Jack is ready to go back to the hospital. He remembered if he had promised Vano to accompany him.

Not long after that Jack came in with a burger-like bun. He only brought one pack. For himself. Vano doesn't want to eat.

Jack sat next to Vano. Vano only glanced at him.

Jack slowly unfolded the bread, then covered it with tomato sauce.

Vano kept seeing what Jack was doing. Not feeling Vano drooling, he smelled the fragrant and delicious aroma of bread.

He couldn't help himself not eating it.

He quickly took the bread from Jack's hand as Jack was about to eat it.

Without waiting for long Vano immediately bit him. And enjoy the bread without caring about Jack who was dumbfounded because the bread has changed hands.

"Ahk you! I didn't want to" Jack told Vano when he saw his best friend eating bread.

There stood Jack who was gawking and dumbfounded because he had eaten nothing. Jack then stood up and threw the wrap and its former sauce into the trash.

Vano quickly finished his bread, suddenly the doctor came in and saw the meat loaf in the trash.

"Who ate it? I hope Vano doesn't eat it" said the Doctor then walked towards Vano.

Vano was still chewing on the rest of his meat bun. His mouth was full and he could not answer the doctor's words.

"What are you eating?" the doctor said as he looked at Vano's bulging mouth.

Vano shook his head.

Jack just shut up.

"You bought that food?"

Jack nodded.

"He ate it. I don't eat" said Jack defending himself.

"Before surgery and after one month's operation he should not eat fast meat. Or his condition could get worse."

"I just ate a little." Vano was finally honest with the doctor.

"A little or a lot is the same. You still have to obey the rules and the doctor's advice. Don't you want to heal?" the doctor said it was upset.
