EIGHTY FOUR

Daniel squirmed for a moment, stretching his tired body.  Slowly the handsome man opened his eyes, and he immediately woke up in surprise.  Daniel tried to remember the last thing he did, as he remembered the last time he was at his base and still sitting in his chair.  Then how can he now be in a room that he knows so well if it is

his apartment.

Daniel was still trying to remember what had happened and was missed by him, but he still could not remember anything.  Daniel slowly stuck out his leg, he

Daniel only snorted at Dika's assistant's words, he even ignored the assistant's words.  Daniel pulled out a thick blanket that wrapped around his body and got up from his bed.  Daniel tried to stand up, but when he was about to step his foot, the man could feel that his whole body had become limp.  And without having a chance to hold on to anything, his body was so thick, that almost his head hit the end of the nightstand next to his bed.

Daniel only fell silent, he lowered his head without being able to stare towards the gun that was almost stuck on his head.  Daniel doesn't seem to care about black things

and that cold could explode at any moment and break his head to end his life in just a moment.  He was unable to open his mouth to take out a single word to defend himself, he just resigned himself.

For a moment they were silent until a deafening sound broke the silence.

Not long after, Daniel's door opened slowly, and Daniel could see that the one who opened it was Dika's assistant.  Daniel was a little at ease when he found out that Dika's assistant was indeed outside his room and overcame the problem

which happens.  But that calmness

just for a moment, because when Dika's assistant was about to close the door of her room there was another hand holding the door.

Daniel's breath was choked when he saw the person who dared to hold the door of his room, because after Daniel, the only person with the most power was Dika's assistant.  So, if there is

the one who dared to obstruct Dika's assistant's actions, was certainly that person very

influential.  And Daniel really

surprised to find out who that person is.
