The atmosphere in the car became silent, as Ardy replied that he was unhappy. The answer that Nadiya did not want to hear, because that answer could have affected her mood.
"I lost everything so how could I be happy? Others may be happy to get everything. So why would he go back and care about the other people he left behind if happiness was within his grasp." Ardy said while trying to remind Nadiya of her true identity.
Nadiya was silent a thousand languages and looked out the window. And when Nadiya opened the window of his car suddenly rained so heavy. Nadiya finally closed it back. And they were trapped in the car because of the heavy rain.
Ardy took off his jacket and he gave it to Nadiya.
"This cake, it's raining outside, so it's very cold."
Nadiya refuses, and returns the jacket to Ardy's lap.
"No need! Thanks !"
"Hhhhh, the rich don't need jackets from ordinary people." Ardy insinuates her because now she knows Nadiya's status. He is the son of Mr. Alex and now he is the CEO of a large company. Even the company is his.
Nadiya just shut up. Although Ardy kept insinuating with scathing words. Currently Nadiya is lazy to fight or reply word for word that offends his feelings.
Suddenly the windshield was knocked by someone carrying an umbrella and standing next to Ardy's car. He is none other than Prasetyo, it is easy for him to find where Nadiya is. Maybe he has a strong instinct or indeed has been looking for it here and there and it turns out to be found here. In the car, under the tree, alone with the ex, and trapped by heavy rain.
Nadiya opened the door and walked away leaving Ardy dumbfounded that the bodyguard had found them there. Nadiya did not even offer him to be with her with the umbrella she was carrying.
They were indeed cold-hearted people and did not care if others did not even have umbrellas. Huh!
Ardy saw Nadiya walking in tandem with an umbrella with a bodyguard that Ardy thought was too cool. Bosses and men are the same. Huh! Ardy cursed alone and was upset because he was left alone in the car while the rain had not subsided.
Finally, when the rain began to subside, Ardy ran to the hospital. It just so happened that he found an unused newspaper. Ardy used the old newspaper to cover his head from raindrops that lived a small drizzle.
Chequek!
Ardy went into the room and saw Nadiya sitting next to the bodyguard. Ardy was upset to see the closeness of the two of them
And then Ardy chose to sit next to his son Regan who was still fast asleep.
Occasionally his eyes glanced at Nadiya and his bodyguard who was pretentious cool.
Nadiya and her bodyguard were seen talking quietly. Ardy put up his ears and wanted to know what they were talking about. The longer Ardy notices their closeness like it's not the closeness between the Boss and the boys.
If examined from the way they talk instead they are like close friends.
Ardy began to be jealous to see Nadiya who was busy chatting with her Bodyguard. It was not wrong for Nadiya to call his name Prasetyo. Yes, his name is Prasetyo because Ardy secretly listened to their talk even though it sounded out.
Ardy deliberately came out of Regan's room for whatever purpose. But not long after that he went back in without bringing anything. I don't know what he means pacing back and forth is unclear. Maybe because no one invited him to chat so Ardy became misbehaved.
"Do you want to be ordered too? We're ordering food for lunch."
"No need! Just order for yourself!" Reply Ardy a little bit sniffy.
"Hhhhh, I told you not to ask him what he's been eating yet?" Nadiya said to Prasetyo who was sitting next to her.
"Okay, we're just a message for two people. But three servings." Prasetyo ordered three portions of food for lunch that was too late due to looking for Nadiya earlier.
Half an hour later the food arrived on order, which was three servings.
"That's a tip for you." Prasetyo said giving a little tips for the officer who delivered the meal.
"Thank you sir." Answer the man.
Prasetyo gave one serving to Nadiya. Then one portion to himself. And there was only one portion of him left near her.
"Let's eat...." They offer Ardy and he just turns his head with a bent face to see them engrossed in eating both. Looks like Ardy started jeoluse to see the closeness of Nadiya with Prasetyo. They looked familiar and unlike the previous guards who used to accompany him.
"What do you think? It tastes good, doesn't it?" Prasetyo asked Nadiya.
"Everything tastes good when we're hungry." Nadiya answered and deliberately glanced at Ardy who did not want to eat with them. Though Nadiya knew Ardy must be hungry too only he was too prestigious to eat with them.
"You try this one. This meat is so soft." Prasetyo gave Nadiya a piece of meat so she could try it. Because the types of food they ordered were different. So Prasetyo wanted Nadiya to taste the food he ordered.
Nadiya who deliberately wanted to make Ardy jealous began to eat meat given Prasetyo and chew it while praising the food.
"Hemmmm, this is delicious. You are very good at ordering food. This meat has a very high taste. You must be good at cooking too." Nadiya answered praising Prasetyo.
Hearing Nadiya's praise made Prasetyo soar. Though he did not know the purpose of his praise that only wanted to burn Ardy's heart not to catapult Prasetyo.
"Next time I'll cook for you. You know I'm very good at cooking meat. Being independent makes me a hobby of cooking. I even learned from a famous chef for this one hobby." Said Prasetyo who began to like the style of Nadiya's speech because it began to want to open.
"Well next time you have to cook for me. I'd love to eat it." Answer Nadiya. His eyes carefully continued to pay attention to Ardy who was very upset at him as well as Prasetyo.
But suddenly Ardy stood up and walked their shirt. Nadiya thought Ardy would get angry and make a fuss. But it turned out that he stood up and took out a portion of food that was still sealed and intact. Ardy also heard that the perverted bodyguard ordered three meals. He was also very hungry let alone hearing the ravings of the two of them, making him even more hungry.
Ardy took the food without excuse or a word. He picked it up and immediately ate it voraciously. While Nadiya only noticed his haughty attitude from afar. While Prasetyo only smiles himself at the attitude of Ardy, Nadiya's ex-husband.
"Like a child!" muttered. It was heard by Ardy. He immediately turned his head and his eyes glared at Prasetyo.
"What did you say? Repeat it! What did you say?"
Prasetyo was silent and would not serve him.
