TWENTY-THREE

Qiandra was surprised when a hand patted her on the shoulder gently, it felt like she had just fallen asleep.  As Qiandra lifted her head she was surprised to see Daniel standing before her.  Qiandra immediately stood up, but her body was a bit staggered because she had just woken up from her short sleep.

Daniel immediately catches Qiandra's body so as not to fall, Qiandra immediately breaks away from Daniel's embrace.  “Qian...” sighs Daniel with worry.

“Ma-sorry, Sir, I overslept” Qiandra glanced at the clock on her desk, her forehead frowning at the new time showing at six in the morning, which means that Qiandra does still have time to rest.

“I just want to tell you to rest inside, Qian, your body will ache if you sleep like that for too long, sleep in my break room” said Daniel softly.

“Thank you, sir, I will rest in the employee rest room, I excuse me first”, Qiandra said as she passed from Daniel's presence.

“Qian...” Daniel held Qiandra's hand, but when he saw Qiandra's sharp gaze, Daniel immediately let go of Qiandra's hand, “I just want to take you to breakfast with”.

Qiandra did not refuse or agree to Daniel's offer, she turned to her personal wardrobe.   Qiandra picked up a paper bag containing a fancy office suit, then she stepped out of the man towards the employee elevator.

Qiandra sighed heavily, her head slightly dizzy from lack of rest, instead of going to the employee rest room, Qiandra instead went to the health room.  A nurse on duty was surprised to see the presence of Qiandra at such an early hour.

“Nona Qiandra, what” asked the nurse.

“Mbak, can ask for help check my blood pressure, keep asking for vitamin injections yes, it looks like I was exhausted, last night I overtime” said Qiandra.

“Ah, of course, Miss, come, Miss can rest in the treatment room first, I will prepare the equipment and vitamins for Nona” said the nurse was friendly.  All the employees at the PT.Mahardika headquarters did know Qiandra, and they liked Qiandra because she was never arrogant and always friendly to everyone.

Qiandra went into one of the treatment rooms, then laid her body that felt very tired.  The nurse immediately caught up with Qiandra, she checked Qiandra's blood pressure, “Your blood pressure is very

low, Miss, you have to rest a lot” he said.

Qiandra just smiled bitterly, “I'll inject vitamins for you, Miss, after that you can rest again” said the nurse.  Then he took a vitamin and injected it into the Qiandra.

“Thank you, Ma'am, maybe I will every day ask for vitamin injections, Mbak” said Qiandra.

“But, it's not too good, Miss, rest and consume nutritious food is the best way to recover your stamina” said the nurse kindly.

“I need it for the next two weeks, a lot of things I have to work on” said Qiandra.

“Alright, Miss, now please rest first” said the nurse, then she walked out of the room.  Qiandra who was very sleepy immediately closed his eyes, but before he was washed away, he took his phone and set an alarm.

The nurse who examined Qiandra was shocked as she exited the treatment room, she saw Daniel already standing in front of the room.  “Tu-Master...”he said surprised, but he immediately closed his mouth when he saw Daniel put an index finger on his lips.

“How did he” asked Daniel in a soft voice while glancing into the treatment room.

The nurse understood who the president was asking, “Nona Qiandra was just tired, lacking rest, and I gave her vitamins, but.” the nurse hesitated to continue her words.

“There are what” asked Daniel with a frown, “Do not try to hide anything” hisses full of threats.

“Sorry, sir, emmm, Miss Qiandra said she will ask for daily injections of vitamins, over the next few days, she said she has a lot of work”.

“How long” ask Daniel again.

“Two weeks ahead, Tuan” said the nurse.

Slowly Daniel grabs Qiandra's hand, he kisses her gently so as not to wake the woman up.  “What is it with you, Qian, why are you working so hard, and why are you unwilling to accept my help.  Ah, I don't know how to apologize to you anymore, I really regret everything that happened.  In what way should I bow your heart, Qian, this love is too great, and I feel so pain when you always defy me even ignoring me” Daniel lamented in his heart.

Daniel looked at the beautiful face of the woman he loved so much, slowly stroking her lovingly.  Daniel even gently kissed Qiandra's forehead, her heart trembling violently resisting the urge to kiss her sexy lips.

Suddenly Qiandra muttered, “Kak, Brother Charles, Qi please, bring Qi, bring Qi, Brother, why Brother Charles lied to Qi, Qi is not happy, Brother, Qi is even more suffering, brother, Qi is even more suffering, why Kak” Qiandra murmured which was clearly heard by Daniel.

Daniel was surprised to see tears flowing in the corner of the woman's eyes, “As soon as you suffer, Qian, until in your dreams you cry, forgive me who has added to your suffering” muttered Daniel softly.

Daniel felt a deep sense of regret at the sight of the suffering that Qiandra herself had saved.  He was well aware, if he also became one of the causes of Qiandra's suffering.  Daniel realized for the time being that he could not force himself to approach Qiandra, perhaps he should indeed give up first.

Daniel is shocked when an alarm goes off from a cheap phone, but Daniel doesn't have time to think.  She quickly left the room, when she saw the nurse, Daniel walked up to her, “Message her a healthy breakfast, and say it's part of your program”.

“Good, Tuan” said the nurse.

“And don't tell me that I came here, it's just a secret for both of us, if anyone knows it, you know the risks” said Daniel firmly.

“Ba-well, Tuan” said the nurse.

“Give him all the best, I will give you a big bonus, but from now until the next two weeks, I want you to keep watching the night here” said Daniel again.

“Thank you, Sir, well I will arrange our watch schedule, Tuan” said the nurse joyfully.

Daniel immediately stepped out of the treatment room and returned to his room.  In the room there is an assistant Dika waiting with a full breakfast menu.  Daniel immediately sat on the sofa and started enjoying his breakfast, “Eat him, Vian, he will not want to eat with me” Daniel said bitterly.

“Where is Miss Qiandra, Tuan” asked Dika's assistant.

“He's in the treatment room, he's taking overtime full time, I'm worried about him, I'm afraid his body isn't strong enough.  “I don't know anymore how to get him to accept my help, he wants to overtime up to two weeks in front of”.

“Two weeks, isn't it time for payday, Tuan” said Dika's assistant.

“Ah, you are right, Dik, means Qiandra does need money for her life and maybe also her place of residence, if she wants to buy an apartment, ya” asked Daniel trying to guess what he wanted

Qiandra wants to work hard like that.

“Emmm, sir, how about we recapture Miss Qiandra's house, I think it will help her a lot, and maybe it will be able to make her forgive you” said Dika's assistant gave advice to Daniel.

“You are right, Dik, take care of everything immediately, I want the house file already on behalf of Qiandra in the next two days” said Daniel, making Dika's assistant condemn the idea in the heart.

“Jeez, the time was only two days, indeed flipped the palm of the hand, heh, why also my mouth is giving such advice earlier” complained Dika assistant in the heart.  Because of the time that Daniel gave, Dika's assistant had to rack his brains to find a way to quickly get back the Qiandra's house.

“Do not grumble, Dik, I know you can do it” said Daniel who saw Dika's assistant speechless after hearing the time given Daniel.

“Shall I try, as much as I can, Tuan” said Dika's assistant.
