The Part 52

In front of the yard of a house, the car stopped. The house on the beach looks simple. Even so, the house looks clean and neat with a view of the beach which of course makes Kania feel amazed. "For a while, you just stay here. This is my home, where I spend my time if I feel tired and tired after work" the man said as he opened the door.

"Sir, I'm very grateful that you've helped me."

"Kania, didn't I tell you not to call me Father, just call me my name, Ardi. That sounds better in my ears." Yes, that man is Ardi. The man who was recently known by Kania as his boss at the restaurant where he works.

"I'm sorry for getting you into my trouble. I owe you so much." Kania sat on one of the wooden chairs on the porch of the house and accompanied by Ardi who sat beside him.

"Have it, after all I was just helping you to change your destiny. I have no intention of anything, for I am sincerely intent on helping you."

"I know that, even today I still can't believe we're this close. We're just two people who haven't known each other for a long time, but you want to help me. I'm so grateful to you. After a week, I will leave here and move on with my life without having to think about them. I hope, after my departure from their lives, they will soon forget me." Kania stared at the expanse of sea that was now in front of him. Her tears slowly fell as she was forced to leave because for her it was the best path.

That night, while still at Ryan's house, Kania calls Ardi and tells him that he will stop working. And Ardi was so surprised by his decision. "What is your reason for quitting work? Are you angry that I told you to pay for the food that fell back then?" ask Ardi who asked for Kania's excuse for asking to stop working.

"Sorry, Sir. I just have a personal problem that I can't possibly explain to you. I just want to get it done and get out of their lives. I just want to change my destiny like you said to me. Thank you, because you opened my eyes. I had to change my own destiny. Thank you, sir." Kania wants to end her phone call, but Ardi holds her back.

"Kania, wait a minute. After you finish your business with them, where will you go? I'd like to offer you a job, but not in this town, but somewhere far from here. If you'd like to, don't hesitate to contact me. You know, you're a very diligent employee and I don't want to lose a diligent and tenacious employee like you. I hope you can consider it."

"Thank you, sir. I'll think about it. Again, thank you."

That night, he was determined to put an end to the agony of his tormented heart by standing between two hearts that made him unable to choose. And now, the choice is to leave them and get away from their lives. Although it was difficult, he had to be able to do it so that he would no longer be injured.

And sure enough, now Kania has gone from their lives and chose to stay in the house that Ardi offered her. The house is a house that is rarely visited by Ardi. The house will only come when his heart is tired after being crowded with all kinds of affairs that make him careless.

"Let's stay here for a while. Relax, they definitely wouldn't think that you were here. Wait here, I will go to the nearest market to buy kitchen necessities for a week. Rest, I'll go first."

"Ardi, wait." Ardi stopped his steps and looked at Kania who was walking towards him.

"Thank you, I say thank you very much. I'll repay your kindness to me."

"That's it, just relax. I'm glad you trusted me to help you. Ah, I'd better go." Ardi then drove by his car to a market not too far from his house.

Looking at the man, Kania smiled as there were still good people willing to accept him and even help him. For some reason, Kania easily poured her heart out on the man to make Ardi help him and he did not refuse when the man offered to help him.

Inside the house, Kania was staring around. The house that has only two bedrooms looks comfortable. Although not too big, but being in it made his heart feel peaceful. The quiet atmosphere with the sound of waves crashing faintly, made Kania momentarily forget her sadness.

While waiting for Ardi's arrival, Kania starts cleaning up the house. Although rarely occupied, but the house looks clean with neatly arranged items. It seems, Ardi was very concerned about the cleanliness of his house.

After finishing cleaning the house, Kania sat on the terrace while looking at the expanse of the sea not far from the house. Ardi was very fond of the atmosphere of the beach, as evidenced by his home and restaurant that stands not far from the coast.

While staring at the screen of her phone, Kania smiled. The photos of her togetherness with Arya and Tania, are still stored on her phone. However, not with the Arya number that has been deleted by him and his number that has now been deactivated. It was all he did, so that they could no longer contact him and could not find him.

Evidently, at this time, Ryan was so agitated when he contacted Kania and found that her boyfriend's mobile number was no longer active. It felt, he was so unsettled that he had already contacted Kania, but was always inactive. Therefore, on returning home from work, Ryan decided to go to Kania's place of work.

"Sorry, Sir. Kania is no longer working today. He has resigned" one employee said when asked by Ryan.

"Sign away?"

"Yes, Sir. Sorry, I have to get back to work." The employee then left after seeing Ardi walking up to them.

"Sorry, can I help you?" asked Ardi when he saw Ryan who looked confused.

