. Don't bother yourself and act like you're not home" shouted Gio from a lyar. I just muttered and paid attention to my appearance in the mirror.
The sound of the door opening was heard up to my room. I also heard two men talking to each other. I walked out of my room and sat down on one of the couches. Shortly thereafter, Aidan joined. There was no hello, but I could see her looking at me.
"So..." said Gio began, "can we begin to discuss now the final decision that we have postponed?"
He was right, what we will discuss today is a decision that can change the flow of the entire business before. We both sat there in silence.
At first I was just listening because we would have a turn to talk. When I started to express my opinion, the two people looked surprised. Especially when I mention the old shop name. Maybe they didn't expect me to contribute ideas.
"I think we better keep that name because after all this business idea Oma Dewi. And again if we use the name Brezee all Oma customers will certainly know and it could be our target market because previously this place was also already known. Just different and added concepts."
Both Gio and Aidan seemed to think and consider the idea.
"Thank you Aretta's. You've remembered that this business was built because of Oma," said Aidan. She looked at me fixedly but what made me a little surprised was the way she used the pronouns of names.
"Gue agreed." Gio said and made me look at him, "that's all right?" ask again. I thought and nodded.
"But I want you two here tomorrow at 9 because the goods will reach that hour. I purposely mengumpulin you guys so that we can cooperate and so there is no misscom if there are items that are not placed in a place that is not approved." I have a lot of time and I don't want to use it just to think about Aidan. The best way to keep yourself busy is to clean up the store.
"We want to use the old sign what makes the new one? If you make a new directly discuss now just let me order ."
I just kept waiting for Aidan's response. But the man looked worried as well. Maybe he was disinclined because from the beginning all the concepts and prints follow the style of Oma, although there is nothing wrong with the choice of style.
"Use the old one because we just rummage shop. Like we agreed at the beginning, everything follows the old store concept but there are still a little extra."
"Oma would be very happy because you think so much."
I grimaced. From the beginning, it was Oma's dream. Me and Gio just donated the capital so we could move on without the help of Mama and Papa.
"So everything is fixed, yes," said Gio, "meaning tomorrow I just unload the goods to find the sign. I'll also ask Davin to help me put in."
It seems that all the business and the printouts about the store have been resolved and we are now just sitting in this room doing nothing. Aidan and I haven't talked much since then and Gio is of course focused on sipping his milky beer. Since moving the man did buy a special drink refrigerator that he filled with various types of drinks. But of course the part of the beer he filled the most even though I was still strictly forbidden to touch the drink.
"If I turn back. There's still work to be done" Aidan said suddenly. Gio grimaced feeling guilty, but he still sipped the favor of the beer in his hand.
"Lo's gonna drive him down, deck." He rules me and it makes me grunt. I led Aidan out without making a sound. We went down the stairs and passed through the inside of the shop which almost so it was together. It was completely silent and he also had no initiative that made me even more upset.
As soon as I opened the door and he came out, I wanted to turn around and leave. But Aidan was holding my arm which made me turn to him.
"Thank Aretta." He said that sentence in earnest. I don't know what he said it for. Either because I've helped him maintain every aspect of the store or because I've escorted him out.
I just returned with a smile but said nothing. Aidan Langsubg turned around and stepped towards his car. I could only sigh, relieved that the awkwardness was over.
Now I walk back up the stairs to return home and find Gio still in his place. The man was still enjoying the beer I don't know for today.
"Gue knows you don't feel fair, but I'm sure you're capable of doing all of this. Sorry, I had to do this because I didn't want to lose my heart. Not time. I want you to be happy for now, if the time is right I will release you and you can establish a relationship with anyone. Please, hold on a second." I nodded slowly. Gio was right, after all the time to love each other was still long.
