“Sorry Dean, I think I am much more entitled to accompany my future husband at this time, and you as my future son, I think, I hope you can respect my status now” said Risty firmly making all the families gathered at that time surprised instead of playing.

“Risty, what do you mean, don't joke at a time like this, we're in the presence of a mama's corpse, your dress has been very excessive.

“I'm not kidding, I mean it, Daddy asked me to take the place of Mrs Walt Zacharias, and I accepted it, so in the next few days we will soon have our wedding” said Risty with confidence.

“Pah, what does this mean, don't mess around, Pah” exclaimed Dean who felt increasingly frustrated hearing Risty's words.

Papah Walt just fell silent and lowered his head, “Pah...” hisses Dean rested at the feet of Papah Walt.

“Sit in your place, Dean, don't add to this mess again” sizzle papah Walt, which makes Dean unable to stand anymore because he feels his knees are wobbly.  Albert and Vian, who saw Dean's condition, immediately helped his best friend to stand up and put him in the chair that had been provided.

While papah Walt, completely silent to the behavior of Risty, and his silent attitude seemed to approve all the actions taken by Risty.  So that no one finally dared to oppose all Risty's decisions.

Three days after Dean's funeral, Risty and Walt's papah had their wedding.  The supposed preparations for Dean and Risty's wedding, then changed with Walt and Risty's papah wedding.

Dean, since his funeral, never again set foot in the Zacharias mansion.  Especially when he found out, that Risty really took over all the authority that became the responsibility of Miss Walt Zacharias, making Dean increasingly reluctant to return to the main mansion of his family.

A month after the incident, Walt's father decided to resign from the company, and he handed over all of his shares to Dean.  Papah Walt did not leave a shred of stock for him and Risty, but this was not known by Risty.  Papah Walt had his notary make news of the handover event, and handed it over directly to Dean.

Papah Walt asked so much that all of it was kept secret, both by his notary and by Dean.  Only the three of them and Dean's two best friends knew that all the Zacharias family shares in the company had been given up entirely for Dean.

Dean actually wanted to reject all that, but his two best friends reminded Dean, if all that was his right.  Because all of that is the legacy of papah and also mamah Dean, if Dean refused it then all of that will automatically fall into the hands of Risty, especially if the woman has children.

Albert and Vian are actually very suspicious of everything that's going on in Dean's family.  However, the two were helpless as Dean resolutely refused to figure out what was really going on.  Dean felt no

being able to accept even more painful realities, if they find out the cause of all of it.

Dean prefers to leave and forget the dark past.  As time goes on, Dean and Walt's relationship gradually improves, but Dean never wants to interact with Risty.  Never once has Dean spoken to Risty since the last time they both spoke before Dean's mummified body.

Until in the end, Dean accidentally knew the cause of his death.  Risty had deliberately trapped Walt's papah, so the middle-aged man was tempted and had an intimate relationship with Risty.  And it happened in the main mansion and was known to even be seen directly by the mama Dean, so the middle-aged woman had a heart attack and led to her death.

Since then, Dean's hatred for Risty has become increasingly ingrained, even just to mention his name alone has made Dean angry.  Dean had no idea why Walt's papa let Risty do anything, and Dean could not understand why Walt's papa wanted to marry Risty, even though he knew he was being framed.

Dean was very curious, yet he was also very reluctant to come into contact with Risty again.  Therefore, Dean chose to never again set foot in the main mansion.  Dean only met Walt's papah, when the old man was visiting the company.  Or at certain times, Walt asked Dean to accompany him to dinner together in certain places.

Dean never asked Walt's papah about Risty's problems, he always avoided talking about the woman.  And papah Walt was very understanding, so they both never once talked about it.  Every time he met, Walt always enjoyed his friendship with Dean while reminiscing about the past when Dean was alive.

And from then on, Dean never again believed in women, as if closing all the doors of his heart to the presence of a woman.  And it also affects his two best friends, because the brotherhood is so thick among the three, making Albert and Vian also close themselves to women.

“That's the story, honey, until that afternoon I met you during the rain, I've seen you several times and realized that my heart was starting to be attracted to you.   Even though I was almost married to that snake woman, I had never once taken her into my private room, let alone placed her in my bed.  You're the first woman I've brought, I don't know what's going on, that I know I want to protect you, taking care of you and all that sense grew as I began to get to know little by little who you are” Dean said with a heavy sigh.

“And what if such a thing happened again, would you do the same thing again” asked Qiandra.

“No, honey, I will no longer be so easy to believe all such things, I will only believe in your mouth, whatever you will say, that is the truth for me.  I don't want to repeat the same mistake again, it's been enough for two years that you tortured and punished me, honey” said Dean again.

“Hah, I don't think our path will be easy, love, your extended family is now under that woman's power.  Especially if he gets to know all the shares have been handed to you, I don't think he will be that easy to release you, especially for a woman like myself” said Qiandra with a sad face.

“He has no right whatsoever to determine who will be my life companion, I beg you, honey, stand by me no matter what.  Please help me deal with all this, you want, honey” Dean said with sharp eyes filled with pleas.

“This is a big decision in my life, love, I don't know what happened, but after my husband died, the only man who can make my heart shake is only you.  And ever since then, I've been thinking about opening my heart to you.  Even after that incident, I could never hate you” Qiandra said in a sad voice.

“True, honey, then, are you willing to accompany me to face all this” asked Dean again with a sparkling face.

“I will do all I can, love, just one thing I ask of you, please take care of my trust and trust me.  Because only by trusting each other, we can both face all the obstacles that will block us both” Qiandra said confidently.

“Surely, honey, definitely, thank you very much, honey” Dean said with a happiness he could not hide at all.  Dean grabbed Qiandra's body and hugged her tightly, many times he kissed the woman's head in a loving manner.

Both men realize the path they will go through will not be easy, but with full confidence both are determined to face all the obstacles that will hinder their love.  Tested love does not falter for two years, even when there is no certainty at all.  The love they both had survived, and grew very fertile when the two were able to get back together.