"Can I tell you, is it true that Kania no longer works here?"

"Oh, Kania? Yes, he contacted me last night that he wouldn't be working here. What, you ready Kania?"

"If there's no need anymore, sorry, I went inside first."

"Yes, please." Ryan walked out of the courtyard of the restaurant and rushed towards the Kania boarding house. And again, he was surprised to find out that Kania no longer lived in that place.

"Didn't Kania say where she was going, Mom?" ask Ryan to the hostess.

"No, Son. Kania just said that she was going somewhere and she didn't say where it was. Sorry, kid, I'm in first." Again, Ryan is confused by the loss of Kania as lost in the swallow of the earth.

"Kania, where are you? Why is your phone no longer active?" Ryan looked agitated to make him not focus on the road he was on. Almost, he was hit by a motorbike passing by at that place. If not at the horn, maybe his body had been hit by the motorcycle.

"If the road is looking, do not daydream. You want to die, yes!!" Hardik bikers were angry, but Ryan did not care and chose to leave the place.

With a sad face, Ryan walked into the house. Seeing his sister's moody face made Arya walk up to him. "Ryan, why is your face like that?" arya asked, but Ryan just kept quiet and threw his body on the sofa chair.

"What's wrong? Just tell the same story Brother, who knows Brother can help." Arya slowly sat down next to her sister and stared at her.

"Kania, Brother."

"Cania? What happened to Kania?" arya asked who was starting to be curious.

"He no longer works at the restaurant. He no longer lives in his hostel, even I can no longer contact him because his phone number is no longer active. Brother, what should I do?" Ryan looks like tears. It felt, losing Kania was like the heaviest blow to him.

Not only Ryan, Arya who heard the news about Kania's sudden departure was enough to make him surprised and also hit. How not, just last afternoon they spent time together and now suddenly the girl left without saying anything to him.

However, Arya did not want to quickly draw conclusions on Kania's sudden departure. "Don't worry, it's possible that the phone is dead right now. Ryan, we'll wait, he'll call you." Arya tried to calm her sister's heart, although she actually began to feel that Kania had now really left.

And to confirm that truth, Arya then contacts Bastian. "Hello, Bas. Is Kania with you?"

"Cania? Nothing, isn't he at the boarding house?"

"He doesn't live there anymore and he doesn't work. I feel sorry for Ryan because he's sad now that Kania's suddenly gone."

"Why do you feel sorry for Ryan? Don't you think that Kania could have done this out of disappointment to you guys? You are too selfish for thinking more about your sister's feelings, but do you ever know how Kania feels? Honestly, I think this might be the best way for Kania to let you know that Kania is not something you can pull. Never mind, I'm so disappointed in you." Bastian ended the phone call and sat leaning on his bed. "Kania, I know you're forced to do this and I will support you even if I don't know where you are. I'll be waiting for you and come bring happy news to me because I know, out there you must be okay."

Hearing Bastian's words, Arya sat down in a doldrums. She did not expect, her chosen decision only left Kania injured and she did not want that to happen. "Am I selfish if I want happiness for Ryan? I did it because I thought, you guys can be together again because you guys used to love each other, but why do I feel so guilty right now to you, Kania??!!" Arya sat down on the sofa with a cry she was trying to endure. She did not expect that Kania would leave them.

Meanwhile, Kania, is currently arranging her heart so as not to waver. He must be able to pass the test of fate that he is now trying to pass.

"Are you sure what you're doing right now?" tanya Ardi who sat with Kania.

"I'm sure. Whatever happens, I need to be strong. I'll make them forget me." Kania tried hard, although he felt a little regret because he had to force to forget Arya and Tania.

"So your boyfriend came looking for you, but I didn't say anything. It seems, he's starting to get confused about losing contact with you."

"He's not my girlfriend, he's just my past. I'm just stuck in a love triangle that makes me have to take a stand. Better, I'm leaving than seeing them hurt because of me." The look in Kania's eyes implied sadness to make Ardi understand, if what Kania is now doing, is just a form of escape.

"Don't you feel sad for leaving them? What about your ex-husband you still love? Don't you think he's probably thinking about you right now?"

Hearing Ardi's question, Kania could only smile wryly. "If he still expects me, he will definitely look for me. I'll wait until he finds me. However, if in a year he does not find me, then I will forget about him and let go and I will start a new life," said Kania who has established his heart. While Ardi just fell silent and tried to interpret the girl's speech.

And sure enough because right now, Arya is trying to find him. Various ways he has done, but did not produce results. What was, he had to endure the disappointment that was once again approaching him. Disappointment that made her regret and cry in regret.
